Only had one issue and it was around midnight. Called maintenance and within 45 minutes they showed up and fixed my alarm detector. Couldn't get it to turn-off. Site is always clean. The staff are always friendly and asks if there is anything I need.

PLEASE READ: This star rating ONLY reflects the maintenance worker, David, who has been the saving grace for our apartment and our complicated move-in process. The company itself is definitely a one-to-two star rating. He has been absolutely wonderful and has been the only employee in this company that cares and wants to fix our issues. Other maintenance workers and office workers ignore and even shut down my work requests, but David is extremely respectful and helpful and I will be requesting him every time I need help with anything. It feels like he is the one employee that actually does anything around here and cares about the residents. My apartment was an absolute disaster when I moved in, after being told it would be professionally cleaned and “ready to go”. I have been fighting with the leasing office every single day to get this fixed (in fact, I just cleaned up dried cat feces in my laundry room that has been there since before we even moved in! I have been at the property since April. I love how quiet it is! The trail is nice for me to walk my dog on and the maintenance is always quick to fix any issues that have come up. Excited for the resident event for the pool this weekend.

We moved into Abbie Lakes in August and have had a wonderful experience!! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Big shout out to April and Austin! The maintenance team is quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are super dog friendly, quiet, clean, safe, and even have activities for residents! The leasing process was easy and the leasing office was there every step of the way for questions. Overall I would highly recommend this complex!

I love living at Abbie Lakes. It’s close to shopping, freeways, and several good businesses. At Abbie Lakes they go above and beyond to care for their residents. We have activities and they even have a food truck at times and residents can get free food if they’re there in the time allotted. My son loves how they have candy in the office for the kids when they get off the school bus. I’ve always felt safe here and the neighbors have been nice people. The maintenance staff is the best! Any time you call maintenance, they’re there quickly. The office staff are the best also! They truly care about their residents. I highly recommend Abbie Lakes!!

Have lived here for about a year. I really liked Chris but she left and the girl that is there is also very nice and professional. I wish I could opt out of the trash service but I would reccomend everybody to come check out how peaceful it is here.

The customer service the agents at leasing office provide is top notch. They have a go above and beyond attitude, even performing duties that are not part of their job description. The only issue I have is with the valet trash services. The vendor that is used is not professional, inconsistent and does not perform their job well. I would recommend living here. It's quiet and clean.

I really like living here. I think the team at Abbie Lakes is great and they always respond to me with any issues. Am I only wish they continually remind tenants that there’s someone living next to them and they should be mindful of the noise control and their units. We shall respect one another.

I give Chris and Matt 5 stars!! They are so helpful and take good care of residents' needs. However, the beautiful property can't really be enjoyed because the goose poop is absolutely horrible! You cannot walk anywhere without stepping in it.

I cannot speak highly enough about Chris in the leasing office at Abbie Lakes. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable and went out of her way to accommodate me and check up on me in a very difficult and stressful situation when I was selling my house and preparing to move to Abbie Lakes. She listened and supported me in every way possible. Although ultimately, because of timing, I was unable to move to Abbie Lakes but I sure fell in love with it. It’s a beautiful, quiet community and if I’m ever in need of an apartment again, Chris and Abbie Lakes would be the first person I called. The apartments are spacious and well equipped and because I have 2 fur babies, they are VERY pet friendly. I would recommend Abbie Lakes to anyone needing a new home.

Absolutely phenomenal place to live. I think the things that stand out are the beautiful views here. There are 2 full ponds to enjoy, with colorful lights at night. There's a nice trail in proximity for dog walking or exercising. Maintenance stays on top of things and the staff is wonderful to work with. Highly recommended!

I have really enjoyed my time at cortland apartments so far. I love having quiet study areas, a swimming pool, grill, gym, and fire pit. The office personnel are very quick to respond anytime I need something done in my apartment. I also love that there's a little dog park for my dogs to socialize with the other dogs around. Overall, I've had a good experience.

From start to finish, and end to end, the staff at the leasing office provided answers to my every inquiry and was able to anticipate what I would need ahead of time. At first, I was not sure if the property would be right for me. After the wonderful tour, I was sold on the location, with its picturesque views. We have been living at Union Wharf for about two months now. We love the location, with so many things within walking distance. Our apartment is spacious and has lovely views of both the pool and the bay. The amenities are really excellent, though we wish the pool was open later at night so we could make more use of it when we come home from work, and longer in the season - the weather is still going to be quite warm in September! The management has been great about communicating when something isn't working or when a schedule changes, which we really appreciate because it was lacking in our last apartment. Overall, we are happy here - thanks for a great experience!

With oversized windows allowing for so much natural light, open floor plans, more square footage than most other communities in the area, and plenty of opportunities to meet and mingle with other members of our community, we are grateful to call this home! The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great. Everyone here is very friendly! The amenities and apartment location is also ideal for my family since everything is only 5 - 15 minutes away. Only downside to this complex, is that since it's a new build apartment, there will be some construction of your unit that still needs fixing. I don't blame the leasing or maintenance staff for this though, I believe it might be the construction builders but it can always get fixed and hopefully in due time while we're still residents here.

This apartment complex is one of the best places I have lived from west coast to east coast. Monty is at a prime location in North Charleston as it is about 15 minutes anything you could want to do in the Charleston area. It’s located right across the highway from Tanger Outlets, Top Golf, and axe throwing. In the opposite direction you can head down to park circle and go to all the amazing restaurants and breweries. Also, this is a great place for military members as you are about 15 to 20 minutes from both military bases in the area. Finally the cherry on top for me at Monty was that the Wi-Fi, it is included in the rent and is usable throughout the entire complex

Corsair is the best building in New Haven. The apartments are gorgeous and have every possible amenity you could want. The closets are enormous and the bathrooms are very large too. Also the high ceilings are great. The kitchens are very spacious with very new appliances. It’s also really nice having central air that you can control by Wi-Fi. There’s super convenient parking at the building for an extra fee as well. The pool and backyard area are gorgeous and I spent a lot of time there every summer. The gym has everything you could possibly want, the only issue being that the peloton bikes are often on maintenance. The building is also great about handling packages and I’ve never had an issue with that. They are also very dog friendly and even keep it gets by the front door which was just a nice touch. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind and I never had a single problem in the building. Anytime I needed anything they handled it so quickly and professionally.

I have rented many places in my lifetime…apartments, townhomes, long term rentals, short term rentals, long term 5-star hotels, spas and I’ve owned a couple homes and a townhome a block away. This is absolutely my favorite place! I love the location and lifestyle. All the amenities are boutique and like a 5-star hotel. I feel I’m marinating in luxury and I never want to leave. I will be here long term. The staff, including Kelsey & Nicole, concierge, specifically Moe, and neighbors are all wonderful. The gym, pool, and common areas are beautifully appointed and clean. My apartment is gorgeous and a great use of space. I have recommended this building to many who have voiced dissatisfaction in other buildings in the area. Highly recommend.

Zoey and Jenna in the office are both really helpful and kind. I called the office several times before moving in and every time they were nice and answered my questions. Then on move in day they did a walk through before I was there and realized the cleaning people needed to come back. I am glad they looked at the apartment before I moved in to make sure everything was all ready and I would not have to deal with problems when I moved in.

Abbie Lakes by Cortland would be greatly diminished without Dana and Tracy! I Love Them!! I appreciate you both so much. No matter what I need help with they have been wonderful and immediate to address my concerns. I’m not the most savvy computer girl but Tracy has helped me so many times with the changes recently implemented!! These wonderful women are the reason I continue to call Abbie Lakes home. Abbie Lakes is a wonderful community! It's quite, great neighbors, and the staff and maintenance crew are amazing! I've never had an issue that was not fixed the same day. So nice to know you are looked after and have genuine concern about their community. Good people, good times, and you can't beat having your own dog park and easy access to bike paths and local parks in the area!

I have lived at Abbie Lakes for over 2 years and I have never had any complaints! Tracy and Dana are extremely helpful with any and every request I’ve ever brought to them. Both ladies are very professional and friendly. The maintenance team, especially, Randy is exceptional! Any work order I’ve submitted gets taken care of within 24 hours and the office ALWAYS calls after to follow up to ensure the work order was completed to my satisfaction. The property and grounds are always well taken care of. The tenants are pleasant. Management consistently hosts community events for tenants and keeps us well informed with emails. I have never experienced any issues during my stay here which is why I continue to renew my lease.

We have lived here for a year and a half. The staff/maintenance are very kind and attentive. We have had some minor issues with appliances, specifically air conditioning. However, maintenance is on it within the day. Neighbors are a bit of an issue at times, as it is at any complex. But overall we have had a positive experience here. We have another few months left on our lease, and the only reason we will be leaving is to purchase a home to start a family

I love it here! I've lived at Abbie Lakes since 2002 and have always felt that this is home. The property is well maintained, the service provided is excellent and the Abbie Lakes team is not only very professional, but also very thoughtful, kind and friendly. Abbie Lakes is the best value in the city too!

I've been here since September and I love everything about it. I enjoy the quiet country life with easy access to shops. The apartments are clean, spacious, and quiet. So far the neighbors are very nice and respectful. My husband and I made the best decision choosing Abbie Lakes.

The entire staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team is top notch when I have had a maintenance issue they were right there to respond. The management team is great and the maintenance team is very responsive. I love having my own washer and dryer in the apartment. I also like the convenience of the nearby grocery stores and shopping centers. I would recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a nice area to live in.

I have been at Abbie Lakes for the past 2-3 years. I've really enjoyed my time so far. The management has always been super quick to help if theres any issues in the apartment or with my lease. All the residents are super friendly and nice.

I've lived here over a year now. The staff is very friendly and are quick to help you with any problems you may have. Work orders are taken care of within a day or two, and done very well. The area is nice, it's quiet, and I can even see some stars at night! You get a lot of space for a good price, and you're still close enough to places like Easton for some shopping or eating out.

From day 1 Tracy and Dana have been so helpful. They are friendly, remember you by name, call to make sure your previously sent in orders are taken care to satisfaction. Ive never felt more cared for living in an apartment community. Neighbors are so friendly. The scenery is beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood, my favorite part are the walking trails and how active you can be at any given time.I love it! Definitely check it out!

Abbie Lakes is a very nice community. It is always quiet here and the staff and maintenance workers are wonderful! I had a little rocky start on my move-in date, and the price of apt is a bit high and the size is a bit small--but overall a clean and decent place! A nice starter home!

This is my second year living here at abbie lakes by cortland. I really love living here. I feel as if I'm at a resort as my view over looks the pond and the beautiful trees. Love the the floor plan which is and open concept. Maintenance is very quick to fix any issues usually within 24 hours or less depending the time I place a request. Love love love the office staff. Tracey and Dana are the BEST!!! Hopefully they don't transfer anywhere eles. Couldn't ask for better appartment living!!!

I moved back in March, looking for a fresh start . Tracy was who I met first welcomed me & my daughter & made us feel at home . Although I have only been in my residence for 7 months, Tracy, & Dana have exceeded my expectations. They always get the job done, they are extremely friendly. I am having the best experience here at Abbie Lakes!!!! I have 0 complaints. They do so much! From the day I stopped in to tour the model, even now, I can guarantee you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome. We love to see it !!!! They truly are the best 10 across the board!!!!

Abbie Lakes looks out for their tenants. Service is prompt and efficient. They take pride in the community and go above and beyond. It is convenient to shopping, dining and freeways, yet it is still quiet. My neighbors are very friendly and we all lookout for each other. It is a great place to call home.

When I was looking for an apartment community, I happened to come across Abbie Lakes by Cortland completely by accident while just driving around the area. It was within the area that I wanted to live and close to everything I needed to get to. I was definitely attracted by the beautiful ponds and well kept grounds. From a safety perspective, I liked the openness of the landscape and the way the buildings were arranged on the grounds. Because of all of the above reasons, I decided to stop in at the office and was warmly greeted by the staff. Within a very few minutes I was touring one of the models I was most interested in! I truly found myself at home in the model and could easily see where I would place my furniture, etc. I have been here now over a year and a half and I have no regrets. The standards I encountered on day one have continuously been upheld at Abbie Lakes.....a beautiful, peaceful and safe community close to all the conveniences one might need.

The staff at Cortland has been warm, welcoming, and was super helpful when a few last minute move-in issues cropped up. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and friendly and best of all, there are TWO parks outside of my door. The complex is surrounded by trees, nature, and quiet and it's pretty great. Highly recommend to all.

From the day I contacted this place, I was greeted warmly and had every questioned answered quickly. The place is beautifully landscaped. The flooring isn't that typical apartment vinyl junk. It's been quiet at all the right times here, and typically quiet all day long. Delivery people find me easily which is a plus. No complaints here

In my time here in central Ohio I've never come across two special people that care so much me and my family, the way they operate and work with you to make you happy, these two ladies work so hard to make Abbie Lakes a safe place to call a home. Abbie Lakes is a great community to reside in. It's so beautiful here and I wouldn't have it any other way for my family and I be apart of this community. Maintenance is always there to make sure you're satisfied as well. This place is amazing and I encourage those who are looking for a nice quiet place to reside in, come to Abbie Lakes and have Ms Dayna and Ms Tracey take care of you. I live in Abbie lakes by Cortland on the first floor, my apartment came with wood floors that are amazing, and easy to clean! My view from my living room is of the beautiful lake, it just couldn’t get better! The maintenance is always on top of things when and if I ever need something done. This is my first place I’ve moved into and I couldn’t of had a better experience overall! Thanks to Tracy Billingsley, Dayna and the whole team of Cortland.
