Tim leads Cortland’s revenue strategy and supports the community teams in driving revenue growth for their local markets. Drawing on his extensive marketing leadership experience, Tim has led the expansion and development of the Marketing team in new areas such as branding, customer insights, analytics, marketing technology, and lead generation, among others. As EVP of Revenue Operations, he oversees his team as they drive marketing execution, lead generation, leasing, touring, lease administration, pricing, credit, and collections.
