I have been living in Cortland Craig Ranch apartment for 1 year. Always dreamed about new my own home but after moving here I have changed my mind because I’m really enjoying living in Craig Ranch community. Top notch service and excellence customer service. Very responsive team, especially Alina Latifova, who makes residents life in community more comfortable with her good attitude to her job.

Leasing an apartment at Craig Cortland Ranch was seeming-less. The first day that I went to Craig Cortland Ranch myself along with three other individuals walked into the office at the same time. Celson greeted each person immediately and offered each of us a soft drink/seat. The wait was less than five minutes. Celson was extremely professional and was able to effectively answered my questions. Thanks to the Leasing staff Celson, Zoe, & Kristine for making me feel like #1.

I truly loved staying at Cortland Craig’s Ranch as my apartment has enough room for everything including my furniture and all the decorating I love to do. Cortland also offers a great workout facility and computer room and I’ll miss being there a lot and recommend it highly to other potential apartment seekers!

I would recommend Cortland Craig Ranch to anyone looking for a apartment. The office staff and maintenance crew are great! The apartments are very nice! I can’t say enough about the location! Alina L. is wonderful to work with!

Cortland Craig Ranch is a wonderful place to live. The buildings and apartments are beautiful and clean. They are laid out inside and out really well. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and maintenance is readily available. Zoe and Alina are especially helpful staff. The place is dog friendly with dog trash and bag receptacles all over (and plenty of grass in different places). The location is great. Walmart and Target are both super close, as well as Starbucks, many different stores and restaurants, and you’re right by 121. I would recommend this place any day.

This property looks great in pictures and even better in person! The grounds are well maintained and the staff has been very helpful since I’ve moved in two weeks ago.
