Cortland is a great place to live. This is the first time in my life that I’ve ever rented and didn’t know what to expect but I’m having a great time here.

I love living here. Close to all the shopping and amenities here are absolutely beautiful. The office team is so sweet and the Maintenance staff is amazing. Definitely love living here.

As a resident of Cortland for nine months I can personally say they have your best interest in mind. Any time I have had any issue whether it be maintenance related or billing related, I was able to have said issue resolved within an hour or two of inquiring about it. Initially when looking at apartments in this area nothing stuck out to me and everywhere just seemed so generic. That is until Cortland caught my attention. Cortland is located in the heart of Mooresville but not so much in the center of all the traffic that Mooresville is known for. We currently have multiple law enforcement officers who live on the property which really gives you peace of mind because you know not only will your apartment be safe but , you also don't have to worry when your kids play outside. The residents of Cortland are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet and I would have absolutely no issue with recommending this place to my friends. I do not live at Cortland Morrisville, but I was booked to DJ a tenant appreciation pool party a few weeks ago. I wasn't able to DJ the party because of insurance issues but staff here went above and beyond to try and put it together. MADISON was the driving force behind it all and even though I was never able to DJ here, I have NOTHING but good things to say about Cortland Mooresville.
