Cortland Acquires Apartment Duo
Atlanta-based Cortland has expanded their Idaho presence, purchasing a pair of multifamily properties in the Boise, ID region. The two new acquisitions are The Addison, a 237-unit complex in Boise and the 368-unit Franklin at Ten Mile community in Meridian, ID. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Addison, which will be rebranded as Cortland on the River, features one- and two-bedroom homes with large windows, upscale kitchens and hardwood style flooring. The property is located just steps from the Boise River. The Meridian property, to be re-named Cortland at Ten Mile, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences featuring quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a 24-hour fitness center.
“Cortland’s luxury apartment communities offer the best of city living near the heart of Boise,” said the firm’s CIO Mike Altman in a news release. “This is just the start of Cortland’s investment in the region, driven by our commitment to deliver an unrivaled, resident-centric, hospitality-driven experience that is changing the standard of apartment living in Boise.”
