Went to the Cortland Arrowhead Summit complex today to view possibly moving to an apartment. We spoke to Ryan and said we were just looking, and had many to go to today. This was our 2nd apartment. Ryan was 100% best agent we talked to all day and went out of his way to show us everything and answer all my annoying questions. We went and looked at 2 more properties and came right back to Ryan. Asked more questions and he even showed us the unit we were looking at. 100% best experience and awesome customer service. Just put in my application actually as soon as I got home. Beautiful! The apartments are spacious with modern appliances, full size washer and dryer, nice size patio. The grounds are super clean and the pools are resort quality. David is always on the grounds ready to assist. Highly recommend!

David did an outstanding job replacing our garbage disposal! He responded quickly, arrived on time, and worked efficiently from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how warm and easygoing he was-our 16-month-old toddler and our big dog absolutely LOVED him, which says A LOT! It made the whole experience even better knowing everyone in the house felt comfortable around him. Highly recommend David for any home maintenance needs :)

We had a stressful morning after waking up to a puddle in our living room from a leaking pipe inside the wall after our water heater broke. David came to the rescue and was absolutely amazing. He fixed the wall quickly and skillfully, and his calm, reassuring presence made a huge difference during a hectic situation. What impressed us most was how attentive he was—he checked in throughout the day to make sure the wall was drying properly and kept us informed every step of the way. On top of that, he was incredibly kind and made my wife and our toddler feel completely comfortable while I was away at work, which meant so much to us during an already overwhelming day. My husband and I are moving to Arizona, and this was one of the locations we stopped at, two see where our new living quarters will be. We were greeted by Breann ,this very sweet girl who had such a nice smile on her face when we walked in. We immediately felt very welcomed. Compared to many other of locations that we had visited. I have to say this was the number one choice. The fact that Breann was so nice and gave us so much information. She already made us feel like we were home. I can’t wait to be able to start our new journey in Arizona at Cortland.

Cortland Arrowhead Summit has been a pleasure thus far. The move-in process was seamless, and the apartment unit is quite nice; moreover, its condition and upkeep matches the price my roommate and I expend. The team is helpful and responsive, and there have been no nasty surprises with the apartment or payments upon moving in (as there often tend to be). Especially in light of our previous apartment, Cortland's professionalism and service have been impressive and duly appreciated.

*** Update- thank you for replacing the toilet. I’ve been living here for 4 months and have had toilet clogging issues from the start. I reported it multiple times, asking them to check the drain pipe and fix the root cause, but they just send someone to plunge it temporarily. One maintenance guy even told me to buy a plunger and handle it myself next time which is not fair since I don’t flush anything that causes clogs (not even tissues) I pay rent on time, follow all rules, and still get poor service. I only have one bathroom, and when it clogs, I sometimes have to wait over an hour for maintenance. What am I supposed to do if I urgently need to use the bathroom? If it happened once, I’d let it go. But this keeps happening, and I’m really disappointed.

I cannot say enough, good things about the maintenance team here, especially David. I had a washer valve break, and if it was not for him, walking me through when I moved into my apartment, where to shut the water off and things like that, it could have been a huge fiasco. I have lived here for almost a year, and any time I have ever had an issue with anything he has taken care of it immediately for me, Including A new air Conditioning unit as soon as I moved in because mine was having problems. You can tell that he cares about the residents and their quality of life at the apartments. Very appreciative of him And his professionalism and kindness.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We toured back in January and due to unexpected circumstances after we applied, we weren’t able to move to Glendale. Not only did Neha show compassion and excitement during our tour, her and the rest of the staff showed empathy and care when we were unable to move in. Not only that, but our originally payments were refunded to us, no questions asked. This is a company I would rent with 10x over just from their professionalism and commitment to maintaining quality for individuals just looking and residents alike. On top of all this, the units were the most beautiful units I’ve seen since we moved to Arizona. They’re also worth the price, and the square footage feels much much bigger inside due to how they were built and laid out. We will definitely be choosing Cortland for any future moves we come across. It was a pleasure!

We have lived here for four years and have been very happy even though every year we have received a rent increase very recently the property was purchased by a new company Cortland and after our lease is up we are being forced out of our home because they are remodeling all of the units and are going luxury which also means that out rent is also being raised $200 -300 do not move here these people do not care about families. Update they have taken the volley ball court and turned it into a off leash dog park which I love . Update 4-10-24 all things aside from my previous review we have still had our rent increased one year it went up $300.00 I would like to add this complex has a very good maintenance depth especially Felipe he's very friendly with a great personality does good work that stays fixed and he cleanes up after himself if I pass him in the complex he always waves to me keep up the good work Felipe and thank you for the good work you do. Lived here almost 3 years. It’s a beautiful property. Negative: too much pet waste, in certain areas. I know they have stations but still they seem to have an abundance of irresponsible pet owner tenants. Turnover - they change the staff in the leasing office very frequently. Way too many managers, and leasing coordinators, it always seems like you learn the property managers name then they’re replaced. I think they went through 3 in a year Security — the guy that comes out is aggressive for no reason. Not really sure what he’s supposed to be doing at 1am but he is hardly there and the limited interactions I had felt poor.

I lived at Cortland for two wonderful years, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Anytime something needed fixing, the maintenance team was on it the next day—fast, efficient, and friendly. The front office staff were incredible; they were always kind, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The apartments themselves are of exceptional quality, with modern features and thoughtful layouts that make it feel like a true home. The amenities are top-notch, and the beautifully maintained landscaping was one of my favorite parts of living there. It made evening walks so relaxing and enjoyable. I only moved because I needed to be closer to work, but I still find myself missing the community and comfort of Cortland. If you’re considering living here, I highly recommend it—you won’t regret it!

I’d like post this review because since I came in on a Saturday morning in need of a place as soon as possible Neha and the staff here including the management have taken great care of me. My apartment is beautiful and I can see the mountains from my windows and outside my front door. The gym and pool are beautiful. I’m really happy I decided to move to Cortland. You will be too. However I hope the pool is a heated as the previous post said it is not as that is what I was told when I moved in. Hopefully we don’t have ice cold pools this winter.

This is a friendly and clean community. I rent a 2 bedroom apartment, compared to the many I looked at this one has a very good layout. All the staff I've dealt with so far have been very friendly and helpful. The location of this community is very convenient. It is close to shopping several shopping centers including Walmart, Costco and many more. I would definitely recommend this community.

I have lived here for over a year, and have really enjoyed it. Below are some pros and cons. Pros: Upon looking for a place in the area, this is by far the best property. In addition to the inside of the units being beautiful, the main pro is the landscaping.Depending where you are located on the property, there are various degrees of how beautiful the landscaping/property is. So if you are looking, try to find an apartment in your desired area. Other pros are the Landscaping is always kept up, the office staff are quick to answer you, maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly, the gym is always clean and the pet waste stations are always serviced. Some “cons”: The pools are not heated, so although they are wonderful in the summer, they are completely unusable from November- June as it’s a literal ice bath. Most of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, others have a “I don’t want to talk to you” attitude. We really enjoy living here. It's quiet and the grounds are always well maintained and kept up weekly. Lots of good closet space. Storage closet out on patio. Nice gray and white colors in apartment. Kitchen fixtures, counter and cabinets all new and updated. Nice gym with plenty of equipment and exercise machines. Office staff nice and helpful.

David, the maintenance supervisor, deserves special recognition for his outstanding service. Whenever there's a maintenance issue, David and his team handle it promptly and efficiently. Where do I begin? I have called this community my home for over 2 and a half years now and I don’t want to move. I have had many experiences with different living environments throughout my life and I remember counting down days until I can move out of a place. But not here at Cortland Arrowhead summit! Let’s start with the staff, the community manager and supervisor Travis and Ashley are amazing to say the least. They are hands-on they are dedicated, they are compassionate, they are resident focused, they care about their residence and their community. Along with the front desk, leasing associates, Christina, and Alex every time I call, they are always so pleasant and helpful in any questions that I have! I relocated 1500 miles away to this Cortland location and the staff during the apartment tour walkthrough made me forget all about my crazy travel experience. They were warm, welcoming, friendly and gave me all the information I needed, answered all my questions and made me feel like a resident well before I even signed my lease! Hello! New resident Just moved in last month and I absolutely love my home and the community! The leasing staff are so amazing and we’re so friendly and helpful through out the entire process! Upon move in the maintenance guy (forgot his name) took the time out to show me around my apartment and how to use all the appliances which I really appreciated. Any concerns that I have had so far (non apartment related) have been handled with so much respect and attention which I love! Overall 10/10 would highly recommend cortland to anyone!

This is our first year here. We are snowbirds and just sold our place this last August so needed to rent. We chose Courtland Arrowhead Summit for the location. We enjoy our stay and plan on coming back next season. Mike has been a great addition to the Courtland staff. We have lived here for four years and have been very happy even though every year we have received a rent increase very recently the property was purchased by a new company Cortland and after our lease is up we are being forced out of our home because they are remodeling all of the units and are going luxury which also means that out rent is also being raised $200 -300 do not move here these people do not care about families. Update they have taken the volley ball court and turned it into a off leash dog park which I love . Update 4-10-24 all things aside from my previous review we have still had our rent increased one year it went up $300.00 I would like to add this complex has a very good maintenance depth especially Felipe he's very friendly with a great personality does good work that stays fixed and he cleanes up after himself if I pass him in the complex he always waves to me keep up the good work Felipe and thank you for the good work you do.

I called in today after making a work order for a clogged kitchen sink/non-working disposal and within 30 minutes Mike stopped to quickly resolve the issue within seconds! Not only did he fix the sink, he also took the time to make it a teaching moment explaining to me what caused the issue, how to prevent it and also how to fix it on my own if it were to happen again after hours. I greatly appreciate his kindness to my family and how effective he is when it comes to our maintenance needs. It’s not too often that I have an issue that requires attention in our home, but it is great to know that when a problem arises that there are great staff members like Mike that are readily able to assist when we’re in need. Thank you so much Mike, you are amazing! As well thank you to all Cortland staff members for making our home a pleasant, safe and comfortable environment for myself and my children. We love it here.

I truly hope I do justice by this review! My husband and I moved out here in September from Houston. We had decided to sell our primary residence and move out west to travel and explore. We haven’t rented in over 16 years but we knew we didn’t want to buy anytime soon so in August I flew out and looked at a number of different apartments in the area. Cortland Arrowhead Summit met all of our wants and needs. I met with Kristine and thankfully have had amazing continuity with her help and assistance ever since. Any questions or concerns are always met with quick responses and follow-ups and Kristine is always courteous and helpful. The maintenance staff is ALWAYS working to maintain and improve the complex and amenities. Cortland is also very dog friendly which is helpful and our Jameson loves it here! A lot of areas to walk your dog and huge dog park to play! Pools, hot tub, gym, great location, all hard flooring, updated kitchen, lighting, etc. We chose the third floor for privacy and layout but third floors

Because I tend to overuse things in the apartment, stuff breaks often (not a jab at the apartment complex). Things sometimes do take a while to get repaired because it's a large complex, but the team does eventually handle the issues. I usually see Phillipe, so I'll mention him, and the great work he does. I've been here for about 4 years now, and the team does do their best to fix things asap.

I've lived here for 10 months now and love it. The apartments are not cramped and they take care of their residents in every sense of the word. Maintenance is quick and friendly. The dog park is amazing. No other apartments in the area have one this large. It isn't just a patch of grass in the middle of a parking lot like I've seen at some apartments. My dog loves it. The pool is very nice and the jacuzzi works great. Bailey and Colin and the others at the front desk are kind and helpful. They have events where they give free food to the residents and you truly feel cared for and special being a resident here. Highly recommended.

This is by far the best apartment ive been at. Been here two years love that the constantly have community events, food truck every other Tuesday, contests, and a online community wall where all neighbors can communicate. There very community organized. Only thing i think they can do better on is the maintenance staff. Not horible but sometimes u have to ask twice for a job to get finished. Other than that i really like it here.

The community is gorgeous and all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Staff helped us when we first moved to AZ by sharing great places to eat and go. Great bang for your buck at Cortland. My favorite part is having in-unit laundry.

Collin is great, very helpful and willing to assist. Some things changed after moving in which is very annoying, but the apartment is great and the location is amazingly close to everything. I love the style of the apartment and the little ducks that gather around in the mornings.

Dave manages the maintenance crew and is outstanding, he once had to come to my apartment and save myself and my 16yr. old dachshund from a scorpion - I am forever grateful! Originally came to this apartment complex because of how close it is to a lot of stores and entertainment. It’s also down the street from a great elementary school for my kids. The thing that kept me here another year was the great facilities staff and front office! Felipe is especially great, he is knowledgeable, professional and always takes care of any repairs needed in our building. The entire complex should feel lucky to have a quick and efficient facilities team of hard workers like Felipe!

Arrowhead Cortland are amazing apartments. I have lived here a long time and plan to live here indefinitely. The maintenance crew always gets here as soon as they find out there is a problem and gets it fixed almost immediately. When I moved into Arrowhead Summitt I had David the maintenance supervisor come to my apartment. He went over iteams in my apartment that nobody has ever shown me before. It really shows this team cares about there residents and their belongings. I've had a couple issues since I've moved in but they were addressed asap. We are very satisfied with the place we call home. Not to mention Breakfast on the go today was such a warm welcome to the morning.

I moved In here march of last year and my favorite maintenance guy is the one who always has black nail polish on his nails and a smile on his face, when he comes in to my apartment he’s very respectful and nice and has conversations with he he is hands down the best maintenance guy I have ever experienced! So y’all need to give this man a raise and show some appreciation to him 😌he gets things fixed super fast and my dog loves him. He’s the reason I don’t leave

We have been lucky to call this place our home the last 5 years. 5 years is a long time in an apartment! There have been many managers that have come and gone and all have been wonderful to work with. Leasing agents are always friendly and helpful. I can email the office and I know they will help with whatever I may need. They care about me as a resident. Kaitlin has been a great property manager and I feel like she has gotten things done! We now have a 5 month old so we are moving to be in a bigger place but I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

This community is great; clean quiet, and the employees are nice. Dan from maintenance helped with a leak and was able to find it, fix it and cleanup in a timely manner. I toured this complex with Colin, who was super professional and kind. The complex is very clean and modern with renovated apartments. There is very good storage in all the units I toured, and the kitchens all have stainless appliances, granite countertops, and big farmhouse sinks. Having great storage and a modern kitchen was on the top of my list, so I'm pretty happy. This complex is very competitive with what I've seen around the valley. The location is great as well with entertainment and shopping being very close by with both the Arrowhead Mall and Westgate just down the 101. I'm really looking forward to moving in soon :)

Zero complaints. My family and I have loved living here. The management is nice and attentive and so are all the maintenance staff. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, it was fixed quickly! The grounds were always kept so nice and clean and the pool too. My kids loved the big lawn to play on and ride their bikes! Excellent place to live!

Great place to live! Clean community, pretty quiet, friendly people and staff. Maintenance is always on top of their work. Close to almost everything you’ll need to eat or to shop. We have really enjoyed it here!

I went and toured this complex today. The complex was quiet, each area we toured was clean, and the homes are absolutely beautiful. Bailey, the leasing consultant, was very thorough and answered any questions I had regarding leasing.

Sergio was the maintenance man that came and fixed our heater this morning . He did a really nice job. He came really fast. I put my request for maintenance for our apartment. About 10 minute later I got a call asking was I in my apartment . I really appreciate how quickly he came in time of need.

Where do I begin! My Cortland experience here has been beyond amazing from the start of my phone call to inquire living here. I got the pleasure of speaking with Bibi one of the leasing specialist and she assisted me from the start of the process to handing me my keys to my new home. The process was easy, quick and seamless. The whole office staff always had a smile on, and a helping spirit. Bailey and property manager Kate were also a huge delight to interact with when the leasing specialist assisting me wasn’t available. Never had a bad attitude and had lots of patience with all my many questions lol! I thought the hospitality would stop there but I was wrong I had an issue with my garbage disposal and restroom shower and submitted a work order that got completed and fixed in less than 24 hours!! I came from communities that I had to wait days for a work order or even a follow up for a submitted work order to get done. Not here, Sergio and Felipe came in super friendly and knocked out all that needed assist

This is a wonderful community. The staff respond very quickly to all of my questions and concerns, maintenance responds to maintenance requests immediately. The community is clean and beautiful with a nice pool area, dog park, and lots of green space. The apartment was extremely clean and in perfect condition when we moved in. I cannot recommend this community enough.

We have lived at Cortland at Arrowhead Summit for a year and a half. Here is my honest review: I like the split two bedroom, two bath layout we’re in. With two kids it helps with noise to have one bedroom by the front door and the master in the back. I love that we have a pantry in the kitchen and storage in the laundry room. Included washer and dryer are functional and do the job, nothing fancy. Stainless steel appliances are nice and esthetically pleasing. I love the neutral grey/white cabinets and granite counter tops throughout. Flooring is nice but shows dirt and crumbs easily, needs to be vacuumed and mopped at least weekly. Overall, the apartment is beautiful. We have had many encounters with maintenance as different appliances have broken. Although frustrating to deal with a broken water heater, microwave, bath tub sealant cracking, etc. maintenance has always responded promptly and kindly. I know these issues are outside their control, and I appreciate their attentiveness when something does arise. D

Heli is the best! I called the maintenance crew hotline, and Heli responded by phone within minutes. He was very pleasant and accommodating for the scheduling of my repair. He showed up right on time and fixed several things that needed to be repaired. I can't emphasize enough how impressed with this maintenance repair man I am. 5 stars for HELI! The complex is lucky to have him!

Bodie from the maintenance staff is great! He always goes above and beyond to help tenants with their maintenance needs. We put in a ticket for our shower and when he noticed another issue with the sink he let us know, and immediately fixed it, instead of starting another ticket. I totally appreciate this level of effort!

I had a problem with my AC. I have lived hear for 3 yrs and it had been issue free. One day it stopped blowing cold air. I made a service request with the office. Maintenance work Brodie came over to fix the problem. He was very friendly and took care of the issue right away. He was even so kind as to follow up with me later to make sure the issue was resolved. I'd leave 6 stars for him if I could. Thanks courtland for having such a wonderful employee!

This is a wonderful apartment complex! The apartments are renovated, spacious, and by far some of the best ones in this area. Maintenance staff is always prompt with fixing any issues and always wave good morning or say hi when passing by and office staff is very friendly! I have lived here for 2 years and have never had any issues, if something has been out of service or outside renovations occur the office staff is great with notifying residents in advance. I recently worked with Kaitlyn in the leasing office who helped me to transfer to a new apartment after changing my mind and deciding to stay at Cortland! She was able to provide 2-3 options for me same day and has been great in following up and helping me to be less stressed about my upcoming move within the community!

Being new to the state of Arizona, one of first encounters we had was moving into Cortland Arrowhead Summit. Within the first couple days, we met a handful of friendly faces but one stood out- Bodie Chavez. Bodie is way more than someone who helped us with maintenance work within our apartments but he is truly genuine and cares. He has always been eager to help us and alway with a smile, even when our two children are having meltdowns. Our kids call him “best friend” and always looks forward to seeing him as we are taking a walk outside. We are forever thankful to have the pleasure of meeting Bodie but getting to know him individually!

This complex has one of the kindest and most knowledgeable technicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His name was Heli and he was so quick and helpful! I have lived in many apartments and I have had to wait so long and many of them were not very friendly. When I had questions or wanted to understand more about the work that needed to be done, previous technicians were always very short and unwilling to explain. Heli was very friendly and more than happy to explain and made sure I understood. Thank you so much for the wonderful work and customer service, Heli!
