I came in looking for an apartment to rent and this lovely lady at the front desk kyndahlyn pirie was more than willing to help me find a suitable room for me! She was super understanding, very polite and was professional in all aspects. I’m going to recommend any and everyone I know that’s looking to rent to come and check this place out! Kiah was wonderful! I went on a tour with her today and I was able to view the exact floor plan I’ve been wanting. We also got to look around in the apartment at our own pace, looked at all the amenities the complex offers, and she sent me home with papers and emails with all the information we covered! I couldn’t be happier with how the tour went. Lovely staff and a beautiful apartment complex!

When I visited Cortland Presidio West, I wasn't looking for a lease right away but potentially down the road. I know that can be frustrating for the leasing agents but both Kiah and Hillary were very sweet and gave me great service. Kiah went above and beyond and showed me all of the amenities and was very personal. This apartment complex is at the top of my list when I am in the market again.

Left Bank exceeded our expectations in great part because of the staff who take great pride in what they do and in providing outstanding service. My family is so pleased and happy that our older child selected Left Bank to call “home”. Our virtual tour was confirmed with and hosted by Garth Johnson in early July for a projected Sep 2022 move in date. Garth was/is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, attentive and professional who clearly loves what he does! Thank you again, Garth for your help throughout the application process up until our move-in last weekend. It was/is truly a pleasure to finally meet you in person. We really appreciated your gracious offer of the chilled drinks upon arrival, quick pick up of our keys to ensure a smooth move- in with Benny’s invaluable help at the Concierge station. I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

I’ve had the best experience with Kiah at this location! She was great from start to the day I moved in, and beyond that! Responded quickly to my emails, even went and measured the unit for me so I knew If my furniture would fit. This was important as I was moving from out of state. She’s gone through all the parcel boxes for me because I couldn’t find a package that was important (it was in my mailbox 🤦🏼♀️). She’s awesome and the property is just as amazing! The maintenance was on point too, I put in a request at night and he came to my door early the next morning! I haven’t had an noice issues so far! All in all 10/10!!

I really like living here! It started with the warm and personable welcome from Hillary in leasing. She is the type of management you need. Responsive, dedicated and caring! I do wish we didn't have to pay to reserve the clubhouse area. For what we pay I feel residents should be able to reserve the space free of charge. Maintenance is always timely and courteous (shout out to Danny and the entire maintenance team). Beautiful grounds, modern apartments and cool amenities have made for a great place to live!

I like the quiet, clean and modern feel of the apartment complex. Karina, Hillery and maintenance crew are nice to deal with. The pool area is wonderful in summer, and there are plenty of places to walk your pet to allow them to go potty.

Great place to live and Hillary was amazing with helping us move in and with anything we need, if anything here deserves 5 stars it is her! It’s almost perfect living here, I would say the only reason it’s 4 stars for us is it’s a couple hundred dollars over priced. For the price we are paying I wish there was a few more amenities, such as covered parking from all the hail out here in Texas, the pool to be warmed or else what is the point for it to be open in the cold, half of the time the gates don’t work properly, and just a couple things like that. Like I said it’s great living here otherwise, we feel I very safe and comfortable here which is most important for us! Unfortunately there’s a good chance we will be moving at the end of our lease because of the price.

The pool is always clean and inviting. The residents I have spoke with all love the place and enjoy living there. It is in a great location near a wide variety of restaurants and things to do. I highly recommend considering this as a place for you to call home.

My experience with Cortland Presidio West has been nothing but exceptional. I moved into Cortland Presidio West during the peak of COVID, and the leasing team, including the community manager Shannon exceeded all of my expectations. The community is quiet, clean, landscaping is always kept neat and the other residents are respectful of each other. The amenities are the absolute best compared to other nearby communities (Large pool, Gym, Amazon Lockers, Media room, Business and conference room, not to mention the valet trash that makes life so much easier.) The leasing team also hosts many fun events, food trucks, etc. They also send out surveys to see how they're doing, which is incredibly important that a community and those helping lead it, are open to hearing what they can do better at and or what you're loving about it. The staff was super friendly. Hillery was always amazing and kind. She was helpful and I felt comfortable from the start. Great pool area my apartment had a huge stand up shower and my room fit a king size bed which was great.

I loved living at this property! The staff is amazing! Numerous amenities and a super nice gym. The dog wash and dog park were a favorite of mine and my dogs! The grounds were always kept clean and we never had any issues living here. Highly recommend!

I think it’s important I post this on the West as my original review was for the East, where I’m currently residing. Saying that, I’m in Mortgage Lending and I have spent more than a decade educating clients on why it’s important to buy instead of rent. That was until I moved here. We were transitioning from where we sold our home in CA (and briefly OR) to TX. Our move here was flawless but then we immediately went into Escrow on a new build. We had a lovely surprise of getting pregnant with our 3rd and it was apparent we needed to hurry and get into our new build. However I just was not ready to part with our home here (at East).. So we backed out of escrow on our new build, are upgrading and moving to the West to a 3 bedroom, and honestly I just can’t say how much I love this place. It’s insanely nice. We have timeshare at a gorgeous expensive location in Cabo and I keep telling my husband I have no desire to go while living here as I feel like I’m on vacation every day. I LOVE IT HERE! The apartments are beautiful, the community is very well taken care of, but more importantly the staff is AMAZING! They’re very responsive, and very kind! Hillery was my leasing agent and I can’t brag enough about her. She’s hands down the nicest leasing agent I’ve ever had. She’s hands on, and always on top of it. I have always wanted to live at Cortland Presidio West. It is a beautiful property...pool, clubhouse and workout room is amazing. Hollyanne was my leasing agent and has made the transition from house to apartment very easy. I'm a super busy person and Hollyanne has helped me through the application process, utility setup and lease signing without me really lifting a finger, except to hit a button on my laptop. The staff and maintenance team are very nice, helpful and easy going. I get my apartment in less than a week and I am extremely excited. The apartment is gorgeous and I can hardly wait to add my furniture and decorations and call it home. Thank you Hollyanne!!!!

I've loved my experience so far! One of the things that first caught my eye were the well-maintained grounds and public spaces. I love the quality of my apartment and the friendliness of the staff! They always greet you with a smile and really make an effort to accommodate any of your concerns. I would definitely check this place out if you're looking for a quality place to live that's also close to shopping and groceries!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Amenity is very nice and super convenient location to Target, Costco, and chain restaurants within 5 mins' drive. However, just a friendly reminder that even you hire a professional cleanness team to clean the apartment before you move out, they will still charge you around $100 for cleaning fees plus other fees (if you have any damage left) may add on your invoice. They have venders to exam the apartment and stuff, still, hardly possible to get your deposit back in reality no matter how clean you return the apartment back. They did show the picture where they exam the apartment and price tag for the damage, but indeed not quite make sense to me the way they charge the cleaning fees...
