UPDATE.... Wren is the absolute best value for the money. I've lived in several "luxury" apartments in many cities. These apartments are the hands down, the best I've come across. Conveniently located, beautiful landscape, solidly built, and most importantly....less expensive than a lot of lesser quality apartments. The staff are very professional and responsive. Best apartment I ever rented. I promise you won't find a better place. I moved in on New Year's day and so far so good. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well built. The property itself is very very clean. The neighbors are nice and pleasant. The apartments must be well insulated because I don't hear any noise whatsoever from the folks above me and my 1st electric bill is low. Eddie, Leigh, and Rae have been phenomenal. Great professional, customer service. I highly recommend this place.

Wren is an amazing community to live at. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints. I am able to run at night and feel safe which is very appreciated. Thank you for all you guys do , you guys are awesome.

Friendly staff, great looking community, secure and safe and located near great shopping and lots of hiking trails. I usually go up to the white water rafting center and its only 15 min drive there and 20/25 min drive to uptown during the morning rush hr

Our friends told us about the Wren and we had to come check it out. The move in was quick and painless. We even got a personalized welcome gift! Our apartment is very spacious, new and modern. We love how family friendly and diverse this neighborhood is!

A great place to live, tons of community activities and amenities!!! The staff is very professional and the apartments are well appointed and in great condition. Its close to the mall and restaurants and its easy to get to the main roadways.

We moved into Wren Northlake while we were building our new home. At first I was really nervous about adjusting from a house and neighborhood back to an apartment- but from the minute I toured the apartment I was in love. Not only with how well designed the apartment was, but how responsive and helpful the team was. Even before we moved in we were treated like a part of the Wren community. Now I am honestly a little sad to leave.

Very Good. At Wren the apartment quality for the money is superb. The front office are very friendly and easy to interact with. It's fairly quiet as most young people are priced out of living here. Ease of access to 77 and 485 and plenty of restaurants and Northlake mall.

Such a nice place to live! I absolutely love the dog park area! I think it's really nice to have a fenced in area in which to let the dogs off leash to play and do their business! The staff folk are kind and courteous and have always been helpful in every possible way they could! I love the way they accept our packages from FedEx and UPS for us so we don't miss our shipments! Thank you for all you do!
