Humberto really needs his own review. We submitted a ticket about a week ago at a really late hour at night. I'm pregnant and have a small baby. He came out here at 1am to make sure we had air conditioning. This man needs a raise and a promotion. Out of everything here my husband thinks Humberto is the highlight of living here. My boyfriend and I recently moved to this beautiful complex in Clearwater from Fort Myers. The leasing office team has been incredibly helpful every step of the way during the move-in process. A special thank you to Kayla and Skylar—you both are exceptional at what you do and have gone above and beyond to make our experience as stress-free as possible. We appreciate you guys so much. Additionally, service and maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal and will be addressed and resolved promptly. The complex is breathtakingly beautiful, also offering amazing views of the bay. It is impeccably maintained and managed. We are so glad we chose Cortland Bayside as our new home!

I gave it four stars because I loved my first 2 years here, the trash collection is so meticulous, if your boxes are not broken down properly or too big or your trash is too heavy don't expect it to be picked up, it will sit to rot unless you take it to the trash compactor; which is a half mile away. People at the office WERE so friendly I really don't know what happened there, there is not a single friendly face I knew anymore. Management and maintenance changed and it feels so different. Now if you made it to this section it's two stars as of today because things have been going downhill, at least for our building(2) not sure about the rest. Elevator keeps breaking down every 3 months and we are on the fourth floor with a baby. And by breaking down. they'll say repairs are expected within a few days and it will take a month at least. So rent at your own risk. Don't get me wrong if you are single with no kids and just relocating and don't care about the details I just wrote this is the place for you. Its act

I lived at Cortland for one year and had a great experience! The pool has an amazing view of the bay. There's also a dock where you can launch your paddle boards into the bay. The maintenance staff is prompt and helpful. The office staff is kind, too. Overall, I'd rate Cortland Bayside 10/10. I highly recommend it!

Cortland Bayside is a wonderful place to live.. It has given my husband and I peace from the NYC hustle and bustle life.. The first thing we do in the morning is open the balcony door, and inhale the Florida warm breeze, and enjoy the Lavish palm trees that line the street, and later have breakfast on the balcony to complete our morning ritual.. I moved in at the end of March from out of state. The leasing process was simple, and I completed it all online. The leasing team was great and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. They were responsive to questions and were flexible with our move in appointment as we had traveled across the country from Oregon to move in. We arrived to have a personal orientation of the facilities and the apartment. The place was spotless. I have never moved into an apartment this clean before. On move in the only hiccups were the elevator was down due to a power surge and the washing machine in the unit would not wash on warm/hot. The communication about the elevator and the progress of the repair was superb. Our service requests were answered immediately and the completion of the work projects took a couple days as parts had to be ordered and walls had to be entered. The grounds are spotless and well maintained. Crews have been out and about everyday since my move in, maintaining the grounds. The views are

Resort atmosphere and great staff. Pool area and overall amenities are great! Parking situation could be improved as they are not assigned and some are not even within the gated portion of the property. Poor insulation between apartment floors, so its a little louder than we would like, but it is apartment living. I would definitely consider the top floor if we were to do this all over again. Overall, I highly recommend Cortland Bayside!

Had a maintenance issue with the AC not cooling. Made the work order on Sunday and on Monday morning Mike came to inspect the unit. He said the condenser was bad and he had to get one. The unit was fixed and running within a few hours after inspection. We are very impressed with management and all who work at Bayside to make us comfortable and make us feel at home and a part of the community. Here everyone cares genuinely.

The Cortland Bayside walks the walk. When they say "resort style living," they mean it! They've thought of everything - the apartments are gorgeous (and quiet!) and the amenities are next-level. Management is genuine and they always come through.

We lived in Courtland for approximately a year. In my opinion when it comes to having a great apartment community experience it boils down to 4 things: The living space, amenities, office management and the residents. Here is my review of those four categories. The office staff is the best I have ever encountered. Work orders are closed within 48 hours if not sooner. The staff is genuine and friendly. They keep the landscape and Club House areas pristine 356 days a year. When an amenity (such as the weight room or gated entry) is down; they keep residents constantly informed and provide resolutions swiftly. The living spaces contain plenty of natural light and upscale finishes. The three bedroom unit we lived in had plenty of closet space and was spacious. We are three adults and a large dog and we felt comfortable during our stay. The amenities are very nice and as mentioned are kept clean and in working order with constant upkeep. The grounds were always kept clean and beautiful, like living in a resort. The location is perfect between Clearwater and Tampa. Happy to have called this place home. Highly recommend!!

Since the minute I arrived in early June to visit, I knew this was the place for me. Kirstyn Blount was my navigator as we toured the grounds, amenities and a two bedroom unit. She is a tremendous ambassador for Courtland and deserves a raise! All my questions were answered at that time as well as her quick replies to me in the months on the phone before my lease started on Sept. 6th. I have talked to all the women in the office and have also found them extremely personable and knowledgeable. A particular shout out to Cindy who invited me to see the Threshers playoff games with a fun group as she knew of my love for baseball. Other highlights like the coffee machine and special group nights has really made it easy for me to integrate with this vibrant community. I wish I had undertaken this move earlier. My fiancé and I just moved to Cortland Bayside from another Cortland property and I have to say, I am so glad that we did. We absolutely love Cortland Bayside and everything about it. The staff did an amazing job moving us in and making us feel like a family. They are all amazing people. The property itself truly is like living at a resort. I feel like I am on a constant vacation and who would not love that. If you are looking to move to an apartment, I strongly suggest Cortland Bayside.

We are so happy living here at cortland bayside!It has been many years since I have lived in an apartment and our standards are high.I was having an issue with my dishwasher and Mike and Anthony were absolutely excellent! They replaced us with a new one and it was no more than a day. We feel so comfortable here to ask for what we need.They told me when I signed our lease welcome home and they meant it! Everything here is worth it and I could not be happier with the service and kindness from the staff.

WOW JUST WOW!!! Where do I even begin!!! Not only is the place, amenities and everything about Cortland Bayside amazing, the management staff is top notch. Being a college graduate only used to student living it’s been hard to find a place where I’ve felt welcomed and understood. I would give a 10 star review to Kirstyn at Cortland Bayside if I was able to. Her above and beyond attitude with her world class customer service truly exceeds words that you need to experience for yourself. Cortland Bayside itself is very regal along with Kirstyn and the staff, they are a 5 star team. One week after moving in, I had not recognized the high end defrost operation of the in unit refrigerator freezer. I called the front desk, Meagan politely and swiftly created a work order. Tony showed up quickly as he politely and professionally explained the process and asked if he could help with anything else. Coming from owning a home did not know what to expect to becoming a renter. However, being here has been very good for our family and worries about renting have been alleviated. Our daughter has made friends here, loves the playground and pool. Wife enjoys the peace and quiet. Maintenance staff are courteous, keep the grounds as clean as possible and quick to respond to service requests (same day! for some). The office staff Megan, Cindy and Peggy are very accommodating and professional even presented with the most inconsequential complaints. Plenty of wonderful people live here. Currently in the process of renewing lease. Regardless of what happens this review is well deserved.

I have lived here for three years and really enjoy coming home everyday. Views of the bay are beautiful. It's quiet, for the most part and neighbors are friendly and respectful. Maintenance department are on top of things and always willing to help. The girls in the office are helpful and friendly too. The office staff does everything possible to take care of you, Cindy is always welcoming and knows everyone by name. I can't count how many times I have asked for help and she aided me every time and always with a smile. Thank you, Megan, Peggy, and Cindy.

I don’t often write reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to write one for Cortland Bayside apartments. As a current resident that has been here the last 2 1/2 years, I couldn’t be more pleased with the apartment property and the staff that runs it. Whether it’s maintenance never making me wait a full day to change a lightbulb, or the absolutely amazing office staff that is willing to work late after hours to take care of myself and the other residence. Megan, Peggy, Cindy and and the maintenance guys make my life stress-free, keep the property beautiful, and I feel lucky to live here. Highly recommend the place!

We’ve been here for 3 years and Meagan and her team are extremely accommodating. I’m in a wheelchair and live on the forth floor Meagan and her team especially Cindy always check in on me to make sure I’m ok. The facilities are always clean and the maintenance staff are excellent.

It’s nice to live in a community where the people who work there really care about the community and its residence. The community itself is beautiful with plenty of amenities for the residence to enjoy like the gym and clubhouse. Everything is clean and brand new. And the best part is the beautiful view of Tampa Bay as our back yard. I love calling Cortland home.

I really enjoy staying here at Cortland. The amenities are great, the units are nice and spacious, but really I think what sets this complex apart really from other luxury complexes is that when you have an issue and you bring it to the office the management team is great to work with. They are helpful and efficient and they make headaches go away. I cannot say enough good things about them. When looking at apartments I always look at reviews about dealing with the office staff because they can choose to make your life more difficult or not. This office staff works harder to make your life easier and I am thankful for that.

This property is like a resort! The amenities are great, the staff is very understanding and helpful. I recently have had to move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and the staff, in particular Peggy, have made the transition so easy. All the ladies in the management team are wonderful, and the maintenance staff/upkeep staff are very responsive and timely.

My husband and I have live here for 1 1/2 years. We have loved it! The staff is fantastic and always helpful. Peggy is wonderful and worked with us through our lease renewal making it simple and easy! The grounds are kept lovely and fresh making it feel like we live on a resort. After seeing the beautiful entrance with the resort style pool by the leasing office we met Megan who gave us a great tour. I can't talk well enough about what a great place to live. THEY ACTUALLY CARE!! The ladies bend over backwards to help with anything. We lived there for 2 years and it was a great experience. There was one issue & it was immediately fixed! The grounds are meticulously kept, the pool is awesome, the gym equipment is maintained always. Never saw a piece broken for more than a few days!! The best thing is Food Truck Thursdays. Yummy and no cooking. I only moved do to a life situation, I would live there again immediately & I whole heartedly recommend anyone looking to check this place out. (And no, my mom doesn't work there LOL)

Tony - Service Manager was absolutely amazing! He came in for our pre-move out inspection and was quick to jump on our light-bulb that was out in our freezer. He ran over to their shop, came back in less than 5 minutes, and fixed it immediately. AMAZING work from the maintenance team!

The community and staff at Cortland are a 5 star experience. The property is kept is pristine condition and the amenities feel like you are are staying at luxury resort. The move in was easy and access to the properties gated areas, elevators, and trash/recycling facilities, with our vehicles, allowed us a smooth transition into our new place. The view of the bay from the pool and sandy beach area is breathtaking as it looks out towards the Clearwater bridge. The fitness center is open 24/7 for those that might work night shifts and the club house is open from 8am to 10pm, with free coffee! The outside lounge area opens up to comfy chairs and tables to relax at with the resident/guest Wi-Fi access. We enjoy the cabanas and lounge chairs with the steady sound of the fountain jets pouring into the pool, creating a feeling of paradise, as people grill on the barbeques in the picnic area. Cortland Bayside is the BEST luxury community I have ever lived in. The property is well maintained. This is like living at a 5-Star Resort! The staff is like "family". This community has provided me a place that feels like "home" right from the start. Toni, Humberto, and Porter are a BIG asset to the community, as their hard work and friendliness keep our community going. The girls in the office, OMG unbelievable. Megan, Peggy, Cindy, and Madison are so beyond welcoming and always able to assist in whatever the community needs are. I personally love the food trucks each week, as well as our community events. The Cortland Bayside "TEAM" fits well together and I promise will make your move and living experience 5-Star!

I've now lived here for about 5 months and I can't say one bad thing, I love it here it is absolutely beautiful! Cindy and the staff management have been amazing. The place is beautiful but what makes it even better is the management. When something needs to be fixed they are on it and will send an email updating you on everything. It feels nice not having to worry about things getting done and you can tell they are invested with the property itself. The actual place feels like a resort so the "resort style living" is def accurate. This place is legit and esp working from home and being here all the time I enjoy every min of it. The apartments are modern and if something needs to get done they will get it done. Thank you guys for all the hard work and kindness! Keep up the good work.

I have lived her since they opened and I love living here. The location, amenities and the staff are great. They are always making the large complex feel like a small community. I have had great experiences with all the staff from the front office staff, Peggy to the maintenance staff, Ken who I have known since we moved in. He always goes out of his way to make the community an A+ experience. He always makes any of our maintenance needs seamless, he’s always the first I see and the morning and does an amazing job at maintaining the complex and of course knows my dog by name and always provides him treats! The staff here really go above and beyond with all they do!

From start to finish, and end to end, the staff at the leasing office provided answers to my every inquiry and was able to anticipate what I would need ahead of time. At first, I was not sure if the property would be right for me. After the wonderful tour, I was sold on the location, with its picturesque views. With living in such close proximity to so many people there will eventually be a couple hick ups but the good days definitely out weigh the bad. The ladies in the office are so friendly and have helped us immediately with any issue we've had. The maintenance crew can be seen working all day everyday and are also very helpful, friendly & have dog treats ready. We use the dog park everyday and really enjoy meeting our neighbors and watching the dogs play together. Peggy and Megan are extremely kind, friendly, and have been on top of everything we have requested during our move in, and have always had any requests handled within a day. Quite honestly, I’ve been very impressed with Cortland Bayside, the staff, & the overall grounds/amenities. From Day 1, Kirstyn was super accommodating & friendly with an extremely through virtual tour (we were moving from out of state). The application process to move-in was much smoother than expected. And most importantly, our fur babies love it. The dog park & grass by the bay are some of the favorite areas. Plus folks are friendly, grounds are clean. Overall, I highly recommend Cortland Bayside. From their staff to apartments to community… it’s a truly unique place!

I have brought several clients looking for rentals to this community. The manager, Megan, and staff have always been extremely helpful and easy to work with. The bay views, location and amenities are unparalleled to other communities in the area. My clients are happy living there and only have positive things to say!

There was not a moment that went by while I was at Cortland Bayside touring with Megan Leonidis that I didn’t feel at home. Every detail imaginable is here, and to say the property has it all would be an understatement. I felt right at home and despite me not leasing today, Megan went out of her way to ensure that all my questions were answered and made me feel like I was already home. Did I even mention the views?!?!

We moved here 8 months ago and had looked at a dozen other places.......so glad we picked Cortland Bayside. The entire staff is out going, always pleasant and can't do enough for you. (I would give them all a 10 Star, but unfortunately 5 is the highest). Any repair request is immediately tended to. If you like the idea of resort living, then this is the place for you.

Highly recommend this community. Had the pleasure of talking to Kayla and she was so helpful and was a subject matter expert to say the least. The views alone are incredible. Topped with the amenities, it really is one of the nicest out there! Great place, 5 stars, would recommend.

This property is gorgeous. Love the amenities, especially the new kayak racks. The office staff is always helpful. Megan always makes me feel welcome and says hello any time she sees me. I highly recommend living here!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Amazing pool area that is better than most the resorts around! Beautiful view of the water to! The staff was so helpful and really new there stuff! They also have a walk way along the water with benches and plenty of room for my dog to play!

Cortland Bayside is a beautiful place. The community is amazing and everyone is so nice. The property is very clean and the staff are top tier in my opinion. Always a smile on their faces and willing to help with anything. Kayla is so amazing and I am loving the new kayak wraps. Clearwater is a great place to live and anyone moving here should consider Cortland Bayside.

What an awesome place! During the process of helping our daughter move into her new apartment, we were so impressed with the staff, especially Cindy and her husband Bob. Cindy answered every question and was so helpful and Bob, being a retired policemen, gave us peace of mind that our family was in a safe place.

I moved to Cortland Bayside about two months ago and I absolutely love living here. The view from my apartment is equivalent to a million dollar waterfront home. The pool and gym are exceptional, lots of dog owners and fun people. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are in the market for an apartment, Cortland is the place to be.

I’ve visited this place a dozen or so times. It’s easily one of the nicest living communities I’ve been to. The staff is super easy going and always have something going on, between the free industrial like coffee machine, to food trucks coming in for everyone. Heck, they even have an entire dog washing station next to the park. It’s just overall just convenient with all the amenities. The apartments are always clean and presentable. Over all, 5 star community from me. Would recommend.

Have been living at Cortland since March. Amazing views, tons of amenities. Staff is great and will bend over backwards for their residents. You will not find a nicer place for what you pay.

We are so in love with all the amenities and location. Our favorite part of this community has to be the friendly , smiling faces and we have a Favorite.. Jim from Maintenance!!
