I love living here it's so peaceful and quiet. Never any issues. The front office staff is amazing - Daniel, Emily, Alicia, Jessica, and Johnathan. Each are very friendly with every encounter I've had with them, especially Daniel. The pool area is very nice and saltwater pool, by the way. Each unit included washer and dryer and bluetooth speakers in the kitchen. Plus they have a larger patio then any other apartment I've stayed at. Highly recommend this place.

I was very impressed with how professional and pleasant Daniel was. We saw a beautiful 2 bedroom and wow... I absolutely loved the space and the way it was decorated. I could imagine my furnishings in there. The grounds are very well kept and the pool is gorgeous. Looks like a resort pool. Very impressed.

Excellent Apartment complex with numerous amenities and types of apartments. Great customer service and maintenance service, given COVID-19. Best to reach the leasing office by email for any support.

I have been living here for about 3 months. The neighborhood is safe, and quiet. The move in process was very smooth, and everyone from the leasing office to maintenance is always very friendly. My only complaint is that the hot water doesn't last long enough for me to take a relaxing shower.

Initially I was displeased with the experience that i’d had with Sardis Place. After speaking with the current Property Manager Jessica she was able to restore my trust in Cortland Properties. She was empathetic, sincere and reactionary when it came to resolving my concerns. I am aware that the issues i experienced were prior to her leadership and glad we had the opportunity to talk.

Suzy Meyer of Click Pack Move helped us find Sardis Place at Matthews when we were planning a move from New Hampshire to North Carolina. We moved here in 2017, sight unseen, and love it! Our kitchen was completely redone before we moved in, featuring granite counters and ceiling-high cabinets. Our apartment has a fireplace, a refrigerator with a temperature alarm, a new stove, and a washer and dryer just off the kitchen. Complex amenities include two pools, a volleyball area, picnic tables, charcoal grills, gas grills, and a fitness center. Community activities are scheduled from time to time with food brought in by local restaurants or food trucks. Package deliveries are secure and can be picked up either at the office or in secure lockers. The grounds are well kept. The community provides valet trash removal service 5 days each week, and pest removal can be scheduled with a quick phone call or online request. I love living at Sardis Place! The office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful! I had a terrible moving company and the office and maintenance made the transition much easier. They are very responsive whenever I have an issue. They were even proactive when they noticed my water bill was higher than normal. Thank you all!!

I appreciate the staff here at Sardis Place. Maintenance always takes care of any problem I may have. The pool area is always clean and suitable for my 5 year old. Office staff is kind and professional. I never see trash outside on our property.

My experience at Sardis its been amazing, our apartment is beautiful exactly how it looks in the pictures , maintenance is fast and efficient. Tarek is always there when you have any questions , he is always there to help you. I love it here! Don’t trust the bad reviews!

A good nice place to start a home has enough of people here, that if you have a need for help, questions or some kind of services there should be someone who would be able and willing to help you out in your situation no matter what the problem may be or check at the office, they are willing to help. If they can't, maybe they can send you in the right direction for help.

I'm taking the opportunity to say Many Thanks to Chris for fixing my air conditioning & stopping a water leak. Although it was close to the end of his working day, he took the time to make sure everything was working correctly. Now I have an air conditioner that works beautifully! Thanks Chris!
