Acadia is a wonderful place to live. The leasing and maintenance staff make the living experience much more enjoyable. The grounds are well kept. The business center is a great place for my family to do homework. The fitness center is a huge plus for my family.

Living at Acadia has been a wonderful experience, the staff is wonderful and take great care of the residents. I love living there; when I need anything, the staff is there to assist. You cannot ask for a better place to live.

Acadia is certainly one of the premiere communities in the Washington area. Located in the hilly countryside of Loudoun County, adjacent to the banks of the Potomac River, yet a stone's throw away from ultramodern downtown Loudoun One, Acadia in Ashburn offers the best in town & country living!

This community is like a family - starting with the office personnel - who I adore!!!!!! They make this community so close - love it here! They have so many events for all of the different ages in the complex.

Very well-organized community with excellent staff, both front office and support staff. Lots of space for walking and jogging with the best fitness hours open 24hrs. Waste management is too good. Very quiet environment with full of green. Summer is best with 2 swimming pools. A highly recommended living society. Phaimy is one of the great staff members, she addresses issues with smile.

Staff here is EXCEPTIONAL!! Best community in the Ashburn area in my opinion. Liz is the best!! She takes cares of all the questions and concerns I've had, left me with no questions at the end. Shout out to the whole team over at Acadia - they're all fantastic.
