Attiva Peachtree is exactly what I was looking for. It's in a great walkable area or if you need to drive everything is within 20 min. I felt welcome from the moment I visited prior to moving down here. I have met many people & feel a sense of community. Sharon is great! Anything you need or information on where to go she has the answer. The amenities are great; the residents are very active, involved & welcoming. I love my apartment & the city life. I'm very happy here.

This has been the best experience moving in here. Coming from another state and moving in was seamless. Let me tell you even touring the facility and after I knew it was where we were meant to be. Attiva Peachtree is in a great location. Just about everything one needs for daily living is within walking distance, or less than a 10-minute drive. I particularly like having Greenpicks Market in the building. The facility is great, with good amenities, and the staff excellent. Particularly Sharon and Patricia. The social events are superb. Many are organized by residents, which is fun. Courtland often provides food and beverages. Very pleased living here!

Sharon Hodges has the perfect personality for managing this elegant, serene & absolutely lovely property. The seniors that reside here are active, friendly and very inviting. I should know they have invited me to nearly every event they have had since I first visited the property. The tenants have truly adopted me as one of their own. One of my life goals is to ultimately live at Attiva Peachtree when my current lease ends.

Attiva Peachtree is a wonderful community and very well maintained apartment building. The location is wonderful and now having businesses/restaurants below us is such an added bonus. The staff is so friendly and the common areas are exceptionally well maintained. The building has well appointed and thoughtful amenities- the rooftop deck is amazing! It's location on Peachtree is ideal as well. We love living here!

I highly recommend Attiva, moving here last month was the best decision I could have made. Starting from management and Ms. Sharon, great to deal with both. Maintenance, Mr. Cotton has been great addressing any concerns and ensure was move was smooth. The location is incredible, the building and amenities are great, the residents are super friendly, very diverse and fun group of people. I feel safe living here, plenty of parking and GREAT activities with all the neighbors. I seriously would had signed up a lease for 3 years if they had it available. ~ Maria Priestly

Great location for older folks with great amenities, including a pool, media room, and pickleball court. The balcony from inner rooms face the pool area for a nice view. Pros: amenities Cons: you might get stuck when the power cuts out because all doors are key fob access

Wide variety of social activities for residents. Roof top deck is a great amenity. Proximity to Chamblee Marta station is great, within a block.

Excellent facility that has the feel of a major resort hotel from the moment you enter the lobby. Heated pool, well-equipped gym. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Active adults including working professionals with home offices. Convenient for many restaurants and shopping.

Moved in 10(ish) months ago. Haven't regretted it. Just renewed. Happy to get as far away as i can from America's troubled, grotesque, profane, unclean, lazy, directionless, dumpster fire youth. Grounds and unit are quiet, clean, modern and upscale. Attiva's office staff and maintenance team are friendly and responsive.

Attiva by Cortland has been incredible, the entire leasing experience which included meeting Sharon, Patricia, and Zach was extremely efficient and effective. My wife and I were unexpectedly required to relocate due to our current residence being substantially damaged due to the winter storm. With 7 days to vacate we were extremely nervous about finding a new place to live and significantly nervous about finding a community who would better support their residents, we believe we found the perfect match with Attiva by Cortland and the community continues to exceed our expectations every day! Apartments have great kitchens and all top end appliances, spaces are clean and modern, and the community amenities are fantastic.

I moved into Attiva Peachtree 55+ Active Adult Living the end of January and as my first experience of renting an apartment I must give everyone here a 5-star review. They (Zack, Sharon and Patricia) are beyond wonderful. They are always helpful, friendly and makes me feel part of this community. Cortland needs to continue to support them so they can support this community.

Attiva 55+ is a relatively new concept (to me), the active living (not a retirement complex). We initially signed a 7 month lease trying to see if it was a fit for us. Well we just signed a new lease. From the entire leasing staff, to location, amenities offered, it just works! Great community atmosphere!

Attiva is awesome. While it’s a 55+ community, it has a much younger vibe. The people, events and location are great, and the amenities are top notch. In fact, I would say it feels like you are living at a spa and resort. I doubt you will find a nicer community in the Buckhead, Brookhaven and Chamblee area…I would highly recommend Attiva!

Attiva Peachtree is a beautiful complex. The staff and management are helpful and quick. They have something for us to do most of the nights, like game night, movie night, and the roof top deck is amazing! The complex is safe, thanks to the police officer that lives there and is always walking around. The pool and gym are big and beautiful. This place makes me want to never leave! Except for all the great food around it!

Sharon and Cindy are phenomenal, kind, and informative about the property and how it works for everyone's betterment! The property currently meets a lot of checkmarks for our family at this time. The team is kind, considerate, and pro-active. What spoke to me most is the premise for loving seniors and respecting them as they should be respected, in my opinion. Being the eldest of my parents' children, having several decades of customer service consulting experience under my belt, finding a special environment for my Mom to continue thriving and flourishing at this time of her life was a priortiy during this season of life. Attiva was appealing to her since it is a clean, relaxing, accomodating, serving, and peaceful place to reside, again at this season of her life. Upon learning about Attiva Peachtree 55 + , expectations were high and Attiva has met those expectations, thusfar. Further, Sharon truly exceeded expectations throughout the process. She is truly a blessing.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 months. We are really happy we found Attiva. It is the right fit for us at this time. To start off with, the leasing staff is so welcoming and helpful. We love the amenities (not sure if the heated pool or the roof top is my favorite!). We have met some really nice people. We have not lived in an apartment for over 30 years. This place has a feel of community that i don’t think always comes with apartment living. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants. Attiva is new and there have been a few issues, but the staff makes sure to get them handled as soon as possible.

I just moved to Attiva Peachtree apartment complex, first and foremost I should say that the architecture of the complex is just spectacular. It is a very elegant building with contemporary engineering. The facilitates and the the diversified amenities are incredible.
