Colorado Pointe was a wonderful place to live. They worked with us on pet deposits after bringing home a puppy, with little time left on our lease. They were kind, thoughtful, and we felt as though we mattered as residents as much as their customers. Thank you for a wonderful home and community!

I just wanted to start off by saying how grateful I am of the new management and especially maintenance. You all have been so on top of it! Overall I’m very pleased because I submitted two maintenance request on 10/06. Andrew and Josue came and completed the request in less than a hour after I submitted it.
