Birmingham's Newest High-Rise Apartments Offer Rooftop Pool, Stunning Views

The Cortland Vesta Apartments off Highland Avenue in Birmingham will soon be complete. Construction on the apartments is moving along with much of the exterior of the apartments now complete. The apartment complex features stunning views of Birmingham, a bar, dedicated yoga space and rooftop pool. 

The apartments consist of three buildings: a high-rise tower, a mid-rise building and a parking deck. There will be 207 one-bedroom apartments and 111 two-bedroom apartments available for rent. The apartments range in size from 604 to 799 square feet for one-bedroom apartments in the high-rise tower. Two-bedroom apartments in the high-rise range from 958 to 1087 square feet.
