I have lived at The Garratt for 18 months and I love it! The staff and maintenance are wonderful and everyone is so nice! My unit is very nice and modern and it's very quite! I love the new outdoor space and enjoy the pool, grills and dog park! I highly recommend living here!

We absolutely LOVE living at The Garratt. From the first time we came to visit, to view the apartments, the staff has been AMAZING. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and helpful. The maintenance is super professional, and prompt. We love our apartment, its very modern and clean. The ammenities make us feel spoiled everyday. This is hands down our favorite place we have lived and we look forward to calling it home for many years. Cant say enough good things.

The Garratt is a nice, spacious and quiet community. The homes have updated finishes and they offer several great layouts to choose from. Service requests are taken care of promptly and the office team always greets you with a smile!

We feel at home in our apartment, its nice and quiet. The actual apartment is so modern, it has amazing high end finishes. The staff is amazing, we couldnt be happier. Everyone makes us feel appreciated. We wont be moving anytime soon.

Moved to The Garratt in March and couldn't be happier. Crystal and her team were wonderful, the apt is spacious and clean and have been renovated recently. The work out room is nice and it and it seems to be a very family friendly neighborhood, I would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely love this community and the staff that run it. Melissa at the office in particular has gone above and beyond to ensure all of my questions and concerns have been addressed promptly. The gym, community spaces, and the apartments themselves are absolutely fantastic - I really don't have enough good things to say about The Garratt.

I absolutely love this community because the staff is always on top of everything. Never had any concerns about not feeling important enough. It is truly one of the most beautiful complexes I've lived in.

Office staff and service guys are on POINT! Love living here! Any time I ever have an issue, it is dealt with in a timely manner and always of importance to them, no matter how small. Everyone is super helpful and friendly and genuinely cares.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home! My townhome is gorgeous and has everything we need! My husband and I moved from a smaller apartment on Hamilton, not only was the traffic bad but we had zero storage space. My new home has tons of space for storage!! Closets are huge and you can't beat an attached garage! My location is very private too, my back view is all trees and nature!

The Garratt is a great place to live. The community is cohesive and everyone pitches in to make it nice. The management offers incentives for upgrading your area. The maintenance guys are super nice especially Madaf, such a nice man.

This complex is gorgeous and I am so happy I chose to move here! My townhouse is so spacious and it is in such a nice private area surrounded by woods and a golf course behind that! So much room for my dog to take walks because this complex is huge; it feels way more like a neighborhood rather than a complex!
