The apartment is okay. The tour was great but when I got into my actual apartment I wasn’t impressed. The paint job was horrible, scratches on the floor, lights hanging out. Overall the apartment isn’t worth the price but what gives it some points is the leasing office they’re extremely helpful and well mannered especially Manuel. Manual tries to help the best to ability but certain things are out of his control. This wouldn't be the first place I recommend to someone due to the flaws in the apartment. If they provided what was advertised which was an apartment in a good condition than yes but that wasn’t the case for me.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over two months now. I honestly love this area, it's close to everything, and I feel very safe. We walk around the complex at night, it's well lit, and the gates have been working ever since we moved in. Everyone has pets which is awesome, although I wish they'd enforce picking up after your dogs. They keep the grass maintained extremely well but just before the lawn care comes in there's piles of poop everywhere. On sidewalks, main grass areas, and at the bark park. They provide pet waste trashcans and bags everywhere, but owners seem to be too lazy to bother walking to them. Trash pickup does really well, the compactor does get full on the weekends just before pickup, but it's kept as tidy as it can be. The community is pretty clean except for the occasional cigarette butts. Kids do run around and drop candy wrappers and spit gum on the ground, so I have to be vigilant with my puppy but that's a given. I heard about a bunch of cars getting broken into awhile bac

Awesome place I have lived here for 3yars Liliana and Manuel has been Amazingly awesome.Very encouraging and uphold the community laws and safety and Cleanliness is Top notch plus fastest quick well done job by the Mechanics they my guys. Sometimes I go to the office to check in on them and they genuinely want to know how mom doing and the family that is more than customers service that is people who build family from strangers. FYI the day Lilian and Manuel leaves the community I’m moving and believe a lot of people will move as well so don’t try it Cortland I’m say Cortland don’t try it I love the place and the Management overall Great Team

I have been a resident of Cortland Sugarloaf since December 2019. I have never had any problems with the apartment that wasn’t solved by Maintenance. The office management team is fantastic. They are so nice and they would bend over backwards to help with anything.

Cortland has spacious apartments with helpful staff, although they can sometimes be hard to get a hold of over the phone. I like the amenities offered and enjoy the group fitness classes and community events.

The location is great. I love the convenience of having shopping and restaurants near me. The complex is well taken care of. It is very peaceful and quiet. Stopped by to tour this amazing community on last Thursday and I was pleasantly surprised & impressed by the amazing customer service from Mr Manuel and Ms Felicia they were both professional and enthusiastic about presenting the nice grounds and complex. Visited these apartments and when I arrived to the leasing office I was warmly welcomed by the staff, I felt very comfortable navigating the whole leasing process since this is my first time renting an apartment. I was surprised about one of the crew members named Manuel, for one he is bilingual so he was able to communicate with my mom and answer her questions and then just how polite he was to me while explaining the application process and reassuring me throughout the whole moment I was there. Great staff, great community! I'm very excited to see what awaits for me after moving in :)

LILIANA TRUJILLO IS HEAVEN SENT! I love this property and staff - so friendly, professional and quick on their feet! The start of our process was bumpy, but once Liliana put her hands on the issue she was very engaged, she consistently checked in to make sure we were okay and quickly resolved any concerns/questions we may have had. Even when she KNEW we were all good to go, the check ins did not stop and it made us as residents feel seen and heard. We greatly appreciate all she has done for us. She has been so understanding to our situation and we couldn’t have asked for a better point of contact than Sugarloaf’s very own, Liliana. We’ve only been here for two months and the staff makes us want to stay forever LOL. I have no complaints when it comes to this staff and my overall living experience here. Trustworthiness. If you're looking for a perfect community there is no such place anywhere in the world. However, if you are searching for a community that believes in being there for their residents, Cortland Sugarloaf is the right place to be. As you walk into the entrance at Cortland Sugarloaf you will find Manuel and Toi the best Property staff ever. Besides, they have other staff on board and servicemen who also are willing to get to your concerns as they possibly can. I witnessed on that cold day on December 23rd 2022 because my apartment needed a service. The weather was extremely cold, but this serviceman still made it out to help under his condition to make sure I and others got the help we needed to keep us warm and satisfied. Thank you!

Toi and Manuel are amazing, Manuel was the young guy who gave the tour. He was really nice and helpful. Then he was off or on vacation, but the other girl in the office, Toi, help me out with the application process. I highly recommend them.

Love living at cortland! The staff is friendly and keep residents up to date on anything happening in the community. Maintenance is phenomenal and quick with response and are also so kind. The apartment itself is a great space and the amenities provided are fantastic as well!

Ive lived here over 6 months and I love living here. The staff Angie, Perla, and Desiree are awesome. I haven't had many complaints at all about the property. Angie originally got me situated but I have been able to get associated with all the ladies and really enjoy stopping in for my morning coffee. People complain about the breezeways being dirty but unfortunately the wind blows through all the time so it is expected to be a bit dirty every now and then

Wow! Is all I can say, finally I feel like I've found a home I can live at for a good amount of time. Everyone is friendly staff and neighbors. It's so peaceful no matter what time of day. I love my apartment, it is older but the pros definetly outweigh the cons.

I just finished a virtual tour with Angie and she was AMAZING! She answered all of my questions and made me feel as if I was actually there touring the apartment complex. Although I still plan to tour in person before signing, she put my mind at ease about a lot of my concerns. A great leasing agent can really make your apartment hunting experience more pleasant.

Gabrial is amazing! This is our first apartment, so my boyfriend and I were pretty nervous and had ALOT of questions, but Gabrial was there every step of the way. She really goes a long way to take care of you, and make you feel comfortable. We had some trouble with the application at first, but she is the one that helped us through it and made sure we got approved. I can’t say enough nice things! So excited to move here!

Our experience with Cortland sugarloaf has been second to none. Front the beginning, Gabrial, walked me thru the entire process and found the right apartment for my wife and girls. Tennants are very respectful for the most part and it is a pretty quiet community. At Cortland Sugarloaf, you will find a great amenities area, as well as a very clean fitness center. As far as cleanliness, apartment units are clean, and the staff will go way and beyond their capabilities to keep the tenants happy. The maintenance crew is amazing and super professional. I give Rafael a high-five for being very attentive and resolving any issues that arise in a timely fashion. I would recommend this community for anyone looking to move in for the short or long term.

I used to live in this community almost 10 years ago and loved it, so when I moved back into the area this was the first place I checked out. I'm just over the halfway mark in my current lease and plan to renew again this summer when my lease is up. The staff is extremely friendly, the community is always kept clean, and anytime I've had a maintenance request it's been handled quickly. Overall it's a great community and I'm glad to be here.

The staff here at Courtland Sugarloaf have been extremely professional and their kindness comes from a genuine place. Best apartment complex I've rented from in the Duluth area, and I've experienced 2 others in the last 5 years. I gave it a try mainly due to the high Google maps rating initially. Been here for 6 months and it is peaceful for the most part. The front office actually answers your calls and looks into anything you ask them about.... The dog park is actually a decent size for an apartment complex. My dog can sprint in it. Salt water pool is reeeaally nice and the gym is quite useful. Thank you, Gabriel! 💜

I moved to Georgia right before Covid and moved in with a friend, I wasn't sure I would be able to find a place, because everything was pretty much locked down at that time. I called and Desire Clark was very friendly and informative. All my questions were answered and I was able to view an apartment and pick a move in date. I've lived here about six months now and love my apartment. No complex is perfect and this is the first one I've lived in Georgia. I will call it semi-luxury with little perks. I can tell the office staff cares for the residents and really picks it's battles on eeping everyone happy. A few reasons I like to live here are: - The floorplans aren't your average apartment plan. - I have a cute little island in my kitchen that I enjoy cooking in. - All the floors are all vinyl, except for the bedroom. The floors looks nice, but I haven't found the perfect mop yet. - The apartments have washers and dryers which that alone is a plus for anyone living in a complex. - We have door to door trash pi

I moved to Cortland Sugarloaf last December. Gabrielle Marshall assisted me in trying to find the perfect home for me. She worked with me, and went above and beyond her duty Helping me to get into my apartment. Anytime I need something she makes sure that it happens. A few days ago I called the office Gabrielle answer the phone and I told her that my battery in my car was dead. She said she will contact the maintenance man to help me get my car started. About five minutes later they were here to assist me. I have nothing but good things to say about Gabrial and Cortland Sugarloaf apartments. I have really enjoyed living here. Great location, My neighbor smokes weed so every now and again I smell it faintly Im my living room , the main thing is parking on my building is horrible , SLAMMED , the apt are nice , granite and clean looking. Parking and the weed smell are downside.

I stayed at The James from 1/2018 to 4/2020 and it was my best experience with an apartment! My apartment was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. Most importantly maintenance was the best. They get out to your apartment quick. Just very professional! If I ever had to rent again it would be there.

The entire Cortland staff and Cortland Sugarloaf staff have been so welcoming and accommodating as I moved in. I was coming from across the country but the leasing process still ran smoothly and everything was ready to go during my move-in. I love the interior of my apartment and the scenery of the community. I also appreciate having 2 locks on my front door and the fact that the it's a gated community where the gate works. I recommend it!

Although I didn’t settle on Cortland this property is extremely nice! Desiree was extremely helpful during the tour and the search. The units are upgraded! The staff was very friendly and checked up on me throughout the home hunting process. I loved the gym and that they had free training! Also love the vallet trash! Seemed very safe! I think you’ll love it here if you decide to call it home!

I moved in June 2019 and I have been very happy since then. The property is well maintained and I enjoy all of the amenities. I also love the location.

Moved in February 2020 and a month later had to quarantine inside of our new home. The staff has been incredible this entire time. We truly love it here! The community is nice & our neighbors are even nicer, all things considering in this world right now. All in all, we appreciate the staff and this Cortland Sugarloaf community!

The Cortland at Sugarloaf community has fairly priced units with modern amenities and the staff's (which has always made me feel like family) always finding ways to bring the community together through events that are engaging and fun. Recommended for sure.

Moved in a week ago and the process was very easy and fulfilling (especially during COVID-19). Desiree was a great help, patient, informative, and extremely nice. The apartments are wonderful, up to date, peaceful, and homey. The grounds are well kept and the location is great. If you’re like me, skeptical about everything, but wanting a place that is safe, perfect balance of quiet and fun, this is the place.

Gabriel was one of the main reasons I chose to become a resident at this property! Gabriel exemplified excellence in customer service from touring to the day of move in. Above and Beyond Apartment Living: from the moment you first walk through the doors to every day you walk through yours. Gabriel is very detail oriented, communicative, transparent and followed up on all of my inquiries. Most of all I appreciated her genuineness and kindness while assisting me through the leasing process. When potential residents don't feel like their being treated like target consumers but people looking for a new place to call home that's truly customer centered.

I did a virtual tour with a young lady named Desiree, she was so helpful and very polite. She answered all my questions with no hesitation. This virtual tour was by far, one of the best that i have done. Desiree made the experience so wonderful!
