Really quite community, the grounds are beautiful and lots of amenities. It is close to shopping, amazing restaurants, and fast food. There are lots of local activities and the Town Center always has something cool going on.

Town Center is home to myself and my family. We had to move to another community because ours was flooded due to hurricane Harvey. We couldnt get back to Town Center soon enough! I truly love the office and maintenance staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The grounds are always kept clean and beautifully. My move in experience was easy and seamless. I would recommend Town Center Apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful home in a great location in the Kingwood area.

I love my beautiful apartment!! It's so quiet here, I haven't been able to enjoy the gym or pool because of my work but it's still nice to live here. I would definitely reccomend this to anyone that is looking for an apartment right now.

Have been a resident for only 2 months, but could not have asked for a better living experience from the staff. The leasing office staff is always friendly and willing to help with my needs, and the maintenance staff is punctual with their response times.

It's been an incredible experience. The interior finishes were carefully selected. The location is perfect if you enjoy nature and exercise. Community staff is very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this property.

The ONLY thing that made my experience living in Houston better. The apartments were fully gutted after the hurricane, and they have top notch amenities. Management was always helpful. And even when we decided we could no longer stand living in TX and relocated, they honored their no-fee relocation to another of their sister properties. We moved back to Louisiana and their sister property, Indigo Park in Baton Rouge, was as equally a wonderful living experience. So kudos to Cortland for getting it right!

Excellent, great location. Supermarkets, pharmacy, and restaurants near us. You can walk around the complex and the gym is great. The staff is friendly and ready to help you all the time. Our time here has been wonderful.

Recently moved in and absolutely love this place. Layout is awesome, tons of family activities which is great when you have little ones, the staff is super attentive. Definitely recommend.
