I moved into this apartment community at the end of October, and from day one I felt very welcomed. The staff is always friendly and attentive, especially Ms. Sharon. From our very first interaction, she was warm, patient, and genuinely kind. That really means a lot, especially because I was starting a new chapter and adjusting to a new home. I hadn’t lived in an apartment in over 30 years, so finding a place that felt peaceful and had a sense of community was extremely important. What I appreciate most is how friendly everyone is here. The neighbors I’ve met are kind, respectful, and genuinely look out for one another. It truly feels like a community where people treat each other like family. Now that I’m in my third month of living here, I can honestly say this is a wonderful, mature apartment complex. Thanks to Sharon, the staff, and my neighbors, this has been a great experience, and I’m very happy to call this place home. 💖

I've been a resident of Attiva Peachtree 55+ since 2021 and it’s been a pleasant experience. There are so many amenities to enjoy like the saltwater pool, rooftop terrace, sundeck with outdoor gas grills for entertaining throughout the year. The 24hr fitness center, and beautiful spacious lobby is perfect for relaxing or joining in on game nights, jazz nights or other activities. The secured mailroom and Amazon lockers make mailing and getting packages convenient, and I love the peace of mind that comes with the gated parking garage and fob key entrance for added security. The maintenance staff is always quick and attentive usually addressing any issues within 24 hours. Attiva Peachtree 55+ has Friendly neighbors, great management staff, and everything you need to enjoy a comfortable 55+ living community!

I’ve now been living at this facility for eight months. I was concerned about moving to an apartment from an individual home in another state. I have not had experiences living in an apartment since my college days which were many years ago. Everything from the visits to first see the apartments to now have been great. The office staff and the maintenance staff are professional and helpful. The whole staff takes care of concerns within a few hours to a day. My husband and I just moved into Attiva Peachtree and let me tell you that every step of the way was a pleasure. From the moment we met Sharon and she took us on a tour of the building and explained activities happening we knew this is the place we should move. This is the friendliest place we have ever lived. We came back after we signed the lease and at least 5 people said hello and offered help if we needed anything. The day we moved in Sharon was there explaining everything which was so helpful and by the end of that mini-orientation we had no questions. Also Ken the head of maintenance came to our apartment and explained a few things and told us anything we need just put it online and he will help. By the way a light bulb was out and it was fixed by the next day. We are so happy we moved here and can hardly wait to go to our first social event on Friday. Thank you Sharon for making moving a fun experience.

I was amazed when I first toured Attiva, I didn’t have to view any other apartments. It was exactly what I was looking for. The professionalism of the team. Sharon was super helpful and answered any questions I had, when she wasn’t available or off, Grace was just as helpful. When I call or send a message, they respond fast and are always courteous. A friend called to inquire as to how to communicate with the housekeeper who I had recommended to him on the advice of my neighbor and so I knocked on my neighbor’s door and she said “come in”. The door was unlocked and she, with her back toward me and therefore not knowing who I was until she heard me speak, turned and acknowledged me and proceeded to engage in the conversation. That is a testament to the Safety and security of this community . I have been eyeing this property since it opened, and now I’m a new resident here! I have never felt more at home than I do here. The property is well maintained, as are the great amenities. I love that it’s all mature residents! There’s a monthly calendar of events and weekly activities. Unlike other properties, residents here actually show up for the events in droves, and participate! Grace has done it again!!! When Grace assumed the roll back in November 2023 as our onsite Property Manger, the residents at Attiva Peachtree were faced with broken down elevators, unsecured garage gates and a rooftop that desired some improvement. Well since Grace’s presence, the response time on broken elevators and unsecured gates have significantly decreased. Now she’s paved the way to have not one but two cabana’s installed on our rooftop. Attiva Peachtree is in a great location. Just about everything one needs for daily living is within walking distance, or less than a 10-minute drive. I particularly like having Greenpicks Market in the building. The facility is great, with good amenities, and the staff excellent. Particularly Sharon and Patricia. The social events are superb. Many are organized by residents, which is fun. Courtland often provides food and beverages. Very pleased living here!

Sharon Hodges has the perfect personality for managing this elegant, serene & absolutely lovely property. The seniors that reside here are active, friendly and very inviting. I highly recommend Attiva, moving here last month was the best decision I could have made. Starting from management and Ms. Sharon, great to deal with both. Maintenance, Mr. Cotton has been great addressing any concerns and ensure was move was smooth. Attiva by Cortland has been incredible, the entire leasing experience which included meeting Sharon, Patricia, and Zach was extremely efficient and effective. My wife and I were unexpectedly required to relocate due to our current residence being substantially damaged due to the winter storm. With 7 days to vacate we were extremely nervous about finding a new place to live and significantly nervous about finding a community who would better support their residents, we believe we found the perfect match with Attiva by Cortland and the community continues to exceed our expectations every day! Apartments have great kitchens and all top end appliances, spaces are clean and modern, and the community amenities are fantastic.

Love living here! My wife and I have enjoyed the staff, who are outstanding and our fellow tenants with whom we’ve made some wonderful friends. I would highly recommend Attiva Peachtree to anyone who’s looking for a great life experience!

Attiva 55+ is a relatively new concept (to me), the active living (not a retirement complex). We initially signed a 7 month lease trying to see if it was a fit for us. Well we just signed a new lease. From the entire leasing staff, to location, amenities offered, it just works! Great community atmosphere!

Attiva is awesome. While it’s a 55+ community, it has a much younger vibe. The people, events and location are great, and the amenities are top notch. In fact, I would say it feels like you are living at a spa and resort. I doubt you will find a nicer community in the Buckhead, Brookhaven and Chamblee area…I would highly recommend Attiva!

Attiva Peachtree is a beautiful complex and everyone has been so warm and welcoming. The management staff is amazing and helpful with all my needs. There are events all the time to join, movie nights, game night, and the roof deck is BEAUTIFUL!

Attiva Peachtree is a beautiful complex. The staff and management are helpful and quick. They have something for us to do most of the nights, like game night, movie night, and the roof top deck is amazing! The complex is safe, thanks to the police officer that lives there and is always walking around. The pool and gym are big and beautiful. This place makes me want to never leave! Except for all the great food around it!

Moved in back around September. Absolutely love the place. Large spaces with wonderful amenities. Walking distance to shopping, dining and the train station. Wonderful staff.

Living at Attiva gives my husband and me a feeling of “being home”. The staff works hard to ensure a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the application process to repairing a leaky faucet, staff is by your side getting things done. Access to grocery stores, health services, etc. is only a short drive away. Fun activities planned by the team creates easy opportunities to form friendships. Come join us at Attiva!

Sharon and Cindy are phenomenal, kind, and informative about the property and how it works for everyone's betterment! The property currently meets a lot of checkmarks for our family at this time. The team is kind, considerate, and pro-active. What spoke to me most is the premise for loving seniors and respecting them as they should be respected, in my opinion. Being the eldest of my parents' children, having several decades of customer service consulting experience under my belt, finding a special environment for my Mom to continue thriving and flourishing at this time of her life was a priortiy during this season of life. Attiva was appealing to her since it is a clean, relaxing, accomodating, serving, and peaceful place to reside, again at this season of her life. Upon learning about Attiva Peachtree 55 + , expectations were high and Attiva has met those expectations, thusfar. Further, Sharon truly exceeded expectations throughout the process. She is truly a blessing.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 months. We are really happy we found Attiva. It is the right fit for us at this time. To start off with, the leasing staff is so welcoming and helpful. We love the amenities (not sure if the heated pool or the roof top is my favorite!). We have met some really nice people. We have not lived in an apartment for over 30 years. This place has a feel of community that i don’t think always comes with apartment living. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants. Attiva is new and there have been a few issues, but the staff makes sure to get them handled as soon as possible.

Rhonda, Sharon and Cindy are fabulous and work well together. They are accessible and take pride in ensuring your needs are met. If there is something you bring to their attention they are on it!!!! I love that Attiva/Cortland will surprise and delight you with food, massages, and events etc. The Amenities are great and there are several places you can get away to on the property alone, with your neighbors, friends and/or family. The community of neighbors are like family and most are very pleasant. They take pride in their apartment home to ensure we keep things nice and clean. Keep up the great work Rhonda, Sharon and Cindy...Cindy was my leasing consultant and she assured me that things would be taken care of being I had some challenges with another property.

I just moved to Attiva Peachtree apartment complex, first and foremost I should say that the architecture of the complex is just spectacular. It is a very elegant building with contemporary engineering. The facilitates and the the diversified amenities are incredible. On top of that the place is run by highly trained professionals with a remarkable customer oriented social skills to make you feel perfectly at home.
