My husband and I would love to share how we just love living at Attiva. First, we have been in many apartments throughout the years and this is the most well run complex we have lived in. The maintenance staff Ken and Andre respond immediately whenever you have a maintenance problem. The facility is spotless. The activities that management plan are really fun and first rate. The management Kortnee and Sharon are wonderful. From the moment you walk in the building you are greeted with a huge smile and a big hello. They are always there for every occupant. My husband and I love living here.

I moved into this apartment community at the end of October, and from day one I felt very welcomed. The staff is always friendly and attentive, especially Ms. Sharon. From our very first interaction, she was warm, patient, and genuinely kind. That really means a lot, especially because I was starting a new chapter and adjusting to a new home. I hadn’t lived in an apartment in over 30 years, so finding a place that felt peaceful and had a sense of community was extremely important. What I appreciate most is how friendly everyone is here. The neighbors I’ve met are kind, respectful, and genuinely look out for one another. It truly feels like a community where people treat each other like family. Now that I’m in my third month of living here, I can honestly say this is a wonderful, mature apartment complex. Thanks to Sharon, the staff, and my neighbors, this has been a great experience, and I’m very happy to call this place home. 💖

This has been the best experience moving in here. Coming from another state and moving in was seamless. Let me tell you even touring the facility and after I knew it was where we were meant to be. I want to personally thank the ladies who tour and answer questions no matter what and will even help no matter what! Thank you Sharon , Patricia and Grace you are the foundation.

I've been a resident of Attiva Peachtree 55+ since 2021 and it’s been a pleasant experience. There are so many amenities to enjoy like the saltwater pool, rooftop terrace, sundeck with outdoor gas grills for entertaining throughout the year. The 24hr fitness center, and beautiful spacious lobby is perfect for relaxing or joining in on game nights, jazz nights or other activities. The secured mailroom and Amazon lockers make mailing and getting packages convenient, and I love the peace of mind that comes with the gated parking garage and fob key entrance for added security. The maintenance staff is always quick and attentive usually addressing any issues within 24 hours. Attiva Peachtree 55+ has Friendly neighbors, great management staff, and everything you need to enjoy a comfortable 55+ living community!

I especially appreciate the variety of community activities and amenities that support both active living and quiet enjoyment. I’ve now been living at this facility for eight months. I was concerned about moving to an apartment from an individual home in another state. I have not had experiences living in an apartment since my college days which were many years ago. Everything from the visits to first see the apartments to now have been great. The office staff and the maintenance staff are professional and helpful. The whole staff takes care of concerns within a few hours to a day. I could not have asked for an easier start to this new phase of my life.
