I have had a wonderful experience with Cortland. The management has been so kind and helpful. They made the move in process very easy. The cleanliness of my apartment upon move in left some to be desired but everything else has been amazing. It’s a quite community of nice people.

I love this apartment complex, I’ve lived in 1000 Spalding for about 2 years. There is always an event for the residents and the staff has been very welcoming and nice. Maintenance usually resolves orders pretty fast and it’s a very quiet community.

1000 Spalding has been great since I’ve moved in, in Jan 2023. My move in was easy breezy . In Jan 2024 I moved into a bigger unit and the transfer was very great . The leasing office was very helpful and kept me updated . Kenzie made the transition very smooth. She is always friendly and willing to help. The new addition Donzel she is also nice and helpful. Overall I have no issues here. I like the community and the area. I’ll be here for awhile.

When I came to visit this location, I was greeted with such positive energy. Kenzie was very helpful in explaining the apartment styles and the best units to fit my needs. I enjoyed living here and would recommend this complex to anyone. The leasing staff, headed by Kenzie Fisher, is super attentive, efficient, and kind. And the maintenance team is also really good, they’re quick to fix an issue and also just friendly all around. I always say management is super important when picking an apartment, so this place is a yes in my book.

We have lived here at 1000 Spalding for over a year and absolutely love this apartment complex! The entire staff here is very friendly, specifically Kenzie, the assistant manger, who always goes above and beyond to help in any way that she can. Maintenance requests are also completed typically within 24-48 hours, which is incredible. Also! They are always having fun, free events during the entire year, which makes it truly feel like a community.

I genuinely love this location. The entrance never faces traffic issues. While some may gripe about it being open, I appreciate the lack of congestion. Having lived in other communities with gate traffic, I value the hassle-free entry here. The maintenance team diligently maintains the property. The two women at the front desk are incredibly helpful. I plan to renew my lease without a doubt. Thank you Spaulding 🫶♥️

As with all apartment communities, there are some great aspects and there are also areas that could use some improvement. I was a little concerned when management changed shortly after I moved in, but the new management has really brought on some improvements. Parking is so much better now, the congestion of people and excess vehicles in the parking lot is better, the noise level is better and overall the community looks nicer. Maintenance also is more responsive. Kenzie in the office is very helpful. She’s always professional and very communicative. Overall, my experience at Cortland 1000 Spalding has been good.

1000 Spalding is a Great place to live. Excellent Community, Diverse, Safe and a lot of Nice and Friendly People. Schools, are close Shopping, Grocery stores including close to the Marta Station. Need repairs Maintence is a phone call away very reliable. Office Staff and Maintence are Respectful and ready to help. Safe Location and Businesses. There are a few things that I love about this community and two of those things are the staff and the quality of accommodations. I am still fairly new to this state and have lived in two other places. This community is by far been the best experience I have yet to have. While the cost of living is ridiculous and these apartments went up... I'd still rather live here until I buy my own place.

This community is one of the best communities to live in for Sandy Springs. Real Estate is all about location. It has the amenities that a single person or family is looking for, it's located close enough to ideal schools, the response time to minor and major concerns is exceptional, and the biggest deal breaker for me is communication. The team here is great at communication.

An associate from 1000 Spalding shortly after posting the review below, and we discussed many of the things I mentioned below. I’m updating my review because of the quickness of the response and their time for the conversation. We spoke at length about how hard it was to reach the on-site team, the confusion in allowing payment for a place before approval, renter’s insurance, and the move-in amount. We reached an agreement with compensation that I’m okay with. My experience wasn’t the best, but I still do hold Cortland in high regard. It sounds like they’re trying to improve and right wrongs, so I am hoping for the best for the new tenants in the community and that they have a better experience. ———- Let me just preface, I don’t often leave bad reviews unless I feel wronged by a business or have tried to communicate with them about this issue. Before coming here, I had heard good things about Cortland Management, so I narrowed my apartment search to just Cortland properties. In the search, I found 1000 Spaldi

Their maintenance team is on top of fulfilling requests, typically same day. I have lived in several complexes in the area and 1000 Spalding hands down has the best staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Leasing agents Alexandria and Kenzie are lovely people, though not the most responsive on email or phone. Email communication gets lost sometimes because it’s sent to the entire leasing team. Maintenance has been fast to respond to requests, but not able to provide some basic things like electrical tape and new lightbulbs. Otherwise, I really like how quiet the community is and the area that this apartment is in. Even though it’s next to the highway, it’s not too loud. Very family friendly and good experience so far.

If you are debating on joining the Spalding community, do it! Don’t wait! The community is quiet and clean, neighbors are nice, and as a single mom I always felt safe. Schools nearby are well rated and the location is amazingly close to everything. The apartments are well maintained and the upgrades cannot be beat. The office staff is always welcoming and willing to help with whatever your needs are. I loved my three years here at Spalding and would highly recommend this community to any of my friends. You aren’t just renting an apartment, you are joining the community family.

As a new resident, I attended my first event for the community yesterday. It was a really nice event and quite a few people attended. Donna, Kenzie, and Alex were so friendly and professional. They were all very welcoming and making sure everyone was able to connect with the other residents, there was food and drinks and lots of conversations to ensure it was a comfortable environment for everyone. I really appreciate the effort the leasing staff makes every time I step into the office, even for an event. They always greet residents, and they’re quick to ask if you need anything and they even go to the extent of asking you personal questions to make you feel like family. I’m really thankful I chose this community and I had to leave a review to encourage other people to become new residents.

It's a very quiet community and the neighbors are great especially if you have kids. Parents and kids tend to walk to the bus stop as a group so I haven't had to worry about my child being alone at the stop

its a good apartment. Management is nice. nice area. close to lots of stuff.

Great Community! Close to the mall, plenty of beautiful parks, grocery stores and highways. It is also close to the Marta station. I've enjoyed living here and look forward to staying here for many more years.

Kenzie was a great help in helping my partner and I in getting into a townhouse last month. Everyone in the leasing office is very understanding and considerate to our concerns. Easy process, and community is great for children. Can’t wait for the remodeling to start!! 5 stars

Just moved into this complex about a month ago. Staff is very friendly and gets back to you right away! They also offer plenty of options to choose from as well as great amenities!

We love it here! Kenzie is THE BEST!!! She made the whole process from application to move-in as painless as possible. MUCH appreciated!!! And she's even followed up to make sure we have everything we need, huge huge shout-out to her! Maintenance is great, super prompt. Complex is quiet and very very safe. I looked at over a dozen other complexes, and I am SO glad we found this one!

Great Communication, Kenzie hasn't skipped a beat. Approval and move in was easy. Maintenance has fixed everything I've asked. Nice Neighborhood. Looking forward to living here.

Lived here for a few years now and love it! Such helpful staff, especially Jason! The maintenance staff is so kind and I know they are doing their best during the pandemic. Any issue I’ve had they have always addressed it in a timely manner. Thanks guys!

Amazing staff. I love staying here at 1000 Spalding. The staff is wonderful. Maintenance team does an outstanding job when servicing. Very respectful team and works very hard
