I toured this complex 4 times before I finally submitted an application. I can confidently say that each time I came back, Keondre was always so eager and happy to help me! He was truly the biggest reason as to why I chose to live here. I got the apartment of my dreams and it was truly all thanks to him! I toured a total of 16 apartments before deciding on Cortland on Orange. I met MANY leasing consultants and NONE of them amounted to Keondre's personality and professionalism! His vivacious attitude along with his readiness to answer any and all of my questions really stood out from the other tours. The complex in itself offers so many beautiful amenities and the updated appliances are a huge bonus. Not to mention the location. It truly doesn't get better than Cortland on Orange. I was incredibly nervous to apply because it is my first apartment where I won't have any roommates but Keondre really helped ease the stress. He updated me on everything I was missing and was quick to make sure he had all the necess

I’m not going to lie, I’ve been waiting for this place to disappoint me after seeing it happen so much in the other communities I’ve lived in, but when I tell you they are so consistent here I mean it. I absolutely LOVE coming home. The staff is AMAZING. This is the first time I’ve lived in a complex where the staff actually cares and makes living here pleasurable. Communication here awesome, and issues get fixed immediately. Keondre and Nakita did an awesome job getting me moved in. Andrea and Maria are heaven sent as well. The Maintenance team stays doing a great job. This is a great places to call home!!! And it’s soooooooo convenient. So if you are thinking about it….just do it. I am NOT a paid spokesperson lol 9/20/23 So I have never lived in a complex were I put in a work order and the maintenance staff actually comes and fixes the issue the same day or the next. Marc and the rest of the team are the best. Y’all this place is unreal. You won’t regret moving here!

The maintenance team at Cortland on Orange are some of the very best! They always come in a timely manner, either the day you put the request in (if not too late), otherwise the very next day; no later. They’re always efficient, clean and kind. I’ve had multiple interactions with both Marc and Wilfredo throughout my 14 months of living here. Whether they are at my apartment or in the hallway, they are always friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this team and thankful they are apart of it!

Marc Kensy (their maintenance person) was extremely helpful. I put in a maintenance order and he came the next day and fixed everything I needed. Very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I have been residing in this property for approximately four months and I am very satisfied with the quality of service and facilities. The maintenance and leasing staff have been exceptional, especially Juan from the maintenance team who has promptly addressed any issues that I encountered. Keondre from the leasing team has also been very helpful and courteous in handling my inquiries. This property offers excellent amenities and a supportive staff that make me feel at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living space.
