The SM of this property super awesome I don’t know his name but my apartment had a power outrage and this guy didn’t sleep to come and fix my problem. Problems to problems he was in my unit no matter what time I call in the night. He deserves a 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️thank you for your work. Not many communities has maintenance like that

We’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is outstanding—any issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Ekene, in particular, was incredibly helpful during our move-in process and made everything so much easier. The neighborhood is fantastic, offering a great location that’s convenient to just about anywhere in metro Atlanta—most places are only a 20-minute drive away. Highly recommended!

I’ve been living here for a couple of months and it is one of the best place to stay. The most important things when there is a repair there is immediate response from the community people. Ekene the community officer is one of the best people she’s very helpful and kind.

I’ve been living here for 4 years now.The first 2 years was a struggle because the management did not care However, when Cortland too k over witnessed a change, when put a work order it gets done quickly the manager Kenzie and her team Ekene are amazing they helped us a lot we ended up getting another unit in the complex that’s how much we it here plus the area is great.

I recently moved into 1000 Spalding, and my experience so far has been great. The move-in process was seamless, thanks to Ekene—be sure to ask for her! The apartment is clean, and the amenities, including the pool, gym, and dog parks, have been impressive. The location is excellent and very quiet. Overall, I’m pleased with my decision to move here.

This has been such a great place to live! Maintenance has been very prompt when occasionally needed, the neighborhood is well maintained, the apartments themselves look nice, and the office staff is very nice. Kenzie (the manager) has been extremely kind and willing to work with me. They also host really great events AND we regularly have food trucks visit. The area is phenomenal as well. Perimeter Mall, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Roswell are all a short drive away and thus everything you could possibly want is 5-15 minutes away. I initially signed a short term lease here as a "landing spot" moving from out of state and ultimately renewed for a longer termed lease. I think that speaks volumes for what it's like to live here. My only personal complaint is that there are more kids here than I expected/ prefer (but not an obscene amount lol). Apparently this is a good school district and there are schools literally just down the road... so I get it.
