I am very pleased with the overall experience. The people at the office (especially Tina and Ryan) are awesome. They always have a great attitude and are very friendly and helpful. Overall satisfaction after 6 months is great, I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I've been here for several years and love my home. I'm happy with the location. I appreciate management as they are responsive. I have some cool neighbors as well! It's a good community. Lived in this Community for 3+ years. Staff has always been friendly and willing to take care of any maintenance issues as they arise. Management engages with residents by creating social events for the community regularly. Overall it has been a great place to live. Great Location in the North Raleigh area and price is reasonable for the area it is located in.

Nice people. Nice neighborhood. Friendly staff. Nice apartments. I will consider staying another year because I like the location. The neighborhood is pet friendly. The courtyard is very nice. There are grills everywhere. I like this neighborhood.

Excellent community to date. Ive only been here a couple months but have been welcomed by everybody. The apartment is well appointed and the staff is always accommodating. Great place to and the local pub, the grocery store, etc. are within walking distance so its so convenient!
