Moving from Scottsdale to Houston was quite the challenge. The staff at Cortland Copperleaf went above the call of duty to make sure that I was comfortable. Mgbore, Heather and Mark were always there to listen and provide answers to my questions. I’m now comfortable in my townhouse here at Cortland Copperleaf. Thank you guys for always having that smile and willing to provide excellent service. “I am home.”

Absolutely amazing service from all the girls in the office everyone is always so happy and even the maintenance guy Charlie is always so attentive and helpful 10/10 would recommend

One of my favorite apartments I’ve ever lived in! Love the modern features and love the pool! Heather and mborie are amazing!

I was a little nervous relocating to TX, but Heather made our life easier! I enjoyed her pleasantness and the help with making our transition as smooth as possible. The overall property is gorgeous makes your feel as if your on a resort. The office staff team was extremely nice and knew our situation therefore We didn’t have to wait for an answer. I haven’t had a chance to deal with the maintenance staff so stay tuned…

I moved in in August 2021, and the staff and maintenance team are wonderful. They go above and beyond! When moving in, maintenance provided us with a dolly to get our things up the stairs and even helped carry some of our heavy items!!! The property is clean, and quiet. I feel safe with the courtesy officer on site. They gym and pool area are amazing and very well kept. Love the valet trash service, since I don't have to take my own trash out.
