I came down here to visit my friend Jailene and I was completely amazed at the property. The apartments look so nice and clean, the pool was an amazing place to hang out and grill some burgers. Thank you Jailene for showing us the amazing property!

I came down here to visit a friend of mine from Connecticut and it’s absolutely great here. I have experienced such great maintenance work. If Anything goes wrong the maintenance is done so well and is such short time. The Amenities look great and overall a wonderful experience.

Definitely enjoy living here! The property is always well taken care of. The staff makes it easy for me to reach out to them. The maintenance staff is really good at what they do. They always wave or say "hello" which makes me feel welcomed.

This place is amazing! The location is great, you’re close to everything Spring,TX has to offer and maintenance is always on top of it. Always there when you need anything! I have lived in other apartments and this place has by far the best amemenities at the location! And you can’t forget about how they go out of their way to pick your trash up right outside your door! Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Great location. Safe area around. The complex is very well maintained. Family oriented with lots of friendly people around. Stephanie and Jailene are wonderful to work with. Both will go the extra mile to make sure you’re accommodated. Valet trash is a huge plus. Maintenance is very fast and responsive. I’ve been here over a year and haven’t had a single issue. Worth spending a little extra to live in this complex.

I’ve been on the search for apartment and I recently visited Cortland in spring. The staff was very welcoming and super friendly. The complex was beyond Beautiful and the pool area was awesome. If you visit these apartment talk to Jailene she was super helpful and informative.

I liked this place the moment I saw it in person. They have measures in place for security with personal key fobs. I like the privacy and peacefulness. Included washer/dryer, and a nice kitchen with granite countertops. I found parking in the morning and afternoon when the most people were home and out of work. Maintenance guy was pretty cool and quick to answer any questions/issues I had. The only thing that is missing is a butler. Joking this place is worth every penny.

I went in with hope to find a new apartment complex to relocate to. I found that the staff was very helpful and informative, I worked with Jailene and Stephanie. They were both very polite and hospitable in telling me about the community. The apartment that I wanted was not available But I am still checking in periodically with the Cortland to see if one becomes available before my lease ends. Highly recommend checking out The Cortland!

The management team is always receptive needs I may have. I have little contact with the office personnel but that is no fault of those personnel. I am comfortable with knowing if I have a need it will be taken care of. My primary contact is with the maintenance staff. Any needs I have in their area of expertise is taken care of in a courteous and professional manner.

Great management team in Jet, Emily, and Michelle! Cortland is the way to go! A nice, new, clean community in Klein ISD with nice features throughout. A well oiled machine at your service. For the record I was not offered any incentive to write this review either.
