I had an amazing experience at Cortland perimeter Park when I went for a tour of the community. The office staff were very professional and easy to talk with. They gave me a great overview of all the amenities they had to offer. The curb appeal was very well kept. I had a chance to speak with the maintenance supervisor Fernando and he was also very pleasant and knowledgeable about the community. This community is definitely on the top of my list. One of the best properties I have ever live in. CPP staff is always attentive and nice! I love it here Grounds are always clean and I have to mentioned that if you choose CPP as your home you will enjoy of a beautiful view and sunset every afternoon, it gives you an environment of relaxation. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with a fresh clean smell. The clubhouse was so inviting. It has breathtaking views and it provided an environment of relaxation. I was blown away with the pool setup looked like my next vacation stop and the gym had everything I needed. The apartments were beautiful and spacious. Highly recommend staying here!

Wow, what an incredible property! From the entrance to the layouts. The Club house and Gym is very spacious giving lots of entertainment to enjoy. Very friendly/family oriented property. Stunning pool views, giving you that relaxation to enjoy in the summer. I recommend this property.

Recently moved in and there are 3 areas I would have to say are incredible here. - The staff Taylor, Colby, and Caroline have been great in meeting all of our needs as new tenants. They are quick to respond, very professional, polite, and are really just great people! - Jason with maintenance has completed every service quickly and with quality. I put in a request in the morning and he's here by noon. I can't say that for every complex I've been to. He also keeps the complex neat, clean, and working. - The amenities are great. Mailbox room is great and has a trash shoot for unwanted items. They even have an Amazon pickup station so that things are secure and self-service. Also, this place is SO CLEAN. The outdoor hallways are swept and stain free, people (typically) pick up after dog waste in grass areas, and the community center is neat. The dog park is great and is partially turf and mulch. Overall this has been a great complex, nice staff and they complete work orders very fast. The property is very clean and well lit at night. However the walls/ ceiling are very thin. The person above me keeps me awake every night until early hours of the morning yelling at his video game.

Cortland is a great community to live at!!! It’s near all the eateries, Hwy 40 and Hwy 540 which is a plus. I like the community it’s super neat, the staff is friendly and everyone is too themselves. The only downfall I have is it can be super noisy at times. Other than that, I would definitely suggest this community to anyone.

I have waited a few months to post an honest review about Cortland Perimeter Park… Back in May we were searching for a new place to live as our old apartment complex had many issues and we were not looking to re-up on our lease. We happen to stumble across Cortland Perimeter Park on Google and decided to schedule a tour… We met with Bobbie and she was an absolute joy... From her energy, to the tour and answering any questions we had. We ended up applying and have been living here for two months now. So far this has been the best apartment I have ever lived at. Wonderful staff, clean and nice amenities and beautiful apartments. It is peaceful and quiet, which is a HUGE plus too. I highly recommend Cortland Perimeter Park.

If I could give Cortland Perimeter Park more stars, I would. After exploring other rental options in the area, I was quickly reminded why I chose Cortland Perimeter Park in the first place. The clean, upgraded amenities, the spacious floor plans, the large windows, the energy efficient, stainless steel appliances, and the convenient location are unbeatable. But, at the end of the day, it was the TEAM that originally sold us and kept us calling Cortland Perimeter Park home year after year.

I've been living here for over three years now. I chose CPP sight unseen because my fiancé and I were relocating to the area from Florida. The leasing agents were so helpful and sent us photos of the apartment and answered all of our questions, so even though we weren't able to tour in person, we had a good idea about the space we would be moving into. The leasing agents are so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also fast at completeing requests and everyone I've interacted with has been really nice. The apartment itself is wonderful. We're on the third floor, and the space is perfect for two people (and our dog). We hear some outside noises, like a loud car going by, but no sounds from the airport, which I was weary of before moving in. We don't hear our neighbors too much either, which is always a plus. The amenities are really nice. The pool area is lovely, and the gym, though a little small, has the equipment that we usually use when we work out. I love the little office/printer area for when

I have been living here a little under 6 months. The community feels safe, especially with the courtesy officer that is now available. The pool is beautiful and I'm hoping there are some cortland community events once it gets warmer out! Maintenance shows up within a day or two of any requests. The main downside is the gym looks neglected. It's a bummer for anyone who already struggles with getting to the gym and then seeing the state of the gym once you get there. It's not cleaned often, the mats are falling apart, and there are never any wipes in the dispenser (which is concerning with all the viruses going around right now.)

I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a resident at Cortland Perimeter Park! My 2br Hopson apartment was gorgeous and spacious. I loved the luxurious amenities; the pool especially! The staff have always treated me nicely and were prompt with resolving any apartment issues and communicating any changes within the community. Just moved to NC I was looking for a nice chill place that was pet friendly. My time here has been great there are lots of areas for my dog and i to play besides the dog park. People here actually clean up after their dogs. All around a very quiet and peaceful community.

I just finished up a one year lease at Cortland Perimeter Park and we had a great experience from start to finish. We even used them for a transfer out of state for work. I would to especially thank the team members Kyle and Colby the most! They were quick to respond to any concerns or questions during our time and more than happy to help with out question. 5 star customer service from both associates. I would highly recommend complex due to these to gentlemen alone. Property was clean and neat and the lease and application process was quick and streamlined. There was no extra or hides fees. Very straight forward! Again, thanks to the management team of Kyle and Colby. I would refer anyone two these gents for future rental needs. 💯👍

Great apartment community to stay in Morrisville, you’ll feel luxurious living here. I stayed over 3.5 years with never look back to move anywhere else, unfortunately I had to leave as I am moving out of state.

I have lived at cortland for 1 full year now and wanted to give other a thorough review. It has been great! This is my first apartment and I really lucked up! The community is clean and quiet. Even though it doesn’t bother me it’s worth noting that as we are 5 mins from the airport you do hear the planes as they arrive/take off. But you get use it and don’t hear them much. All the children who I have seen playing outside are aware of the traffic and don’t play in areas that could be a safety issue. There has been about 3 different front desk staff rotate out over this year but they have all been wonderful and accommodating. The maintenance crew is even better than the office staff, I mean just overall great people! Parking is also good as well. Their safety measures are nice as you need a key fob to enter common areas (fitness center, pool) when the office is closed. There is also an addition deadbolt lock on the inside of your door that you cannot see from the outside which is nice though I have not have any

Me and my partner are looking at apartments in the area and we stopped by today to have a tour and take a look at a vacant unit. Kyle was very informative and a great guide. The property was very clean and the vacant unit was above expectations from previous tours we have taken at different facilities. They definitely take their time to make sure their vacant units are ready to go, the carpets were even freshly vacuumed. Taking a few more tours this week, though Kyle’s tour has helped us place Cortland Perimeter Park at the top of our list.

Finding a smoke-free community with attention to maintaining that policy was the highest priority and consideration when planning our relocation: Cortland Perimeter Park met that requirement uniquely in the RTP area and amenities such as the dog park, exercise equipment, and recent construction are additional quality differentiators. From initial contact by email, during our guided tour and application process, through move-in and settling in to the community, the high quality communication and attention to detail from the property management staff has been exceptional. Their kindness and consideration is invaluable when moving also includes other changes like new job, new state / city, and so on. Very happy to join this community!

Started living here so far and it has been really good. Staff is also extremely friendly and helpful (shoutout to Colby for holding onto an Amazon package for me and letting me pick it up right when they closed at 6). Apartment has some stuff wrong with it (filters need changing, toilet was constantly refilling, etc.) but their maintenance team has been on it. Happy to live here for a little while.

I truly love Cortland Perimeter Park and Caroline, the Community Manager. I relocated to Morrisville, NC in April of 2021 in support of my son and grandmother. It was a last minute decision and Caroline was an absolutely amazing help in getting the process going, speedily. Upon walking into my unit, it was just as beautiful as the pictures seen online. The maintenance staff are awesome, premises are maintained beautifully and aesthetically, CPP is beyond charming. It’s quietly nestled conveniently less than eight minutes from RDU Airport. Smoking is not allowed on the property or within the units; and I appreciate the policy being in place. Do I recommend CPP? Wellllllll of course, I do!!!!

I moved here last year in the midst of COVID. I'll admit it was a bumpy experience at first due to the stresses of COVID and closures but I was able to get myself together and make a go of it. I really like it here now that I've been here a while. The staff deserves the highest marks for their professionalism. This is for both the staff when I moved here last year and the current staff now. Never any issues and the community seems very down to earth. A special kudos to Caroline, the manager, as she was able to renew my lease on very favorable terms. It's always a pleasure to speak with anyone in the office and given Caroline's positive and pleasant demeanor, her leadership skills shine thru.

I am taking the time to share this review because I am constantly blown away by the service of Joy. I have lived in my apartment communities with varying degrees of happiness, but none of them ever felt like home. Joy has taken care of that. Her service is constantly impeccable. But, it's the little things that she does to make you feel like family that has always humbled me. She knows your name, remembers conversations, goes above and beyond for my fur baby. She loves her job and truly appreciates the residents. I hope that everyone who reads this will get the opportunity to become part of this community and be a member of her family.

The apartment style the perfect modern and open style that I was looking for when I moved in. The salt water pool is really nice and the residents comes alive at the pool during the weekend. The staff is super helpful and respond quickly. No problems living here :)

I have enjoyed living in my apartment! Mashad and Deon were basically at my door immediately after I put in a work order. They even bring treats for my dog, Saiya! It's hard to get out and socialize with COVID, but Joy, Caroline and Colby in the office are welcoming every time I stop in for some free coffee. Definitely hitting that renew button.

I can't believe I found a gorgeous community within 5 minutes of my job! Location, Location, oh yeah and LOCATION! It doesn't even feel like I'm surrounded by businesses with how peaceful it is. Colby has been so great with his follow ups! The assistant manager, Joy Montemayor, helped me understand the area and made me feel so confident in my decisions. I also met Caroline, the manager. She seemed busy but still said hello and offered me refreshments. These ladies are rockin it! I'm super thankful. When we rode around the community in the golf cart, the service team even smiled and acknowledged us along the way. Cortland is changing the game y'all - they told me about some awesome resident events coming up. I can't wait to use their giant pool too.

I’ve been living at Corland Perimeter for almost a year now and all I can say is that this complex is amazing! Apartments are very spacious and very nice. All the common areas are in great shape and invite you to use them. The staff is very kind, friendly and always willing to help you. I could have not chosen better place to live!

Cortland Perimeter Park is a beautiful community in a great location. It is well maintained and the service team responds quickly. You will find upscale amenities, friendly neighbors, and a peaceful neighborhood even though there are businesses close by. The office staff (Caroline, Colby, and Joy) are very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They will do whatever they can to help you.

Been living here for about 2 years now. Honestly this is been the best living I have ever experienced. If there is anything that needs to get fixed or repaired. They are on it next day. No waiting no issues. Everyone is so nice. If you have kids, it’s very safe and entertaining. Don’t even get me started on the pool. 😆😆 Overall I love it

New to the area but I love this complex thus far. The grounds are always clean. Office staff very accommodating, especially Joy and Caroline. They always have a solutions to problems I bring their way. I love the location too. There is a new Starbucks less than 2 minutes away and Walmart is down the road. Great place to call home.

Moving from out of state, apartment searching in a new area I haven’t explored has been very daunting. Cortland communities stood out to me the most with the awesome reviews each property had. I also noticed that Joy seems to be a leading consultant for the community based on the numerous times she is mentioned in many of their properties. Luckily enough, I toured with her at Cortland Perimeter Park and I see what all of the rave is about! She has been SO helpful providing me information about her community and the whole Triangle area as a whole! I feel a lot more confident living in the RTP knowing Joy genuinely has my best interest at heart. I scored a two bedroom (Miami floorplan I think?) with the biggest wrap around balcony I have ever seen in an apartment. She gave me 5-star customer service that can’t be matched and I toured many communities! Way to go Cortland!

Colby and Joy are both so sweet when I came in to meet them! They were friendly to me and my daughter and really listened to my requests. I go home frequently to San Juan and being so close to the airport definitely cuts a lot of my commute. My daughter really likes the pool and it reminds us of home.

My overall experience at Cortland has been great so far (apartment and staff)! Joy and Colby were really helpful and accommodating during and after my move. Both went over and beyond to get me moved into my apartment. In addition, Colby has reached out to make sure I haven't had any issues since my move.

Will was the bomb diggity!!! If you choose to live here expect great customer service and an even better living experience. The entire move-in and application process was so easy and my main leasing consultant, Will, was phenomenal. He knew every single thing I asked him about and he went out of his way several times since moving in to be intentional and check in on my roommates and myself. Both the apartment complex and the apartment I live in are beautiful and well-furnished. The area is quiet, and it is located close to Southpoint Mall, restaurants, and other shopping centers. Will Privette, the leasing partner, is very friendly and informative, and he was quick to meet my and my roommates' needs and answer our questions. Likewise, the move-in process was quick and easy, and there were no complications or issues that arose. It's really just a great place to live.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the 8 months we lived at Cortland Perimeter Park. We are new to the area, moving for work. Not only were all the staff members across the board (Will, Emily, Tim, Raoul, etc) who we met extremely kind and welcoming, but also very understanding to any concerns or needs we had. We knew we were going to buy a house this year, and even though that meant we had to break our lease about a month early, the team worked to get our unit listed and leased prior to us leaving so we could avoid any early termination fees. (Thank you Tim) We couldn't have asked for a better experience moving to the Raleigh area, and we highly HIGHLY recommend anyone considering the property to lease here. Rent is very reasonable, the community is clean and quiet. There's an easy portal for everything including maintenance, and the staff truly cares about their residents. The units themselves are very insulated, and we never really heard our neighbors. The property is also very well lit at night.

Moving in the middle of a pandemic could have been a nightmare, but thanks to the amazing CPP staff it was stress free!! We worked primarily with Will and he is the MVP!! Emily and Tim also were very helpful in making us feel welcome. From the beautiful layout of our apartment to the amenities and great staff to the location, we could not be happier with our decision to live here!!

I've been living here for nearly three months now, and feel ready to share a detaield review. I chose CPP sight unseen because my fiancé and I were relocating to the area from Florida. The leasing agents were so helpful and sent us photos of the apartment and answered all of our questions, so even though we weren't able to tour in person, we had a good idea about the space we would be moving into. The leasing agents are so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also fast at completeing requests and everyone I've interacted with has been really nice. The apartment itself is wonderful. We're on the third floor, and the space is perfect for two people (and our dog). We hear some outside noises, like a loud car going by, but no sounds from the airport, which I was weary of before moving in. We don't hear our neighbors too much either, which is always a plus. The amenities are really nice. I haven't had a chance to go swimming, but the pool area is lovely, and the gym, though a little small, has the equipm
