Great community and very responsive staff. Maintenance request takes less than 24hrs to complete and the leading staff always there to answer questions. I love the pool and the gym and community activities. I would recommend the community.

Deciding to make Berkeley Park our new home has been hands-down the best decision we've made about where to live! The staff here are the ultimate professionals when taking care of your needs & at the same time, make you feel like you've been friends for a while. Kelsey helped us through the whole process of applying and then move-in and in spite of more than my fair share of questions, she has remained a constant source of help and does it with a genuine smile on her face. The apartments are well designed and beautiful with small touches that most don't even think about (under the cabinet lighting in the kitchen!) & the amenities are awesome (valet recycling & 24 hour clubhouse with coffee!). In addition to all of that, the location couldn't be better. It's tucked away so as not to be noisy constantly yet still within walking distance to New Albany's restaurants, grocery stores and is in the New Albany school district. Again, we are extremely happy with our decision to make Berkeley Park our home.

Unbelievable place to live, rest and play. Great people that run the complex. They care about you and your family. For example, they often give treats to the kids after school when they get off the bus. It's the small things they do that says "we appreciate you living here"!

Berkeley Park is a great community to live in. Kelsey in the office is incredibly helpful and sweet to work with. She help make my move seamless. The community is to local parks, restaurants and bars. Great access to the highway.
