I absolutely adore living here. The move in process was seamless and the front office staff are nice and so very helpful. It is peaceful here and they are committed to keeping the grounds clean and well maintained. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and the couple of maintenance requests I had were taken care of in less than 24h. Not to mention the gym is well equipped for a complex gym, and I’ve had good workouts in it. The equipment is also well maintained in the gym as well. I’m super happy with this complex and I’m glad I decided on Cortland when I was touring.

Called in *internally in panic* & Roberto answered the phone. He was SO helpful & kind. I lived here 2021-2024. My package accidentally got delivered here even though I have moved to another state, and Roberto was a positive life line. great guy!

UPDATE 9/19/2025 I have now been a resident here for 13 yrs. I was told before I signed my last lease that I could go online and see how much my apt layout is being rented for and I could get that price. When I tried doing that, I was told each apt has a different layout. Wrong. Today, I went in leasing office for a rent question and asked when the gate was going to be fixed and Angelica stated that she didn't even know it wasn't working. I said it hasn't been for 2-3 weeks..which she replied "no, it was working last week". That's wrong. How does the office NOT know the gate isn't working?! I love the maintenance crew, they are quick and efficient. The leasing office agents (not all of them) are usually not very friendly and it didn't used to be that way. I rarely complain but today just hit me wrong and felt I needed to leave a review, so I can be heard.

Having toured over 15 complexes, I can say with certainty that my tour with Angelica at Cortland North Dallas was among the best. She stood out for her thoroughness and genuine helpfulness. She took the time to understand my needs, showed me every detail of the property, and was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. Her professional and warm demeanor made the entire process so much easier. I’m truly grateful for her assistance and highly recommend working with her.

He not only fixes the issue efficiently but also takes the time to explain what is being done and makes sure everything works perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to come across someone so thorough and respectful. Thank you for making the maintenance experience stress-free as always —I truly appreciate the great work!
