We’ve lived here for 2 years and recently renewed our lease …Cortland management is always friendly,helpful ,sincere, transparent, present and truly thee best. The maintenance crew is by far the most professional, respectful, responsive , peaceful experience. Everything about the property is top-notch! Except for the few parents that don’t take responsibility of being parents to their kids and just letting them run wild. That issue has been addressed, thank goodness ☺️ We love this community. The amenities -swimming pools, dog area- trails and beautiful grounds. 🌳 The community is beautifully planned and safe. The apartments are nice and spacious. My neighbors are all wonderful and multi- cultural. We feel appreciated by management with regular club house Events for residents, they are fun and delicious 😋. The entire staff is excellent. Great Job 👏 for your hard work, y’all make it look easy but I know it’s not. The management that was here

The treatment and attention I have gotten from miss Hailie and miss Diana is outstanding; maintenance team is also very helpful and they always respond to the work orders on time.

Recently moved and have been very well assisted by Diana - always returned my calls and emails. As we are new to the city she has also helped us with great information on the neighborhood. I really appreciate it. Cortland Johns Creek is a beautiful place with lots of nature and ammenities are being remodeled to improve functionality.

Nice spacious luxury apartments. Awesome management (unlike a lot of places we lived at before) who listen to feedback from residents and fix things and for the most part are proactive and diligent in taking care of the property and the apartments. Great place to live and the location is great, close to most things you would need. Specifically want to call out Josh, Ben and Hailey , they always go over and beyond to help out.

I enjoying living at Cortland Johns Creek. From day one, management has been responsive and work hard to keep the residents happy. The hosted monthly events are fun, thoughtful and great evening “out” for the whole family. A special shout out to Diana as she is genuinely caring with a cheery personality to match. Glad I made the choice to live here.

I've been living in this complex for the last year (signed while it was still Estates at Johns Creek, but it promptly changed to Cortland within like a week lol). For the most part, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. In fact, this is the first apartment I have ever resigned a lease for the same unit in my 15 years of apartment living. There are some issues with noise (it's an apartment, what can you do) and some entitled residents, but the front office staff listens to my concerns and does their best to rectify them in a timely manner. Unfortunately, people are going to do what they want sometimes and ignore the requests of the office staff. That said, when I bring the issue up again, the office does not dismiss me and continues to try to take care of it. Additionally, a lot of people are saying how expensive these apartments are. I am jaded, I admit, but after paying $200 more for 300 sqft less in California, I am THRILLED at these prices lol. They even worked with me for my renewal to make sure

From my very first tour even throughout my move-in process everything was a smooth transition. Huge!!!! Shoutout to the entire staff and the maintenance staff they are outstanding. Hailie and Josh are awesome sauce. They took excellent care of me and family. You guys are forever highly appreciated for all that you do. Thank you for giving us the best experience ever! Mrs. Diana you are amazing and very sweet thank you for making sure everything was seamless on the day of my move in.
