I've been here for over a year and the residents are super friendly and lots of us have become friends. I enjoy having a well-maintained, pretty, peaceful place to call home. When I visit the leasing office the staff is friendly and helpful. I can take my dog to the dog park at the center of the complex or walk her in the neighborhood and I always feel safe. I like the layout of the community; the roads are wide and there is plenty of parking. It's not crowded with buildings like some other apartment complexes. It feels homey. Although it is a very dog-friendly complex, you never hear barking. My dog is happy here. Her entertainment is watching "dog TV" through the patio door.

Living in Emerson Park is so comfortable and convenient. I feel safe here. I can walk around the community without worries. It is nice and peaceful here.

I have lived here over 3 years and just got my apartment updated...so excited! It's like living in a new place. All the upgrades are amazing and the community is amazing! I am close to work, school and lots of shopping. The staff is always helpful and knows how to take care of business. Look to many more years here.

We’ve lived here for a couple months and it’s been awesome!! Raashad in the leasing office is very nice and always willing to help if there are any issues that come up! Very quiet and up kept community!

Me and my husband recently moved here and we are in love with this place. We have been here for 5 months and have had nothing but good experience. The complex is always well tended to and the office stuff is always friendly. Always on top with the service requests. Excellent place to live!

I greatly enjoy living at Emerson Park. It is very well-maintained and has a community dog park. Residents are very friendly and the staff is professional and helpful. Response to maintenance requests is fast - for me, typically taken care of the same day - even for small issues like a slow drain. The community is peaceful and safe to walk or run. My apartment is spacious and nice with high ceilings and good-sized bedrooms, a huge closet, and a great balcony facing the pond. It is very quiet here. Always plenty of parking. Close to the highway and grocery stores. I appreciate the community feel here, as residents interact regularly at the dog park and also things like yoga at the gym and weekly food trucks.

Ariana is one of the most wonderful staff members they have working. She is always on top of what is going on and can be super helpful. Its always a pleasure to talk to her, when I first moved in she worked fast and didn't pressure you into anything you didn't feel comfortable with.

I love living at Emerson Park. As a single woman safety is important to me and I feel safe here. Beautiful clean grounds. Ariana, Makenzie and Chris are professional and friendly. I read a few of the negative reviews and I can say this from experience...be glad we aren't living in California!
