Living at Avalon Park has been enjoyable. I have been a resident for 11 years and I would recommend Avalon a place to live.

I've lived here for 8 years. During my stay here, the Residents' Service coordinator has done an excellent job. She has facilitated many of the issues that Ii've experienced. This is a good place to live; convenient to downtown Atlanta, my Church and the major expressways.

I've been at Avalon Park for almost 2 year's and it's been great. Haven't had any problems in my unit. The office staff is amazing along with the maintenance crew. They keep the area clean and is very informative about what's going on. I recommend Avalon Park for anybody the seniors, family, or single great place to live.

I have been a residence at Avalon Park for about 8 plus years now. I’m very happy here. I love my apartment and it’s very affordable. It’s a very quiet and clean neighborhood. Van the manager also takes care of me with any maintenance issues that I may have. Neymie the community manager also makes sure that her residence are enjoying their stay and that all issues (if any) have been resolved. I can’t speak for anyone else here but I can speak from my experience here at Avalon Park which has been an excellent stay. I’ve already been living here for almost a decade now and from the looks of it, I don’t plan on going anywhere NO TIME SOON!! Thanks to the Leasing Office for making my living experience here wonderful and for me having a great place that I can call HOME!! Thank you!!

I’ve been a resident of Avalon since the beginning of the year, my hat off to the Leasing Agent Van English shes always prompt, professional, and ready to serve. My move in process was very smooth because of her attentiveness and work ethic ! I am now going on my second year with Avalon ! Thank you for all you guys hard work during this pandemic.
