With over three decades of experience in effective multifamily residential acquisitions and dispositions, he leads the charge on acquiring all new multifamily assets for the company. Since joining Cortland, Brad has helped the company expand into more than 20 US cities across 12 states with the acquisition of over 65,000 units.
