I toured this complex about two weeks ago with Joi as my Leasing Consultant. She was wonderful, informative, and made my tour very enjoyable. She listened to all my needs and wants and did her best to find the most suitable unit. The hospitality I received from her was a strong contributing factor towards my decision to apply. The pictures/media online don't do the apartments justice. This is one of the most, if not the most, beautiful apartments I've ever seen. It is so worth it to book a tour in person. The quality of the construction is amazing, the design sophisticated, and the neighborhood quaint. The amenities offered are great, too. After I toured, I couldn't stop thinking about it. If you are looking for a luxury apartment with a strong community vibe, the Cortland Colburn should be at the top on your list of options. The staff was/is great here. I say was/is because all of a sudden everyone is gone except Joi and that is usually not a good sign for the continued success of the apartments which is worrisome. Maintenance is always top notch unless they start cutting their services. To comment on the latest review by Donna, we have no amenities. Celebration owns them all and they are for everyone IN THE WHOLE TOWN OF CELEBRATION! The apartments have no pool, no grills, no workout facilities. Celebration does but Cortland Colburn does not. The only amenity was the coffee bar in the office and the great staff. I haven't rented long but I've never seen an apartment complex without bbq grills or their own pool and workout facilities. Now no amenities and no staff except for the LONE STAR...Joi.

Jensen Rosario and Juan Alvarez are absolute life savers.. I mistakenly dropped my social security card of all things and after days of frantically looking for it and having given up hope these two gentlemen were actually able to keep an eye out after me requesting them to do so and they were able to find it for me.. they’ve been endlessly courteous and selfless even going as far as bringing in my portable ac for when my ac was down.. to helping me get around the community and introducing me to the area.. thank you guys so much.. cortland.. please give these two a raise… seriously

The apartments and neighborhoods here are excellent! The service team is very prompt with service request. Leasing staff is very friendly and informative! I highly recommend renting here!

Lived here for a year while my husband was deployed overseas. The community is safe and well maintained. The leasing staff was amazing and really made the place feel like home. The maintenance staff was also great. I had an emergency maintenance issue during the evening hours and maintenance was able to resolve the issue right away. My only suggestion is to get a top floor apartment. I lived on the 2nd floor and never heard my side neighbor but had an extremely noisy upstairs neighbor who could be heard at ALL hours of the day. Overall, I would still recommend this community but just know that the ceilings/walls are super thin.

Listen y’all, this is the nicest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and it isn’t even close. The entire staff (maintenance included) is phenomenal. I moved in over two months ago and stopped into the office this past week and Joi remembered my name. When you move in, the maintenance staff walks you through your apartment and makes sure you understand how everything functions. It’s just unbeatable service. Everything feels right. Quite literally my only two complaints are that there’s technically no pantry, but the built in more than takes care of that. And the cabinets feel just a little too low for me, but that’s nothing to even really complain about. A genuine 10/10 on all fronts. If it’s in your budget, move here.
