Cortland Buys, Rebrands Atlanta Community

Cortland has acquired Echo Lakeside, a recently completed community in Peachtree Corners, Ga. Yardi Matrix identified the seller as Brand Properties. Cortland purchased the property through its Growth and Income fund and immediately rebranded it as Cortland Peachtree Corners.

The asset was completed in April 2019 and encompasses 296 one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 620 to 1,660 square feet. Community amenities include a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, swimming pool, rideshare space and dog park. Two lakes border the property, while additional features include two docks where residents can fish or go kayaking.
