I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cortland Vera Sanford to spend time with my family, and I was truly impressed by the experience. During my visit, I attended a community event organized by the staff, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to create a warm atmosphere. It was great to see so many residents enjoying themselves; everyone looked genuinely happy and engaged. Since moving into our new unit, Jose on the maintenance team and Tiana in the leasing office have been super helpful in ensuring that all our questions are answered and we’re well taken of. Jose especially does his best to figure out the problem and solve it even when we’re not completely sure what’s wrong ourselves. Their kindness has made a huge difference throughout our time living at Cortland!

Jose Ortiz is an excellent maintenance worker for the community. He fixes any issues we’re having in a timely manner and always notifies us before and after. He is very friendly and personable and happy to see around the community throughout the weeks. We are grateful to have him around and for the assistance he provides us.

i gave a 4 ONLY BC OF AT&T INTERNET!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY APARTMENT, THE COMPLEX, EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE(although i have not met everyone)! THE ELEVATOR IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND SMELLS AMAZING!! SUPER CONVENIENT TO HAVE A TRASH CHUTE ON THE 3RD FLOOR(some residents put other garbage in the area of which they should NOT do that, we have rules and those who do that, take away from our complex looking nice) THE GROUNDS ARE WELL KEPT AND I MAY HAVE MINOR DETAIL ISSUES IN MY APT, ITS NOT A BIG DEAL BC MY PLACE IS SUPER NICE BUT THE INTERNET SERVICE HAS ME SUPER UPSET BC I WORK FROM HOME. THE INTERNET WENT OUT AROUND 12PM TODAY AND I RECEIVED A TEXT AROUND 8PM IT WAS FIXED BUT ITS 1AM THE NEXT DAY AND STILL NO INTERNET!!! Jose Ortiz is one of the maintenance guys and he is amazing at his job! He’s very professional, efficient and any issues I’ve had with my apartment he’s fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this apartment complex and the maintenance is wonderful.

This is the best community I have lived in! The pool is absolutely on a league of its own and the club house is beautiful. There is a 2 story gym with all the equipment you need and the staff are incredible. The maintenance folks are incredibly responsive and always show up to take care of any issues, which is rare these days. The leasing office staff are super friendly and we had a great experience dealing with Tiana and Milica there. They are always doing fantastic events with different themes like for Halloween and Thanksgiving. Food trucks come all the time as well! The location is fantastic, since it’s only 5 minutes away from the Town Center for restaurants and shopping. It’s also only 5 and 7 minutes away from Publix and Walmart respectively. It’s also close to offices like Deloitte and Verizon and jumping on 3 major highways from there is very convenient. The community is extremely safe and quiet as well so would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Let me tell you customer service has come a long way. Ms Shamell was awesome. And you can tell that she really cares and knows her stuff. The tour was amazing and even though it wasn't planned she was still pleasant and patient with answering my questions.

I have been living here since the community opened (about 6 years) and it has been a pleasure! Everyone is responsive and very reasonable in how they conduct business and provide customer service. I especially want to thank the Managers Tiana and Milica for always working with me, being so accommodating and kind; as well as the Maintenance team Mario, Jose and others that no longer work for the company. I definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call their home - even if it is a temporary home. :-)

Lived here for over a year. Grounds are always kept up in good order and office staff is friendly and responsive. Community as a whole is quiet with minimal noise. Any maintenance request filled within 24 hours. Amenities always in good working condition. Pleased with my living experience that I re-signed a lease in their townhomes for the added garage space. Nothing but a positive working experience with Tiana and Milica from the office and their entire community team over the year. A living space that I would highly recommend.

We toured the community on Saturday 10/26. It was a great experience. We showed up at 12:30 and the on-site manager was kind enough to show us around even though she was working alone and busy. The community is wonderful and we are definitely going to apply.

I just moved here with my other roommates and I have to say this has been the best moving experience we have ever had (this our 3rd move over 3 years). Every place we have moved there has been a laundry list of problems but not here. Everything is beautiful, and in amazing shape. Perfect amenities, cant hear the neighbors above us. Im thoroughly impressed. A HUGE thank you to Melissa in the leasing office who has been so extremely helpful with everything and made our move in so seamless. She is so sweet and was so happy to answer any questions we had, which I assure you was alot lol. Milica and Tiana at the office are simply amazing. They always take care of any request that I have. They always try their best and work to make residents experience the best one possible. Last week I was at work when my food order was delivered at the door and they called me when they noticed food in the hallway. They took it to the office , placed it in their refrigerator and I was able to pick it up when I came from work. Thank you Milica and Tiana.

Cortland Vera Sanford has truly been a great place to call home. The office team especially Tiana made everything easy to move in and get questions answered quickly. The maintenance team is awesome even went through the extent of making sure I was given back the exact amount of money when there was an issue with the car care center vacuum. The community is always hosting great events and food truck nights have been a life saver for someone who works long hours myself. I enjoyed inviting guest over to show off the great amenities and how clean the community was always kept. If I could give a 1000/10 i definitely would !

The team at Cortland Vera is very responsive to any concerns/questions I've had regarding my unit and the complex amenities. They know our family and are always kind and attentitive. Cortland Vera has a BEAUTIFUL POOL <3 It's one of our favorite pass times - to grill & chill pool side. They offer other amenities, such as a Cinema, Club House w/computer lab and conference room, and 2 other outside amenity spots in the first 2 buildings, in addition to a 2 floor gym. They also have a manual car wash in the back. The Management Team is great at throwing parties/events for family and/or adults. They make the holidays a fun past time, and we look forward to their events. The 2 past events we had were Build your own Terrarium for Earth Day, and Cinco De Mayo - fun for the whole family :) Milica and Tiana have been very helpful whenever I've needed questions answered, and/or to coordinate with my schedule for Unit Repairs/Maintenance. Coming up on six months now since my wife and I moved in and it has been the best experience possible! From the staff, the amenities, our wonderful apartment, to the location. I still can’t believe we are able to call this place home. Hearing the birds in the courtyard when you walk out to the porch. Swimming in the incredible salt water pool, utilizing the two story fitness center, the list keeps going and going. Blessed is an understatement. Thank you Cortland Vera Sanford!

Marc and Kevin from maintenance team are taking care of the pool every morning. Pool is always crystal clear and ready for use. They always say hello when they see me out there. I enjoy all of the events they do at the pool too. This community is real luxury living.

Aliyah was so wonderful when we toured this apartment complex. She went out of her way to show us around and dive into the details of leasing an apartment here. After so many apartment tours and an incredibly frustrating week, Aliyah turned it all around just by being kind, friendly, and relatable. The complex itself was well maintained and peaceful and didn’t feel overcrowded, which I was noticing a lot of at other complexes similar to this one did. The parking lot wasn’t too tight and even when neighbors are walking about the grounds there was plenty of space. The apartments were pretty nice on the inside and the hallways weren’t cluttered with any trash. Overall seems like a lovely place. Thanks again!

From the day we had a tour to move in day Tiana was so helpful and very pleasant! I felt like I was on a Disney tour!! 😁 The application was a very smooth process and the communication was top tier!!! Aaliyah was so so helpful and kind as well. This is an amazing complex to live. The atmosphere is so peaceful, it's a quite neighborhood. The amenities are great, the pool being my favorite. The staff really makes this place. From the events to food trucks to administrative tasks, this staff is on it. I really want to highlight the leasing agent Tiana. She has been an allstar from the moment we spoke on the phone. She has worked with my husband and I so well and always with a smile on her face. We love it here!!

I found my dream home at Cortland Vera Sanford luxury apartments. Downsizing from a six bedroom house to a spacious two bedroom apartment was a leap without regrets. My apartment overlooks the epitome of luxury with palm trees towering out of planters that seem to float on the water's surface, an outdoor kitchen and the vibe of an exotic beach that calls me to the poolside. The pleasures of this resort-style community do not stop there. My apartment is situated between a two-story gym equipped to please bodybuilders and cardio enthusiasts alike, and a two-story clubhouse with a pool table and business center. Let me not forget to mention the movie theater that is a short elevator ride away. And thanks to Paola and the amazing leasing office staff, I am starting fresh and writing a new chapter in life. I have paid a visit to this place a few times during my uber runs and I must say that this place is kept clean from the entrance into the hallways, pool area and clubhouse. The maintenance people are alwaya at work and have been accomodating in more than one occasion. Definitely a 5 star complex, beats where I am and would consider once my lease is up.

Been here for about five months. Definitely one of the best places to live in Sanford. The staff here are amazing and helpful. Tiana is such a professional and courteous Manager. Cortland Vera Sanford has been the best apartment I’ve ever lived in!!! The complex itself is amazing and I also give huge shoutout to the entire staff because living here was such a pleasant experience :)) From the time I signed the lease everyone has gone out of their way to be helpful in whatever I needed. I lived there 15 months and only ever had to call maintenance twice and both times they came within 24 hrs which is not usually the case at most complexes I’ve lived in. They do really cool stuff like hosting movie nights at the pool and you can swim while watching or hang out, the last one was Super Mario as soon as it came out and it’s clear they just genuinely care about everyone who lives there enjoying themselves and having a good experience and they are always helpful and actually answer the phone when you call and I think the entire time I lived there a handful of times they didn’t but they ALWAYD called me back within 1-2 hours. I absolutely love this place!!! Management and leasing office were super helpful with everything and super communicative. Milica was my leasing agent and she is just super friendly and amazing to work with! Apartment is stunning and super clean when we moved in. The amenities are amazing the gym is two stories and has everything you could ever need! The pool is always clean and stunning, same with the clubhouse. I 100% recommend this apartment complex. Cortland Vera Sanford has to be one the best places I’ve ever lived! Apartment was gorgeous and a steal at the price. It’s very refreshing when maintenance and management are on the same page and it makes the lives of residents so much easier. Maintenance was always quick and efficient and were just great people overall making the experience living here so much better. The amenities are top of the line and the pool was perfect! Management and front office does such a great job at making everything simple and genuinely built a nice family environment. Hated that we needed to move but will genuinely miss the events and all the good times! Paola thanks for all your assistance in helping us find a great apartment and helping throughout whenever we needed! Mike thanks for all the help from move in and move out and making sure any maintenance issues was dealt with promptly! I hope everyone in the office and maintenance gets a raise because I have never been in a community this great! 10 out of 5 stars!

Paola was amazing in the application process. She really took her time with us and helped us out even though our move in date is all the way in September. She was patient and attentive, while being excited that we were approved! When we did our tour with her from the jump it’s was an amazing experience. I enjoy living in Vera, however, I stayed in the pool past 10pm and the nicest maintenance guys showed up to ask us leave, we packed up and headed out. But, someone literally called the cops. Two cops showed up, wasting their time, and interrogated us for being in the pool too late. The clientele needs to wake up or check in to an assisted living facility.

I just moved here with my other roommates and I have to say this has been the best moving experience we have ever had (this our 3rd move over 3 years). Every place we have moved there has been a laundry list of problems but not here. Everything is beautiful, and in amazing shape. Perfect amenities, cant hear the neighbors above us. I work here as a yoga teacher for the residents and I have to say I love it! The people who live there are very friendly! The gym and pool facilities are top of the line! I gotta mention the pool again because it is very nice, a great bbq kitchen area, and the lounge chairs are very comfortable! The community is always clean and smells clean! I look forward to being there every week. And the yoga class is free for residents! What’s better than free self care. One big perk to moving there!

This place is gorgeous. It makes me feel like I am at a resort everyday. The pool space is huge and clean. Love how inclusive the community is with all of its events. They really want everyone to feel included and at home. Paola in the office is a sweetheart whenever I stop by. The clubhouse is also convenient whenever I need to print something since I don't have a printer and as a student I always have to print something out. I would definitely recommend this location!

Cortland Vera Sanford apartments are absolutely beautiful! My fiancé and I went on a tour a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with this community. The staff, management, maintenance team are really amazing people. Paola was so thorough with answering our questions and showing us all around the beautiful community. Our biggest hope was to bring our pup Enzo with us and learning that the community is dog friendly, has a dog park, pet stations and pet spa, really pulled us in! We’re looking forward to coming back, sitting down and getting things on a roll.

Cortland Vera is amazing! I have been here for about a year and a half. I love that we are right outside Orlando. The place is gorgeous, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff is excellent and very responsive. My kids enjoy the pool, I love that I have a gym at home and the clubhouse is equipped for all our family celebrations. We love living here! Our unit is great and all our concerns were addressed soon after moving. The managing staff are very attentive and on top of everything. Milica ,Paola and Mike along with the rest of the staff are the absolute best! We enjoy food truck nights along with the other resident events that are held for the residents. This community has a very inviting, fun and inclusive atmosphere. We are already looking into renewing our lease when it up later this year.

I would like to let any body that is looking for a new place to call home Cortland, Vera is the best place to call home. I moved in right when they got done building them and it’s going on 4 years that I am very lucky and fortunate to call Cortland Vera home. When you walk in the office, you will be greeted with wonderful office girls I do I have to give it to Melissa. She is a really hard worker. Melissa is the office manager. She is always pleasant very understanding very outgoing, and always thinks of the residence. When I was looking at other places I would walk into the office at the places I was looking at and I would walk out because office people were very rude. But At Cortland Vera when you walk in to the office even if they are busy, they will at least acknowledge you with a smile and let you know they will be right with you. Maintenance is very quick on answering or fixing your service request also when I’m driving out if I see maintenance going through a service call on the golf cart all the maint

Not even a resident, the Property Manager is transparent and super helpful. Good first impression, I inquired about something entirely non related to leasing inquiries and she was able to assist, please at least give them an initial conversation. Honesty is hard to come by!

My family and I love living at Cortland Vera Sanford. Maintenance team is amazing. They keep our breezeways clean and work orders are always done on time. Kudos to Mike and his team. We stop by the office for the coffee on a daily basis and office team is on point. They have the best hot chocolate station that we ever seen.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. My fiancé and I lived in an apartment complex where crime was increasing rapidly, cops always coming around, break-ins happening, gun shots, and my fiancé's car got hit four times in the past couple of years in the parking lot. We did not feel safe and my anxiety got bad so we knew we had to leave immediately. This was the first place we stopped by and THANKFULLY they had an open tour that day and took us in last minute. As soon as we walked in we knew this was the place. Paola was the team member that assisted us and she did an AMAZING job. She showed us everything throughout the community and did a great job at explaining everything. She even explained to us what to expect on our monthly bills such as electricity, water, internet, etc. which no one has ever done that before so it gave us an idea of what to expect monthly from utilities. We went home after the tour and immediately filled out an application and the next morning Paola was in touch with

Im new in the area and I was given a tour of the building by a family member and it felt like I was touring a resort with a beautiful pool, and a high end gym. I really liked the movie theater they have. The property is well maintained and they have plenty of room for parking.

This place is beautiful. My uncle lives here, and they have a lot of amenities. They have a cinema, a clubhouse with a pool table, Mac computers and a big screen TV, a saltwater pool, a 2-story gym and many more.

I went to visit my aunt who recently moved here and really loved it. The building is well kept and super clean. They have a nice community area with a pool and an entertainment area you can watch TV and play billard. The exterior of the building looks modern and new. Amazing property!

I just moved here with my other roommates and I have to say this has been the best moving experience we have ever had (this our 3rd move over 3 years). Every place we have moved there has been a laundry list of problems but not here. Everything is beautiful, and in amazing shape. Perfect amenities, cant hear the neighbors above us. Im thoroughly impressed. A HUGE thank you to Melissa in the leasing office who has been so extremely helpful with everything and made our move in so seamless. I visited this apartment complex with my friend today and was very impressed. The amenities caught our eye, the prices were fair, the units were amazing. But what really made this tour an actual experience was the lovely woman who helped us, Paola. She absolutely crushed it, and could not have been more personable. We used to live right off of International Drive in another luxury complex, but our apartment in the middle of possibly the most developed area of Orlando could still not competewith Cortland Vera Sanford. We are very happy here and would highly recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Sanford area. We love the pool, the gym is the best I have ever seen in an apartment complex (2 floors), and the clubhouse is open 24/7 (unless reserved), which we thoroughly enjoy. The neighbors are friendly, the leasing agents are courteous and helpful, and maintenance orders are handled promptly and with care.

I just woke up from my first night at CVSanford, and it already feels like home. The location has a fun urban-rural feel, it’s adjacent to convenient shopping, major traffic arteries, and some of Central Florida’s best cycling routes. This is my second apartment at Vera, both of which included nice kitchens/bathrooms and spacious floor plans. The community amenities are beautiful and well kept, and Neighbors are a friendly. The Leasing (Melissa & Bria) and Maintenance (Juan) staff are awesome!!

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years now, and it has been an amazing place to live . The Management staff/ leasing , Milica, Megan, and Bria are always available for any of our concerns, questions or if we have any issues to discuss, and they are willing to go the extra mile to make the residents feel like family and take care of all your needs and expectations. Maintenance Staff Gregory / Juan is amazing and diligent in making sure the Property is secured , well manicured, clean and safe . Maintenance Supervisor Mike is very knowledgeable and courteous and manages the property well . The grounds, hallways, workout rooms, club house and pool are extremely well taken cared of , not to mention the trees and landscaping are beautiful. We are very happy here the surroundings are quiet and serene. The apartments are spacious and clean and beautiful, black leathered countertops, wood / carpet floors beautiful crown molding through out the apartment with lots of closet space . While we were away on vacation. I put in a work order for pest control. Juan checked to make sure that everything was all set with our pets. Juan Rodrigues is one in a million. The remainder of the maintenance staff Mike, Gregory also fantastic.

I love this place, pool is amazing and the gym is great, has everything g you need to get right. The leasing and office staff are very friendly and ready to attend to your needs. We’ve been living at Cortland Vera Sanford for over a year now and absolutely love it. Not only is it beautiful, with incredible amenities, but the staff is unmatched. The community manager Megan and leasing consultant Bria, have both gone above and beyond for my family and I countless times, and make sure we feel valued and taken care of. On top of paying attention to the little details, like making sure my toddler always gets an extra mint before we leave the office. The maintenance team, specifically Juan, always responds immediately to any issue you may have, even if it’s just help fixing a window valance that you knocked off 🙃 as well as always waving as we drive by and checking in on my fiancé and son and I. He’s always willing to help. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it here, especially their community staff. They make it the best.

We recently moved in this apartment complex and our first impression was, Wow! The apartment was very spacious (a lot bigger than our previous place for the same price). The staff have been not only professional but amazingly courteous and helpful. From Bria, at the main leasing office, to Juan, the maintenance gentleman who has been taking care of little issues without delay. We have been amazed with the fast response to service requests. We loved the amenities of this complex: the pool (the kids love), the gym ( the big kids love), and other amenities that are rare at many places like entertainment room, car care center, and even a small dog park. We would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place that is safe and a lot of fun near many attractions and places to see.

Megan and her team are such an excellent help with getting me in the right apartment! They do everything they can to assure you are moving into the right place that suits you and your needs! It is much appreciated. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10 recommend living here in cortland vera Sanford along with receiving help from the team in the leasing office!

We have been living here for the past two years, the first year we were disappointed with the way management has run the place, but since the new management and manager Milica took over about a year ago we have noticed a remarkable difference in almost everything. A friendly management and staff and a responsive maintenance. We just renewed our lease another year and the manager was extremely helpful in the process. The apartments are spacious and beautiful and the courtyards , swimming pool , and exercise room are top notch. You couldn't ask for more in terms of location and price. We are happy with the positive changes and hope to see more coming.

I am a long time Resident with Cortland 3 1/2 years and proud to call my home. I like to leave a review every year to let everybody know that is looking for your perfect Home. If you are reading the reviews to decide NO need to look any further, You have found your perfect home here at Cortland Vera Sanford. The location is perfect close to I4 and 417 you have all your shopping needs within a mile or two. The property grounds still look brand new just like day one when I moved in everything is kept up, you have a two-story gym, a beautiful pool we also have lots of activities. The best part about living here is the Staff. From Day 1 When Melissa (Office manager) came to take on her position She reached out to all the residents to let us all know if there is anything that she can do or if there is anything we need that she is available any time for us. What a wonderful person Melissa is, she has went above and beyond for everyone. If you have a concerned or just need someone to talk to Melissa is always there.

Megan is welcoming and made it easy from start to finish throughout the move-in process. She was very prompt and followed up frequently to make me aware of the status of the move-in, From receiving the initial paperwork to walking in the door after receiving the keys. The process has felt effortless. The townhome is phenomenal and has far exceeded my expectations. The office staff down to the maintenance team are exceptional. The maintenance technician Gregory showed up after I had an issue with the door on the weekend and was knowledgeable, Excellent. He kept me informed every step of the way until my work order was complete. The community and the amenities are clean and top of the line. The experience so far has been great. My boy Finn loves the dog park and is happy every time to go. Thank you to the entire team for making this easy and smooth.

Cortland Vera Sanford is a great place to call home! It's close to I4, the 417 and the Seminole Mall. More importantly it's the staff who make the difference here. The amenities are beautiful but the staff are exceptional. Juan in Maintenance goes above and beyond to ensure every resident is satisfied with any repairs. Bria in Leasing is just the best and Megan in Resident Services is pleasant and helpful too. You will wish you moved here sooner!
