The overall experience is great - quick response from office and maintenance team, building and appliance are new. Here are some annoying parts: 1. short hours of lounge room and other open spaces as mentioned in other reviews (the current solution is disappointing) 2. limited parking area 3. frequent solicitations

We stayed at Cortland at Canyon Creek for 13 months. It’s an awesome apartment with great customer service. It’s probably the best apartment in Richardson. I am pretty sure that I will never find a beautiful apartment like this.

I learned about this community from one of my friends and went to check it out recently. I caught the property manager by chance while she was taking a lap to make sure the property was up to par. Madison was cheerful and easy to speak with. Madison answered all my questions and gave me a quick tour around the property. Based on what I saw the property is clean, well maintained, and staffed with professionals who care about their residents. I did end up finding a community much closer to my work but overall, I was left with a great impression of Cortland and would consider them in the future.

I had stayed here for 13 months and can say it’s a very pleasant place. We were the first to move in to the apartment. The premises were always kept clean and the apartment services were top notch - always taken care of within a day. Kudos to the working staff. The only problem was it was very hard to reach the leasing office via telephone. It always routed to their main center in Carolina. The office staff was not very welcoming at all times. BUT Paisley was the best! She’s the leasing office manager and always gave an open ear to everyone’s issues. It got a little late to inform our decision of moving but given the situation and conditions, she agreed to honor it with no extra charges. She was also considerate about the little delays while returning the keys. I felt this was the most appropriate way of saying a big thank you for such great experience!

When searching for an apartment I came to Canyon Creek, and Paisley helped me. She was the most welcoming person, and truly made me feel at home. i’ve never had an experience like this before. The community was beautiful and she showed me all around the community. The gym is very big and the apartments are very pretty. My experience at Canyon Creek was the best experience and Paisley really made this process the best by far. everyone go visit!
