Hello! New resident Just moved in last month and I absolutely love my home and the community! The leasing staff are so amazing and we’re so friendly and helpful through out the entire process! Upon move in the maintenance guy (forgot his name) took the time out to show me around my apartment and how to use all the appliances which I really appreciated. Any concerns that I have had so far (non apartment related) have been handled with so much respect and attention which I love! Overall 10/10 would highly recommend cortland to anyone!

We have lived here for four years and have been very happy even though every year we have received a rent increase very recently the property was purchased by a new company Cortland and after our lease is up we are being forced out of our home because they are remodeling all of the units and are going luxury which also means that out rent is also being raised $200 -300 do not move here these people do not care about families. Update they have taken the volley ball court and turned it into a off leash dog park which I love . Update 4-10-24 all things aside from my previous review we have still had our rent increased one year it went up $300.00 I would like to add this complex has a very good maintenance depth especially Felipe he's very friendly with a great personality does good work that stays fixed and he cleanes up after himself if I pass him in the complex he always waves to me keep up the good work Felipe and thank you for the good work you do.

This is our first year here. We are snowbirds and just sold our place this last August so needed to rent. We chose Courtland Arrowhead Summit for the location. We enjoy our stay and plan on coming back next season. Mike has been a great addition to the Courtland staff. He is a friendly guy and always has a smile and conversation with us as he passes by our unit. He make a point to stop and say hi as we sit out on our patio enjoying the great weather

One of our maintenance guys, Felipe is amazing! Service requests were put in, and he was on it within 24hrs. He is friendly, very communicative, and extremely efficient. Thank you for everything, Felipe :-)! Also, we just moved in and Kristine has been the absolute BEST! Any questions that I have had, she’s been so helpful and kind. A process that can easily become stressful, she’s made it so smoothly. I am extremely grateful for her help, and I recommend this complex to anyone💛.

I called in today after making a work order for a clogged kitchen sink/non-working disposal and within 30 minutes Mike stopped to quickly resolve the issue within seconds! Not only did he fix the sink, he also took the time to make it a teaching moment explaining to me what caused the issue, how to prevent it and also how to fix it on my own if it were to happen again after hours. I greatly appreciate his kindness to my family and how effective he is when it comes to our maintenance needs. It’s not too often that I have an issue that requires attention in our home, but it is great to know that when a problem arises that there are great staff members like Mike that are readily able to assist when we’re in need. Thank you so much Mike, you are amazing! As well thank you to all Cortland staff members for making our home a pleasant, safe and comfortable environment for myself and my children. We love it here.

I truly hope I do justice by this review! My husband and I moved out here in September from Houston. We had decided to sell our primary residence and move out west to travel and explore. We haven’t rented in over 16 years but we knew we didn’t want to buy anytime soon so in August I flew out and looked at a number of different apartments in the area. Cortland Arrowhead Summit met all of our wants and needs. I met with Kristine and thankfully have had amazing continuity with her help and assistance ever since. Any questions or concerns are always met with quick responses and follow-ups and Kristine is always courteous and helpful. The maintenance staff is ALWAYS working to maintain and improve the complex and amenities. Cortland is also very dog friendly which is helpful and our Jameson loves it here! A lot of areas to walk your dog and huge dog park to play! Pools, hot tub, gym, great location, all hard flooring, updated kitchen, lighting, etc. We chose the third floor for privacy and layout but third floors

Because I tend to overuse things in the apartment, stuff breaks often (not a jab at the apartment complex). Things sometimes do take a while to get repaired because it's a large complex, but the team does eventually handle the issues. I usually see Phillipe, so I'll mention him, and the great work he does. I've been here for about 4 years now, and the team does do their best to fix things asap.

We really enjoy living here. It's quiet and the grounds are always well maintained and kept up weekly. Lots of good closet space. Storage closet out on patio. Nice gray and white colors in apartment. Kitchen fixtures, counter and cabinets all new and updated. Nice gym with plenty of equipment and exercise machines. Office staff nice and helpful.

I've lived here for 10 months now and love it. The apartments are not cramped and they take care of their residents in every sense of the word. Maintenance is quick and friendly. The dog park is amazing. No other apartments in the area have one this large. It isn't just a patch of grass in the middle of a parking lot like I've seen at some apartments. My dog loves it. The pool is very nice and the jacuzzi works great. Bailey and Colin and the others at the front desk are kind and helpful. They have events where they give free food to the residents and you truly feel cared for and special being a resident here. Highly recommended.

This is by far the best apartment ive been at. Been here two years love that the constantly have community events, food truck every other Tuesday, contests, and a online community wall where all neighbors can communicate. There very community organized. Only thing i think they can do better on is the maintenance staff. Not horible but sometimes u have to ask twice for a job to get finished. Other than that i really like it here.

Originally came to this apartment complex because of how close it is to a lot of stores and entertainment. It’s also down the street from a great elementary school for my kids. The thing that kept me here another year was the great facilities staff and front office! Felipe is especially great, he is knowledgeable, professional and always takes care of any repairs needed in our building. The entire complex should feel lucky to have a quick and efficient facilities team of hard workers like Felipe!

Arrowhead Cortland are amazing apartments. I have lived here a long time and plan to live here indefinitely. When I moved into Arrowhead Summitt I had David the maintenance supervisor come to my apartment. He went over iteams in my apartment that nobody has ever shown me before. It really shows this team cares about there residents and their belongings. I've had a couple issues since I've moved in but they were addressed asap. We are very satisfied with the place we call home. Not to mention Breakfast on the go today was such a warm welcome to the morning.

I moved In here march of last year and my favorite maintenance guy is the one who always has black nail polish on his nails and a smile on his face, when he comes in to my apartment he’s very respectful and nice and has conversations with he he is hands down the best maintenance guy I have ever experienced! We have been lucky to call this place our home the last 5 years. 5 years is a long time in an apartment! There have been many managers that have come and gone and all have been wonderful to work with. Leasing agents are always friendly and helpful. I can email the office and I know they will help with whatever I may need. They care about me as a resident. Kaitlin has been a great property manager and I feel like she has gotten things done! We now have a 5 month old so we are moving to be in a bigger place but I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

This community is great; clean quiet, and the employees are nice. Dan from maintenance helped with a leak and was able to find it, fix it and cleanup in a timely manner. Met the supervisor I think his name is David. Super nice guy! Real one in a million talent that guy. Overall the property is great and I would recommend it.

We put a maintenance request to fix our garbage disposal that was leaking on Sunday afternoon. Next morning on Monday before noon Felipe came and fixed with a brand new disposal! He Fixed it quick, was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Great service

I toured this complex with Colin, who was super professional and kind. The complex is very clean and modern with renovated apartments. There is very good storage in all the units I toured, and the kitchens all have stainless appliances, granite countertops, and big farmhouse sinks. Having great storage and a modern kitchen was on the top of my list, so I'm pretty happy. This complex is very competitive with what I've seen around the valley. The location is great as well with entertainment and shopping being very close by with both the Arrowhead Mall and Westgate just down the 101. I'm really looking forward to moving in soon :)

This location has incredible curb appeal and is in a location that is close to a ton of things to do. Gyms, malls, theaters, sport parks. The maintenance on the property seems top notch and the management and leasing agents were incredibly nice.

Zero complaints. My family and I have loved living here. The management is nice and attentive and so are all the maintenance staff. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, it was fixed quickly! The grounds were always kept so nice and clean and the pool too. My kids loved the big lawn to play on and ride their bikes! Excellent place to live!

I like living in Arrowhead area, but I love living at Arrowhead Summit. The location is perfect for me being so close to shopping, parks and hiking. My kitchen has beautiful white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances that just make it look sharp and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Where do I begin! My Cortland experience here has been beyond amazing from the start of my phone call to inquire living here. I got the pleasure of speaking with Bibi one of the leasing specialist and she assisted me from the start of the process to handing me my keys to my new home. The process was easy, quick and seamless. The whole office staff always had a smile on, and a helping spirit. Bailey and property manager Kate were also a huge delight to interact with when the leasing specialist assisting me wasn’t available. Never had a bad attitude and had lots of patience with all my many questions lol! I thought the hospitality would stop there but I was wrong I had an issue with my garbage disposal and restroom shower and submitted a work order that got completed and fixed in less than 24 hours!! I came from communities that I had to wait days for a work order or even a follow up for a submitted work order to get done. Not here, Sergio and Felipe came in super friendly and knocked out all that needed assist

This is a wonderful community. The staff respond very quickly to all of my questions and concerns, maintenance responds to maintenance requests immediately. The community is clean and beautiful with a nice pool area, dog park, and lots of green space. The apartment was extremely clean and in perfect condition when we moved in. I cannot recommend this community enough.

We have lived at Cortland at Arrowhead Summit for a year and a half. Here is my honest review: I like the split two bedroom, two bath layout we’re in. With two kids it helps with noise to have one bedroom by the front door and the master in the back. I love that we have a pantry in the kitchen and storage in the laundry room. Included washer and dryer are functional and do the job, nothing fancy. Stainless steel appliances are nice and esthetically pleasing. I love the neutral grey/white cabinets and granite counter tops throughout. Flooring is nice but shows dirt and crumbs easily, needs to be vacuumed and mopped at least weekly. Overall, the apartment is beautiful. We have had many encounters with maintenance as different appliances have broken. Although frustrating to deal with a broken water heater, microwave, bath tub sealant cracking, etc. maintenance has always responded promptly and kindly. I know these issues are outside their control, and I appreciate their attentiveness when something does arise. D

Heli is the best! I called the maintenance crew hotline, and Heli responded by phone within minutes. He was very pleasant and accommodating for the scheduling of my repair. He showed up right on time and fixed several things that needed to be repaired. I can't emphasize enough how impressed with this maintenance repair man I am. 5 stars for HELI! The complex is lucky to have him!

Arrowhead Summit has been great for me and my family. There’s plenty of things to do around the community and the team here has made sure to make it feel inviting. The facilities team especially Felipe are quick and professional making sure any issues around the apartment are taken care of!

Beautiful property and love how the apartments look. Office staff was really nice and informative on my tour and sign up process and now being here for a month I have nothing but great things to say about this place it’s super chill and I’m glad I moved here also a bonus it’s right by the 101 so easy for me to get to work

Everyone working at Atwater is very friendly and helpful. The leasing team, front desk and maintenance group are top of the line. We have lived in the building for two years and love living here. Bodie from the maintenance staff is great! He always goes above and beyond to help tenants with their maintenance needs. We put in a ticket for our shower and when he noticed another issue with the sink he let us know, and immediately fixed it, instead of starting another ticket. I totally appreciate this level of effort!

I had a problem with my AC. I have lived hear for 3 yrs and it had been issue free. One day it stopped blowing cold air. I made a service request with the office. Maintenance work Brodie came over to fix the problem. He was very friendly and took care of the issue right away. He was even so kind as to follow up with me later to make sure the issue was resolved. I'd leave 6 stars for him if I could. Thanks courtland for having such a wonderful employee!

This is a wonderful apartment complex! The apartments are renovated, spacious, and by far some of the best ones in this area. Maintenance staff is always prompt with fixing any issues and always wave good morning or say hi when passing by and office staff is very friendly! I have lived here for 2 years and have never had any issues, if something has been out of service or outside renovations occur the office staff is great with notifying residents in advance. I recently worked with Kaitlyn in the leasing office who helped me to transfer to a new apartment after changing my mind and deciding to stay at Cortland! She was able to provide 2-3 options for me same day and has been great in following up and helping me to be less stressed about my upcoming move within the community!

Being new to the state of Arizona, one of first encounters we had was moving into Cortland Arrowhead Summit. Within the first couple days, we met a handful of friendly faces but one stood out- Bodie Chavez. Bodie is way more than someone who helped us with maintenance work within our apartments but he is truly genuine and cares. He has always been eager to help us and alway with a smile, even when our two children are having meltdowns. Our kids call him “best friend” and always looks forward to seeing him as we are taking a walk outside. We are forever thankful to have the pleasure of meeting Bodie but getting to know him individually!

This complex has one of the kindest and most knowledgeable technicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His name was Heli and he was so quick and helpful! I have lived in many apartments and I have had to wait so long and many of them were not very friendly. When I had questions or wanted to understand more about the work that needed to be done, previous technicians were always very short and unwilling to explain. Heli was very friendly and more than happy to explain and made sure I understood. Thank you so much for the wonderful work and customer service, Heli!

Cortland is so good for our community, their complexes are well maintained, well designed with designer paint colors, well designed landacaping and the employees are so professional to deal with & take excellent care of the properties as well as the customer service. Excellent place to live & a good site in our community. David Hernandez was so easy to work with & his customer service skills are above & beyond, excellent service. Way to go David & Cortland!!!
