I just want to start off my saying Nancy and Christian have been amazing. I’ve lived here over a year and it’s been one of the most pleasant living experiences I’ve had at an apartment complex. When I first took a tour of the apartment I was promptly greeted by Nancy. She had the warmest demeanor and was so friendly. That was a huge selling point for me seeing as this was someone I’d being seeing and communicating with during my stay here and was one of the many reasons I choose to live here. A few months into living here I was having roommate issues, which is never fun but Nancy really helped me through the process of getting a new roommate on my preexisting lease. She gave me all the information I needed and answer any and every question I had (even when I was sending her a million emails). She has gone above and beyond with her customer service and honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. Christian has also been super sweet and always a pleasure to be around. My husband and I have lived at Courtland Lincoln Station for the past year and a half, and have absolutely loved our experience here! My husband and I toured 6-7 communities on one September day, not knowing much about the Lone Tree/Englewood area where we were moving for his job. After researching online, all were pretty similar that we visited as far as amenities, floor plans and price. Cortland Lincoln Station was the last one we stopped at, without an appointment, and Nancy was so gracious to still tour us even on her scooter due to a foot injury! The next month when refreshing my memory on all of the properties, it was hands down Lincoln Station due to the customer service! The excellent service continued throughout move-in, with help from Christian in leasing. Our apartment is perfect....we couldn't ask for more! We had two very small unforeseen maintenance issues which were corrected the same day. The neighbors have all been so welcoming to us, which is important in a mid-rise where you are regularly running into people and sharing elevators. Parking has not been a problem at all, and having the parking garage is a huge plus in winte

We moved in just under a month ago and I don’t have a single bad thing to say! The leasing office staff is awesome! They helped us get into our perfect apartment. They have been a huge help, even with small questions, they have an answer for you, or will find an answer for you. It is a little smaller than our old apartment, but between the patio, all of the amenities, and a great staff, we don’t even notice. I also couldn’t be more pleased with the maintenance team. We had a few small repairs (bathtub stopper and a door handle) and both were fixed super quickly. The building is kept very clean as well. The residents are also super kind and we have noticed it really feels like a community. Couldn’t be happier with the apartments we chose to call home!

I have really enjoyed my time at cortland apartments so far. I love having quiet study areas, a swimming pool, grill, gym, and fire pit. The office personnel are very quick to respond anytime I need something done in my apartment. I also love that there's a little dog park for my dogs to socialize with the other dogs around. Overall, I've had a good experience.

Moved into Cortland June 2021 and had some obstacles, however, the team and staff did much to assuage my dissatisfaction. Upon renewal of my lease this year I was met with warm accommodations and viable solutions to stay an additional 15 months. Shout out to Julie Ritter and Matt who went to bat to help me out and make it a more practical place to live. Good peeps! Sincerely hope you get to meet them!

Lincoln Station is a VERY amazing place to live! The amenities are a real bonus for me. They have a two story workout facility, the pool is very pretty with all of it's features. Not to mention the roof top game room, with that mountain view, very peaceful. After talking with Teresa (leasing agent) about the floor plans and what would best fit my family and I's needs she was very attentive and listening to my needs. She was also very knowledgeable about the property and answering my questions fully. I was then greeted by Stephanie the property assistant manager and she was very polite and showed genuine concern about my security concerns with paking, cameras and fob keys. My current property has a huge issue with homeless and no security. Cortland Lincoln Station reassured me and after touring it I can I lsee andtgat this place meets my needs not to mention the staff Is AMAZING and I will be moving in as soon as my lease is up with my current property.

My experience with Cortland has been amazing. Deysi took countless hours showing us different floor plans and apartments until I found the right one. Even though it took multiple visits; Deysi was patient throughout the entire process. While I was waiting to move in, Deysi and Nancy continued to connect with me to ensure my apartment was ready. Thanks to a freight elevator the move in was seamless. The amenities are stellar to include underground parking, secure building access, a two story gym, business center, community room, outside pool/hot tub/grilling area, Luxer One secure package pick up, and community events. The common areas are kept clean by the the hard work of the housekeeping staff. Communication from the leasing office is immediate through the Cortland app and/or text messages. Cortland is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the light rail. If that is not enough, then there is Jimmy. He is the exceptional maintenance Manager who lives on site. My parents leased at Cortland Lincoln Station first and the entire experience was so enjoyable and effortless that it led me to lease here as well. Deysi was so incredibly patient - taking the time to show us multiple apartment layouts and answer countless emails to find the perfect new home for us! The entire facility is so clean and modern - I've never leased somewhere that has such a large gym and wonderful common areas all throughout the entire complex. From tragedy to Triumph! I had a terrible experience at Cortland Lone tree! I switched properties and went to Cortland Lincoln station. Dey aka Daisy acted with integrity, and ALWAYS fulfilled every promise. This place not only offers amazing service, it’s a beautiful complex, and has a contemporary luxurious feel with Great security! The ease of deliveries and welcoming our guest is BAR NONE! I am fully satisfied! Dey Rolled out the red carpet and treated us like Elites! Thank you soo much Cortland Lincoln station!! This place is AMAZING! Grounds are kept looking good, staff is friendly, and maintenance is responsive. Like this property way more then my last one. However the garage situation is overlooked a lot. Grounds in the garage especially the underground lot are not upkept. Cars that shouldn’t be in the garage are in the garage. Sent out notices about cars being towed but not enforced. Cars that aren’t handicap or EV park in so spots. Have brought this up to the leasing office a few times with no fix

I found this complex after looking at the average (Camden, Palomino Park) and found that Cortland Lincoln Station had superior layouts, amenities, and apartment appliances. The application and approval process was so smooth (compared to Palomino - Greystar). I had a specific person I worked with through the entire process (Nancy Ramirez). She was always responsive and I never felt ignored. When she was out, the other ladies in the office knew who I was and I never had to reexplain anything. To this day, I have no complaints and nothing but compliments for this complex.

I’ve lived at Cortland Lincoln Station since October of 2019 and it has been one of the most elite communities that I’ve ever been apart of! Property Manager, Juana Landa is a true asset to this community… Since I’ve lived here, she has had some turnover within her staff whether it be in the front office, maintenance, and/or cleaning services, but her standard here at Cortland has never wavered! Every new staff has taken upon the identity of the standard here and has been truly amazing! Nancy and Daisy in the front office also do an amazing job with resident support and making sure that the day to day needs of the residents are always met! They’re great additions to the Cortland team! Jimmy in maintenance has never seen an issue he couldn’t resolve and does outstanding work keeping things functioning at a high level, as he is also supported by his right hand man, Davis, who is absolutely and impeccable employee to this community! I recently moved into this building and I LOVE it. I toured several other one bedroom places and this one was by far the most spacious, inviting, clean and beautiful spaces I walked into. The staff are so wonderful; Deysi and Juana have been so kind and accommodating to not only myself, but my entire family. Upon moving in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed from previous renters and they sent someone up right away and it got fixed immediately. The apartment is bright with tons of natural light and I rarely hear noises from any other neighbors. I feel safe coming home at night knowing that the garages and stairways are well-lit and I can easily spot security cameras for extra protection. All of those things are very important to me as a solo renter!

A terrific find. Deysi and team were very helpful and quick at getting us set up for move in day. These apts are very modern and spacious. Jimmy and the maintenance team have been quick and attentive at fixing/replacing things throughout the place; very friendly, too! Cool amenities like fire pits, pool & jacuzzi, gated underground parking lot, to list some. Ceilings are a little lacking as far as soundproofing goes, but the walls are solid. The place is very dog friendly- you'll see plenty of people at all times of day walking their dogs up around. Overall very happy with the place!

This review is specifically related to the maintenance supervisor JIMMY! Wow! My tire was flat in the parking garage because I had a hole in my tire. He offered to help me inflate my tire with his personal compressor and offered to help install the spare tire if necessary. He took time out of his day and inflated the tire for me. He said if I wasn't able to get it fixed in time and the tire deflated again, he would assist again. As a single female, I was terrified to have car issues. He immediately made me feel calm; letting me know he would assist in any way possible so that I didn't have to deal with it alone. THANK YOU JIMMY FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!

We have been here for almost 2 weeks and in the short time we have been here I can already tell it is 1000x better then the last apartment we came from. Hallways, floors, etc. are always being cleaned and always smells nice. Maintenance I have noticed is quick about repairs throughout the complex and every staff member I have walked past or come in contact with has always been super friendly. Complex is always on top of noticing what us happening around the complex and communicates with the community quickly and promptly. I could go on and on, but I leave it at this.
