Damian was so helpful during my move to Cortland Orange! Not only was the application and move in process intuitive and efficient, I received a level of hospitality that I’ve never received from a leasing office/agent. It felt like I was moving into a resort the way Damian and the team took care of me. Very flexible and solutions oriented. My new apartment is beautiful and I’m so happy to be here!

From the time of my tour to being a current resident, I have had a wonderful experience. Damian has been fantastic. Answered all my repetitive questions, was very patient with my move process and all around just a great person to be dealing with. He made my move a very easy process. Unfortunately I did have my ac go out my second week being moved in. I submitted the request around 6pm and the next morning, maintenance was on top of it. They did not stop, until it was up in running. Mind you, it was over 90°f that day and come to find out, my ac unit is on the roof. That’s hard work and it does not go unnoticed. Very huge shout out to the maintenance team. You guys are fantastic and it would be disrespectful not to mention how amazing you guys are. Thank you Cortland team. Very thankful to call this place home.

I worked mainly with DeAndre throughout the leasing and move-in process, and he was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, returned calls in a timely manner, and made the entire transition feel smooth and stress-free. A couple of times when I called, Damien answered and was also very helpful with my questions. They both work very well as a team, and I truly appreciated all of their help throughout the process!

Juan was absolutely awesome helpings us fix our garbage disposal. He’s so attentive and took time in explaining on what’s happening & to follow up with him in a week after using it a couple times to make sure it is tighten. Always a friendly face to see around the community!

Just moved in to Cortland and it has been great so far! De-Andre specifically was so so helpful when I was moving in and answered all my questions. The apartment is secure and well kept; I’m very happy with it it’s a great spot to live!

Lived here for 4 years in a 2 bedroom and had an incredible experience! Any maintenance request was handled within 24 hours if not much sooner and the staff were incredible! The amenities are amazing and overall it is one of the best apartment experiences we could ask for! Damian helped with the move out process as we just bought a home and he made it extremely simple and he was very kind! Highly recommend this apartment complex as you definitely get what you pay for and more!

Let me start off by saying Damian was excellent in the office and assisted me with any issues I had during my nearly 3 years at this property. Maintenance team was always professional and swift especially Wilfredo. Location is excellent with a brand new Publix in connecting parking lot and very walkable area with lots of food options and very close to the main highway i4. Although I am giving 5 stars there were a few persistent issues not directly in their control involving the main elevator being down fairly often. The team is excellent with updating residents about community issues and timelines for them to be completed however being the only elevator that goes up to the rooftop amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse) this was quite an inconvenience. As well as intermittent issues with the parking garage gates and lobby coffee machine being out of order or not functioning properly regularly. Overall I would recommend this complex and didn’t have many major issues.

Courtland on Orange has been an outstanding place to live. The apartments are modern, clean, and comfortable and the location is very convenient. The staff is what really makes it special. Damien, Andrea, and Deondre are all amazing. They are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I need. They make everything feel easy and stress free and you can tell they truly care about the residents. Overall it is a well run community that feels welcoming and supportive.
