We moved into this community in Jan 2022 the management then was dreadful to say the least. Absolutely customer unfriendly. However, things have turnaround completely ever since the new management has taken over. The team now is just amazing. My interactions with Reggie, Jordan and Josh have been amazing. I've been at the Estates for 2 months and I really like living here! Reggie and Jordan have always been so responsive and helpful any time I had a question! I have met really nice people here and my dog loves the park! The events that the staff plan for the residents are really great, and I always appreciate the coffee in the clubhouse! Set up tour appointment online, met with Reggie. He was very knowledgeable of the community and the area. Showed me 2 units I was interested in, provided me with all the information I needed to apply online. Immediately submitted my application. Diamond followed up with me and eased me through the rest of the process. Home sweet home!!! Quiet community, very comfortable, office staff, and neighbors very friendly and inviting. From the first tour, to move in day, the incredible staff is what sealed the deal when it came to choosing where we wanted to move last year. They’re always on top of it and have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. On top of the excellent service, we’re absolutely in love with the different amenities, beautiful grounds and our spacious apartment. 5 Stars Highly recommend. Reggie was top-tier customer service and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond touring the property and providing a virtual tour of a similar unit. Honest and patient, these apartment prices are well worth the price with all the amenities available onsite along with convenient access to a CVS, Kroger, & Publix. It was incredible to be assisted by someone who cared more about my comfortability, budget, and preferences than simply trying to close a deal. When I become a resident, I know the staff will treat me well.

We’ve lived here for 2 years and recently renewed our lease …outstanding management , they’re always friendly,helpful ,sincere and truly thee best. I recently saw a post that made no sense. I’ve had nothing but great things to say about this place . My apartment is beautiful and peaceful, they’re really great about keeping up with stuff like getting the dryer vents cleaned and hallways or I guess breezeways washed plus grounds are kept cleaned. The maintenance crew is by far the most professional and respectful. Everything about the property is top-notch! We’ve lived here for 2 years and recently renewed our lease …Cortland management is always friendly,helpful ,sincere, transparent, present and truly thee best. The maintenance crew is by far the most professional, respectful, responsive , peaceful experience. Everything about the property is top-notch! Except for the few parents that don’t take responsibility of being parents to their kids and just letting them run wild. That issue has been addressed, thank goodness ☺️ We love this community. The amenities -swimming pools, dog area- trails and beautiful grounds. 🌳 The community is beautifully planned and safe. The apartments are nice and spacious. I've been living in this complex for the last year (signed while it was still Estates at Johns Creek, but it promptly changed to Cortland within like a week lol). For the most part, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. In fact, this is the first apartment I have ever resigned a lease for the same unit in my 15 years of apartment living. There are some issues with noise (it's an apartment, what can you do) and some entitled residents, but the front office staff listens to my concerns and does their best to rectify them in a timely manner. Unfortunately, people are going to do what they want sometimes and ignore the requests of the office staff. That said, when I bring the issue up again, the office does not dismiss me and continues to try to take care of it. Additionally, a lot of people are saying how expensive these apartments are. I am jaded, I admit, but after paying $200 more for 300 sqft less in California, I am THRILLED at these prices lol. They even worked with me for my renewal to make sure

We have been living at Addison Place for the past 10 years and we really like it here. Having a friendly and lively community, spacious layouts, amenities, walking trails and convenient location, we never thought of finding another apartment elsewhere. Nearly three managements changed during our stay here and by far Cortland has been one of the best. Everyone in the leasing office is so friendly and always ready to help, especially Hailie is amazing. She is extremely helpful, an amicable person and always goes above and beyond to solve any issues we have. Maintenance issues are also handled as quickly as possible, unlike the previous management who were so unprofessional. I just hope Cortland doesn't have high annual increases like the previous management. I would recommend Cortland Johns Creek apartments to anyone interested in renting, undoubtedly it is a pretty good place to live in.

I have been in this community for last 2 years and have moved between apartments within the community. Main reason to stay here is due to the great service received from Hailie Williams - the community support team. She always been a responsible associate to resolve any issues and always takes personal interest to help anyone in the community. I have even seen her to fix issue before it happens as mitigation plan to avoid any issues. I have been really happy with my decision to move to Cortland Johns Creek. I looked at a LOT of rental properties and this was my last and as the saying goes "Save the Best for Last". Josh and Hailie (I've been in contact with them the most) are great! I wish I could remember everyone's name at the Leasing Office. They are all so helpful and friendly and super responsive. The maintenance crew respond same day in almost all cases (I've had very few because I don't have issues, except a minor nuisance here and there). My apartment was super clean when I moved in, never seen a bug. All of my appliances work great. The complex is well maintained, pretty quiet and plenty of parking. Lots of amenities - two pools, rec room, meeting rooms, pool table, entertainment room. Fresh paint/fresh carpet.

So I came in a few days ago to look at an apartment due to inflation rates going up. Spoke with a young lady. She was very nice and informative on the different style and units. She walked me around showed me all the amenities around the complex. I really loved that they have a gym on the premises. No available units ready at the time. She let me know that she was new there, she was very knowledgeable for working there for sure a short period of time. I was a bit nervous at looking at this compound due to some of the old reviews. This place is under new management and seems like it has made a big turn around as it may seem. I can’t vouch for other reviews but it was a pleasant time and I felt as if my questions were answered fully and knew about the area around the apartments as in traffic and places to go to shop and eat. We need more knowledgeable people like her so we can have a smooth transition for work and home. Overall I was delighted and felt taken care of. Ty
