We love living at Attiva, we tell everyone we know how wonderful retirement is in this community. We are active and have met some very close friends. The layout of the community and our apartment makes it feel so cozy and the staff treat us so well. Have lived here 6 years and hope to live here many more.

Attiva is an absolutely lovely complex of bungalow apartments which really feel like homes. Great amenities, a beautiful resort style pool and jacuzzi. Lots of activities and amazing neighbors. The staff is professional and very friendly. I especially want to mention Shae because of her outstanding helpful nature and kindness. Amanda is also a star! I would be remiss if i failed to mention the facility staff. Both George and Jose are great guys. They are responsive, and friendly. They work hard and resolve every maintenance issue very, very quickly. Living at Attiva has been a pleasure. I highly recommend Attiva to anyone looking for an active lifestyle in an over 55 community! Did I mention how GREAT SHAE IS!

I came in to tour this community with my mom and we just loved it! There was a resident event happening at the time and everyone seemed to be having so much fun! My mom loved how everyone was so friendly and welcoming to her! The apartment itself was so beautiful and it did not feel like an apartment at all! All the apartments are on the first floor with private entryways, which is a huge plus for my mom! Once they have a 2 bedroom become available, my mom hopes to call this community home!

I traveled out of state to check out this community and was very pleased with the community and staff. It’s very serene and calm and the grounds are beautiful. I am moving in the fall and hope attiva has a 2 bedroom available then!

The people at Attiva Pearland are very friendly and professional. Any time I had a problem, they were quick to solve it. I enjoyed my stay while there. Thank you to the maintenance team for all the repairs needed! Shout out to the two ladies at the main office who run the show! They also always had something going on for the residents. The events here are so nice, especially when you're used to doing everything alone, it was so nice to go to the events and meet my neighbors.

I have been looking for a community that my mom will feel comfortable in and as soon as I walked in I was greeted in the warmest way. I had a tour around 3pm and some residents were in the club house as we toured and they were so welcoming. We must have walked in during an event because everyone was snacking and drinking wine, and they let us know that Attiva host social gatherings for their residents weekly! My mom was ready to move out of my house immediately. Definitely recommend.

Looking for a place for mom to move into and Attiva was the 3rd place I’d taken my mom to look at. Wish it woulda been our first stop. This place was taken car of much better than the first two. Amanda, the wonderful woman that gave us the tour was as polite and respectful as can be and showed us a couple different floor plans and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions we had. We are going to make arrangements to sell the house and hopefully we will be able to attain residency at this nice, quiet place.

I have lived here for four years. I really enjoy living here. The residents are friendly, Amanda and Shea in the office are very helpful and accommodating. Jose and George are very helpful in the maintenance department. All saff are very friendly and kind. I have and will recommend Attiva to others.

I have recently moved to Attiva Pearland and I am really happy I did. It is a very quiet and peaceful . We have plenty of fun activities. The people are all very friendly and neighborly. The staff, Cody, Megan and Amanda are very professional and very helpful in any situation. Cody has gone out of his way many times to help out in various situations. I feel its a great place to live. The apartment is very spacious and clean and comfortable.

Toured this community a few weeks back and it was beautiful! I loved all the upgrades in the floor plan I viewed. Shae and Amanda were both super friendly and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Even the residents were very welcoming! I can't wait to move in here!

Making Attiva Pearland my home for the past 2.5 years has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and supportive. The layout of the property allows residents to be as engaged as preferred with nice communal areas and activities while also providing privacy for residents who wish to participate less.

After recently selling our home in Pearland we were looking for a 55+ community in the area to move to. After searching around, we found Attiva and from the day we arrived we have been pleased with the community. When we initially arrived we met with Shae in the front office. She was very helpful and prompt during the move in process answering any questions both during the move in process and afterwards. There were a couple of “minor” maintenance requests and these were handled extremely fast. The maintenance crew here are very friendly and professional helping to answer any questions and I have also received follow up calls to ensure the maintenance requests had been resolved. This community is very safe, quiet and residents of all ages 55 and up have been very friendly and welcoming for us. Grounds are kept up weekly and the layout of the apartments are excellent having no upstairs neighbors. It’s a great place to call home.

My mother moved to Attiva 6 months ago. From the start, her experience was great, and it has become more and more positive as the months have gone by. Megan is extremely attentive and genuinely caring. She goes the extra mile to get to know the residents (and non-resident family members like myself) on a first-name basis. As others here have stated, this is a true COMMUNITY. Whenever I visit, every resident who makes eye contact with me smiles at me and waves or says hello. I no longer worry about my mom passing her days in boredom or isolation. Not only does the facility have great amenities like a pool, gym, and dog park, but they also have a calendar of events that is filled with opportunities for the residents to socialize and have fun together. In the time that has passed since my mom first moved in, she has gone from a quiet introvert to a busy person with lots of friends and activities to occupy her time. My only regret is not having chosen Attiva sooner!

Megan was a fabulous help to us from the time we toured Attiva Pearland throughout the process of transitioning from Indiana to Texas. She accommodated our daughter while we were still Indiana and has made us feel welcome ever since. We have enjoyed some of the activities and meeting new people. Also, we have appreciated expediency when needing some maintenance completed. Transitioning to retirement, especially when moving a long distance, can be stressful, but we have felt at home since moving here.

My friend was looking for a new place to live in the Pearland area. I had googled several complexes in the area. Attiva was the first on the list. Megan greeted both of us promptly and took the time to explain everything to my friend. She was very nice and personable. My friend fell in love with the property and moved in shortly afterwards. I visit often and the property is always well manicured and maintained.

Moved my parents here in August. They absolutely love the community and the management. Megan has been wonderful from the tour to move-in and makes everyone feel like they are family. Apartment is well equipped, quiet, and offers activities. We are so glad we choose Attiva. Beautiful place, awesome management and friendly neighbors.

Texas transplant less than a month into lease. Early impressions: true community feel, outstanding units/grounds and service. Very thorough screening of new residents. Worked mostly with Megan Hobbs to inboard - is very responsive and attentive to resident needs.

I am so happy I found Attiva Pearland. We needed a place to stay while we remodel our home. I contacted Megan (the leasing consultant) and she was able to provide us with a place to stay. I cannot say enough nice things about this community. First of all, Megan will help guide you through the whole process of leasing your new apartment. She is really on top of things and really seems to love her job. She is always there to help. The community really cares about their tenants and makes sure security and certain services are easily available. I almost wish this wasn’t a temporary situation for us. I highly recommend Attiva Pearland if you are looking for a 55+ active community.

Rick and I retired and moved here from Indianapolis, Indiana in order to be closer to our daughter. From the time we visited in June until we arrived, we were helped tremendously throughout the process. Transitions like ours are stressful, but being connected with a community like Attiva Pearland, in addition to only living two miles from our daughter instead of 1100, had made our journey so much easier. We have met some great folks as well as have attended some of the activities. Additionally, any necessary maintenance needs have been taken care of efficiently.

I really enjoyed living at Attiva. I was sad to have to leave but my son thought it was for the best that I move in with him being that I am 87 and needing more help. Krissi and Megan were both wonderful and always went beyond for the residents. I met a lot of good friends during my time at Attiva. The maintenance man Jose was just what Attiva needed. he is kind and shows he cares. I have recommended Attiva to my friends and family.

After retiring from teaching, selling my 5 bedroom home as well as most of what I owned, I moved to ATTIVA Pearland. My apartment is lovely but what made all the difference in the world is Megan and Krissi!!!!! I love these girls.... you both really do feel like family!!!! I moved into Attiva Pearland in late November. The process from making the appointment to view the community, viewing a similar unit, reviewing and signing the lease, and moving in was so smooth and easy. And now, this community is like a jewel. Everyone (residents) is very friendly and the staff is extremely nice. They've responded to all my questions quickly and made life very comfortable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a 55+ community to consider Attiva Pearland.

Perfect location, set back off the road. Feels like you are in your own community. My mom feels safe and enjoys talking with her neighbors. Everyone is friendly and really feels like extended family. The office is fantastic and really cares about their residents here.
