I had made a maintenance request the night before and they showed up first thing in the morning to take care of it, shout out to Juan Padilla he went above and beyond to take care of everything quickly and professionally!

Very impressed with our home community team! The new maintenance team, my air conditioner broke on Saturday and he literally came within 15 minutes and I’m talking three in the morning. Was leaving the complex and saw him out cleaning the garage at 7 AM. Very impressed. The maintenance is doing their thing. Great office team! Damian, Andrea De Andre. Great team 👌

EDIT: I have been living in this community for nearly three years. I still believe there is a significant amount of sound transmission between units, but I wanted to update my review to reflect recent developments. After I raised concerns regarding noise from a neighbouring unit, Damian proactively followed up on the issue, and we continued monitoring the situation. While this is a unique situation the nighttime disturbances have improved significantly. I still have concerns around the impact noise and sound transmission during normal daytime hours, and prospective renters should still carefully consider floor location when selecting a unit. I think it is more of a building issue and management will take well-documented concerns seriously and made a genuine effort to address anything that’s within their control. Damian was so helpful during my move to Cortland Orange! Not only was the application and move in process intuitive and efficient, I received a level of hospitality that I’ve never received from a leasing office/agent. It felt like I was moving into a resort the way Damian and the team took care of me. Very flexible and solutions oriented. My new apartment is beautiful and I’m so happy to be here!

From the time of my tour to being a current resident, I have had a wonderful experience. Damian has been fantastic. Answered all my repetitive questions, was very patient with my move process and all around just a great person to be dealing with. He made my move a very easy process. Unfortunately I did have my ac go out my second week being moved in. I submitted the request around 6pm and the next morning, maintenance was on top of it. They did not stop, until it was up in running. Mind you, it was over 90°f that day and come to find out, my ac unit is on the roof. That’s hard work and it does not go unnoticed. Very huge shout out to the maintenance team. You guys are fantastic and it would be disrespectful not to mention how amazing you guys are. Thank you Cortland team. Very thankful to call this place home.

I worked mainly with DeAndre throughout the leasing and move-in process, and he was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, returned calls in a timely manner, and made the entire transition feel smooth and stress-free. A couple of times when I called, Damien answered and was also very helpful with my questions. They both work very well as a team, and I truly appreciated all of their help throughout the process!

Juan was absolutely awesome helpings us fix our garbage disposal. He’s so attentive and took time in explaining on what’s happening & to follow up with him in a week after using it a couple times to make sure it is tighten. Always a friendly face to see around the community!

Just moved in to Cortland and it has been great so far! De-Andre specifically was so so helpful when I was moving in and answered all my questions. The apartment is secure and well kept; I’m very happy with it it’s a great spot to live!
