Its good only been there for a couple months but the experience thus far has been positive. The noise level is good around the community, maintenance keeps the grounds clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend

Great community and management team. The rent could be lower due to stairway up keep and the ability to hear neighbors clearly but all in all I love it here! Clean property and very professional! Great community activities!

Love this community!! Staff is friendly and super nice. The surprised welcome gift was absolutely stunning and it was tailored to us. The community is so quite and clean. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

One of the best communities, I have had the pleasure of residing in while living in Charlotte. Joan and Jessica both property managers are very professional, yet down to earth. Both ladies are very knowledgeable, helpful in any way they can to make your stay as welcoming and enjoyable. I have never had any issues from the office staff nor maintenance. They're definitely on top of their jobs, I had no complaints my entire stay and the property is beautiful. The location awesome, and the space for a luxury two bedroom is unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this property. IT is #1 on my list if I ever relocate back to the area. This is my experience with the SBC Team!!! 5-stars in my book.

I love Sovereign at Belgate. This is one of the best Cortland properties I have stayed at. The staff Joan, and Jessica always make sure that they're available. Always clean and very friendly.ALL OF THE STAFF IS GREAT !!!! One of the best decisions I have made.

Sovereign at Belgate is a wonderful place to live. I thoroughly love calling it home. Not only do I enjoy my apartment, but the staff here is wonderful. My interaction with them has been great, and when I have observed them with other residents, I feel that they are very courteous, helpful, respectful, and extremely professional. Living at Sovereign at Belgate has been enjoyable and a blessing!!
