Pet Policy

Pet Policy Type: Cats and Dogs

Pet Monthly Rent: £25 per month

Pet Policy Fee: No fee

Max Number of Pets: 2 per apartment

Pet Policy: All cats and dogs must be microchipped, and a photo will be required of your pet. For all pets, we require a clean bill of health from a vet confirming that all immunizations are up-to-date and that the pet is not carrying any illnesses or diseases. No dogs recognized by the UK Dangerous Dogs Act are permitted. All cats must be house cats.

Small caged pets are permitted, but no dangerous pets are permitted, for example, poisonous species – all pets must be declared to Cortland Colliers Yard and are subject to approval. Pets that require artificial heat are not permitted, i.e. snakes and reptiles.
