I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the Cortland Belgate community. It is a very clean, quiet, and beautiful property. They really go above and beyond such as having fun community social gatherings, providing free goodies for my dog, and even supporting physical health with their yoga classes. I even randomly walked in the leasing of office one day and was offered cookies! As someone who is quite detail oriented, their understanding and respectful approach has meant the world to me. Britney has been such a pleasure to work with as she always brings such a positive energy in every single conversation. She walked me through the process on my move in date (and throughout the application process). She really made sure I was all set to go. In addition, Ladonna is such a great manager and she is super knowledgeable. Before I moved in (and throughout my stay) , she has taken the time to intentionally walk me through any question in such great detail and I haven’t been very impressed. I am in my second lease here, I could not have chose a better property to live at. First the office staff is amazing, quick responses, always professional and helpful. From the manager down to the tech’s, I have never had a bad experience, this property is really friend/family oriented as we always have fun parties/events that everyone at the property is involved in and a part of. At other properties I have lived at it was always hard to get in touch with a manager, but here all managers make themselves available. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

What a site! Went and viewed a few apartments within this community and just beautiful. From the 1st person who greeted me i think her name was LaDonna when i walked in til the ground keeper who said hope to see you back here soon. I just moved in and the leasing office staff was beyond amazing a super welcoming. The maintenance men I had the opportunity to meet were equally friendly and very down to earth. The move in process was pretty seamless and the property Manager Ladonna was very helpful and understanding of my needs and my odd situation. The community all the way around is inviting and I feel as though I picked the right place for me and my girls to live.

We have been staying here for the past 18 months and overall I've been satisfied. The biggest difference maker has been the property manager. She has always been available to resolve issues that have arisen. The newly renovated units are very impressive when compared to the other communities in the area. being anew property I have experience less issues with the facilities in comparison to the place I stayed previously which was also in the University area.

Cortland Belgate is an excellent place to stay . It has amenities like Gym , Swimming Pool, which is really great . Plus it’s very closer to grocery stores , & restaurants. Affordable rent . I would highly recommend this place .

From the time I moved in until now. My time here has been great. Maintenance is very responsive. Community is supper chill. They always got something going on at the office. I complained about a drip that was keeping me awake. Took a while for them to figure out where it was but they definitely were on it and now fixing it. Very appreciative!

So Andrew helped me out he was the maintainance man he helped me pump up a tire which was super kind of him, he really took the time to make sure I was happy and on top of it too he said he would come out and fix our disposal. Maintenance Team is amazing, always quick to respond and fix things be it night or day. Andrew, appreciate your hard work. Been here for almost a year now, no complaints. It's a very peaceful community. Common areas and parking are cleaned proactively. Complimentary muffins and coffee occasionally are cherry on the cake.

I have truly been blessed by moving here. I have to say because I wanted better health mentally and physically I take full advantage of the amenities. Been here for five years and I love it. Nice community easy commute your near everything the apartment is a big the landscape is stayed on top of I just don’t like the idea of paying $25 to take out trash when I can take out my all trash. I TRULY LOVE IT HERE. I took a little time to read some of the reviews and I must say that the staff is AWESOME. For those that understand what it takes to be a team should understand that we (the residents) are a part of this team. If you chose to have a PET than YOU should take full responsibility for that. This complex has provided everything that is needed for us to live here and TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK. My husband and I were one of the first 3 people that moved into this complex. Brand new, they were still building . The complex across wasn’t even built yet. My overall experience has been nothing but great. I felt safe, my family felt safe, never had issues with neighbors, management always helpful and there to help with our questions . If not for work relocation. We would have stayed longer. Thank you Cortland! It’s been a pleasure.

In all the years I’ve been searching and moving I’ve never felt more welcomed than I did once I met Monica. She is so personable , genuinely a sweetheart and has a lot of knowledge under her belt. So I stopped by today 9/21/21 and I spoke to Monica she was absolutely GREAT! I just had a few question about their apartment complex and the requirements. I am leasing with another complex I don’t like so when my lease is up I WILL be coming here! I did meet another lady she was extremely nice but I didn’t catch her name, but they were both very welcoming and helped me soon as I walked in!! Great customer service and the complex seem very clean and well taken care of!!

This is a lovely apartment complex to live in, I have nothing but good things to say about the amenities and services provided. Pool is well-kept and maintenance is prompt, effective, and polite. While I lived here, I greatly enjoyed my apartment and the complex. My roommate and I have had some issues with extra fees and communicating with the office, particularly over the phone, and my review previously addressed these difficulties. However, I've spoken recently to the property manager, LaDonna, who has been polite and understanding of the situation, and have been able to get the problems resolved, so am updating my review accordingly.

Cortland at Belgate is a great place to live. The Management staff work very hard to keep the residents happy, satisfied and address all concerns. The Maintenance staff are quick to address any issue, help residents out and keep the property very clean and enjoyable. We have been here three years and there has never been an issue with safely. During inclement weather or world events, Management teams always check in on their residents to ensure their needs are met. They have great apartments with washer and dryers and intrusion alarms, dog park, gym facility with work out programs such as yoga along with trainers at certain times. You know, the Manager Ms. Joan, Ms. Jessica & their teams along with the head Maintenance Mr. Jay, they really care about you and greet you personally everyday with a big smile. They work really hard at making sure residents abide by the rules and really put the hammer down when some do not. We are in a handicapped unit and they really check in on us. They check in on everyone reall

The ladies at the front office are wonderful! They are always so kind and help me with any questions I have. Jay the maintenance guy has been great too! Every time I have an issue he is there ASAP and has everything fixed within an hour (if that). In terms of the actual apartment, it is spacious and I feel very safe here which was very important to me. I walk my dog to the nearby shops and stop at the clubhouse on the way back for a cup of coffee almost daily. It has been a great apartment complex and I hope this review helps anyone who is looking to rent here.
