Firstly, I am not the kind of person who usually takes the time to write a review, but my personal experience at the Estates at Johns Creek by Cortland with the Kind Manager Mr. Josh, Mr. Reggie, and Mr. Benjamin has been so extraordinary that I feel compelled to share it. These team players have an exceptional understanding of how unforeseen circumstances can affect their tenants, and they are always there to help in the best way possible. We are currently on our sixth lease in this community, and besides the fact that it is gated and very safe, these remarkable individuals are experts in their craft and have incredibly good hearts. I highly recommend this community to anyone who wants to get value for their money; what you see online is exactly what you get in reality. You guys are now part of my American dream. Thank you 🙏🏿.

I am a long-time resident of the Estates of Johns Creek and I like it over here. It is a safe and quiet community with good amenities, nice management as well as maintenance personnel and friendly neighbors. The leasing office staff are all very amicable and always ready to help. In particular, I would like to commend Reggie for consistently going above and beyond to support the residents. Whether it's promptly addressing maintenance requests, or taking care of any other issues or simply being available to listen to concerns, Reggie handles everything with a positive and proactive attitude. His professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for helping residents are truly commendable. I wholeheartedly appreciate Reggie and the Cortland management, for being so helpful and putting the needs of the residents first!

On day one, I pulled up to the leasing office, I was nervous, I was tired, I was ready to get settled into my new home. Jordan walked me through the lease, told me about EVERYTHING, he offered a property tour, which I asked to have at a later date so I could just get settled and he agreed. Jordan handed me my keys and offered to have me follow him to my home. He blocked off a parking spot so the movers could park the truck closest to my unit, he walked the apartment with me, showing me everything. He told me, if we have missed anything let us know and they would get right on it. He was right, I submitted a request, and they called the very next morning, they called before just showing up, which I found to be extremely respectful. The very minor requests were fixed quickly. I have not lived in an apartment since 2000, living here for the past 3 months, makes me feel like I am living in a "house". The size of the apartment is large compared to others. Just got to our new apartment @ the Estates at Johns Creek, the overall process from booking the apartment to moving in was very efficient. Ariana and Reggie were super helpful in getting all my documentation and process completed. The apartment was ready on the date we agreed and was in perfect shape. The community as a whole is a nice and lively place to reside.
