I have been living here for 1 year now and I love this place. The front office team of Mike, Danielle, and Grace are so friendly and always helpful when I have a question or problem. When we had the freezing weather in January, they sent us reminders of what we needed to do to be prepared for it. Maintenance is very responsive to our needs. From game nights to nights when a food truck shows up to help us out with dinner, there is always something going on here. Southpark Meadows, just north of us offers all kinds of shopping and dining. And it's a 10 minute drive down I-35 to Kyle for Costco with a gas station! And personally for me, someone who flies often, it is pretty close to the airport.

Fantastic apartments and community. Apartments are top shelf, community is clean and safe, and residents are nice and courteous. Amenities (pool, clubhouse, gym, BBQ, bark park, etc) are great and you don't have to wait to use them. The crown jewel of my experience was on-boarding, guidance while a tenant, and off-boarding with Grace Withers. She is exactly the person every company should want as the ambassador to clients. Knew her stuff well, effective, and very personable. I highly recommend Cortland Onion Creek and am sure you will have a similar experience.

This team is intentional with your needs, and take time to make sure you feel comfortable making a big decision. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I love it! The staff are SO helpful - shout out to Grace, Danielle, Mike and everyone else on staff for being amazing!!! They’re always so friendly, professional, and patient. They make an effort to get to know you and create a sense of community. I work from home so I appreciate that the complex is usually pretty quiet and peaceful. I’ve had a few maintenance issues and they’re always quick to respond, the maintenance team is awesome. We have fun resident events every month and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. I appreciate the gate and I always feel safe walking my dogs, even late at night. It even has a dog park with a dog washing station, which my pups Kylo and Peach love. I really appreciate the little things like the Pet of the Month contest, holiday decorations in the clubhouse, and the package lockers. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it’s been a wonderful home. :)

This past weekend my fiancé and I went to take a tour at the Courtland onion Creek complex in south Austin and let me tell you we were absolutely blown away! We had the pleasure of getting to meet with Grace and she was so so so so friendly !! All the other complexities we’ve visted including the one we live in now, when you walk into the front desk area it feels like you’re a burden and just in the way but when we walked in we felt the warmth , the beautiful smell, and was greeted with the biggest smile and kindest person ever ! This comunity is amazing. Every time I visit my sister, Sarah I come into the clubhouse it feels like a resort. Danielle, Mike, and their new agent Grace are always so friendly and welcoming. I know they are so busy in the office but it seems like they are ready to help any time someoenw walks into their doors. I wish I could move here but I will when the tiem is right. 🤠 ♡ BEST ♡ 🫶 apartment complex I've lived in. People-friendly, dog-friendly, sleep-friendly. The office staff — and the maintenance team — are fantastic. Danielle, Grace, and Mike (listed in no particular order other than gals before guys) are genuinely AWESOME. They're always friendly, helpful, and personable. And get this -- they're RESPONSIVE. You can actually get a hold of management when you need something (can't say that about a lot of places I've lived). But beyond the basics, they go out of their way to create opportunities to make the community nice, with social activities, 🐕🦺 dog park perks & treats, 👟 gym renovation, festive decor in the office, etc.. They've helped me carry packages upstairs, and worked directly with USPS when a package was missing. 👨🔧 Every time I've had a maintenance issue, they've addressed it promptly and with great communication throughout the process. The only thing I wish would improve is people picking up their dog poop. But the community has pick-up stands w/ bags ALL O

I've been looking at Cortland Onion Creek for a few months before I decided to sign the papers. On the day I signed, I met Grace in the leasing office. She was very welcoming and very patient. Throughout the move in process, she was checked in regularly and was timely with responses to questions I had. I've been here for about a month and it's been a great experience. It feels safe and has all of the amenities I need/want. I'd recommend to friends.

I love this community so much I have been here for about 5 years! The people and staff here are very friendly and welcoming! I have met so many friends now that it makes feel like family here! Recently, my sister (who is my roommate) has been hospitalized since July and the Cortland Onion Creek team has been so accommodating and understanding of the difficulties of having a loved one in the hospital. My sister received “Get Well Soon” flowers from Mike, leasing manager, and the Cortland team! I also want to give a shout out to Grace, leasing agent! She went above and beyond to help get a time sensitive package to me since I could not sign nor pickup at the leasing office because of my 12 hour shifts I do at the hospital. She was able to discover and recover my Fed Ex package before it got delivered to wrong apartment number. During this time, I was overwhelmed with taking care of my sister in the hospital that I had no way of trying to assist in this incident. She is an amazing employee who I barely met but,

I absolutely enjoy it here at Cortland Onion Creek. It’s quite, chill and people are courteous. This is my first time living in an apartment this nice and the move in process was quick. The people in the front leasing office are very kind and I look forward to talking to them. They seem genuinely concerned whenever there is an issue. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I enjoy the community events and amenities of the apartment complex. The location is pretty nice (close to stores, restaurants and highways) I would definitely consider check the place out if you are looking for a place in south Austin. Only minor complaint is that I wish there were more paths to the pool but that’s just me being lazy.

This community is absolutely beautiful! I came in and toured with my friend last week and we toured with the leasing agent, Grace. She is amazing at her job and I will tell any friends looking for an apartment to ask for her. I'm here to tell you that these guys are the BEST, they really know how to treat the residents here at Cortland at Onion Creek. When it comes to their maintenance team, I am talking about Alfonso the Head Maintenance Man, he's amazing! Just this week I had a small job I needed to be done, he was early with a smile on his face, always polite and professional, and finished in no time flat. I've been here 4 years and plan on renewing my Lease again in January it's been so nice living here, I really love it!

I finally found an awesome apartment community with a management team that seem to want to make tenants feel at home. Although I’m just starting my move to this property, I have experienced the utmost attention starting from my first visit in touring the property to now preparing for my move! Danielle Romero is such a professional and very friendly while showing the apartment unit. She was patient and made me comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns of the units. I quickly selected a unit and she took care of everything else and followed up with a confirmation email. All the years if living elsewhere and going through different managements, I finally found the one place to live surrounded with friendly professionals who make me feel at home! I have lived here for a year and a couple of months and am so excited to renew my lease. I absolutely love this place. Everyone in the office is so kind and they take care of us - they work so hard to build community and make us feel at home. Alfonso was excellent and extremely quick to respond to a water emergency I had and fixed my bathtub faucet in such a timely manner on a super hot summer day - but they are always like that- always quick to respond - this is NOT A PLACE that you will be waiting months for work orders to complete. Mike and his staff are wonderful- I highly recommend making this place your home if you want to live in a community- the kind of place where the neighbors say hello when they pass, with a BEAUTIFUL POOL and grills and fireplaces- PERFECT for all season fun . There’s something to do here no matter what time of the year we are in

Met with Mike Bishop today who showed me 2 units and he thoroughly explained all the property amenities and answered all my concerns. He was very professional but pleasant throughout the entire tour. He doubled checked all apartment available timelines to lineup with mine. He also honored the rent rate according to what I found on the website vs what his office numbers showed. I submitted my application and paid my fees and got approved very quickly! I’m looking forward to living on this property and knowing that the management team is going to make my stay comfortable too. Thank you Mike Bishop you’re awesome!!

I love it here at Cortland Onion Creek! I had to leave my last place in north Austin due to flooding and needing a quick and easy move in. Mike Bishop in the leasing office was SO friendly and fast and helped me get in quick. He’s very knowledgeable and has many years of experience and it definitely shows! He got me taken care of same day and I moved in 4 days later! The community here is so quiet and it’s VERY clean. The units are updated, clean and quiet. I’ve also never lived at an apartment where the valet trash *actually* comes each day! But here at Cortland, it does! Would definitely recommend this to anyone searching for a nice place just outside of downtown Austin.

I took a tour of this place on Saturday and it was amazing! Danielle Romero was the only one working that day and still made sure to give us the best tour experience, she was very nice and friendly and made sure we getting what we wanted. Our tour was of the actual unit we would be moving into which I thought was nice because some apartments love to show model homes that are not lived in and then you are thrown for a loop when you move in and it does not look like what you toured. Other than some normal wear and tear from the past residents the unit was in tip top shape! It is a great community and a lovely home, I am glad to have found this place.

WOW!! First, let me start with the Phenomenal customer service from when we walked in the door to the fast turnaround this management team makes it HAPPEN! Also, makes you feel at home right away! We have been here for about a year and half and still love it! Love the amenities, it's quiet for the most part, great deal for what you get, management team is prompt, courteous, and friendly! Favorite things include the apartment itself and the pool, but they recently updated the gym and I'm thinking that'll be pretty awesome too once I make it over there!

We toured Onion Creek and were blown away by the cleanliness and amenities. The pool looks like a great place to spend weekends and the fitness center had all the equipment we could ever want or need. Mike was amazing and it felt like he really cared about finding us an apartment our family could call home. Cortland Onion Creek is amazing. Timberlyn Weir, Mike Bishop and their crew have been nothing but stellar. They've helped me with the application process at every turn to get my family moved in ASAP after going through a disaster in our own home. Mike is a retired veteran like myself and it's always great to have diversity on the leadership team that can understand what people are going through. The amenities are amazing and well kept. I love our gate code system because it's an app that I can program handsfree commands to, to open our gates. No more of this issue where every other schmuck and their mother has the code. The apartments look just like they do online, no tricks or baiting. Brand new appliances as well. I'm looking forward to my stay here.

I literally can’t say enough great things about this place. I’ve come back to live here three times and I’m staying put. The property is not only gorgeous and well kept, but the staff is on the same tier. Very accommodating and active with their community and the company offers a LOT of options for a variety of budgets to make it easy to move in. One thing I really enjoyed was getting the “welcome home” gift bag on day one when I got my keys. The staff members go out of their way to add a touch of individuality from themselves and collectively put together a care package with little things to get your home started. LOOOOOVE the Cortlands! :)

We have had an amazing experience at this apartment complex over our first 3+ months here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the amenities are great. I was so impressed with the front desk staff even before we moved in when I stopped by and they remembered my name from 2 months before. They are very responsive and helpful any time I have had a question or issue. My dog LOVES stopping in to see the staff (which we do just about every day at this point) and they are always so friendly and will pet him and chat for a while. They even do a pet of the month and give away a Barkbox! They frequently have events (that are actually fun and people show up to) and provide snacks every once in a while. Our power went out for a couple of days due to a storm and they allowed us to go over to a sister apartment complex and provided food and wifi for everyone as well as breakfast the next day. I’ve been living here for about 10 months and have absolutely loved it! The staff and management are really what makes the place shine (that and the units and amenities also being really nice). Anaiz, Danielle, Timberlyn, and Mike have all been nice, courteous, and understanding of any and all of my questions or concerns. The community events are also great. I recently went on a tour with Timberlyn and she has been extremely helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. She went over all of the other options and showed me the apartment I was applying to which isn't something I'm use to seeing. The amenities are all amazing and the floor plans all have something that makes them special in their own way. I would recommend anyone check out a Cortland complex. Finding an apartment with a worthwhile yard in Austin has been difficult. But I've had nothing but great experiences working with Timberlyn and Cortland as a whole.

I had the opportunity to join a resident game night recently with my friend who lives at Cortland Onion Creek and I've never wanted to switch apartments so bad! The staff hosting the event was personable, outgoing and very engaging and inviting. Leasing agent Danielle went out of her way to get to know me even though I was not a resident. She gave me some general info and took down my information so she can keep in contact with me when my lease is up in the summer! I have attended a few of the Cortland events for residents. Trivia night was really fun and competitive, but everyone had a great time. The events are for residents and their friends, and they are different every time. The property is beautiful, and conveniently located near I-35. My experience with Cortland was great! Customer service was great from the moment we walked in. Timberlyn helped me find an apartment home that was everything I was looking for and more. She took her time with me and even showed me around the complex and additional units to show me all the options they offer. The property is well kept, quiet and felt homey and very dog friendly (which I love for my pup. I fell in love with the 1 bed room unit and applied on the spot! Happy to say I’ll be moving into my new apartment home this week!!! Overall, highly recommend if you’re looking in the South Austin area!

There was so much good food to snack on and they had the common area all setup and welcoming. The people were super nice too! If you're looking to move, be sure to check this place out. I'm going on four years living at Cortland Onion Creek and I can honestly tell you from my experience that this is one of the best properties I have lived at! The property is beautiful, the leasing office/maintenance are team just great and super friendly! They have social events such painting, trivia, waffle day, and even pet appreciation just to name a few! When we had the ice storm earlier this year and the power went out for a couple of days (it was the city's fault/ice on power lines) the leasing office staff jumped into gear and provided bagels, hot coffee, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, and so much more at another sister property down the street who had electricity which had come back on. They even provided lunch and other snacks! They really took care of their residents not just during that time, but in my experience, they have always provided great customer service and attention to detail. This place is very cool and spacious for the family, the people at the reception always give good service and are very friendly, but the truth is that for the time I have lived here, security has been lacking a lot. I am less than 1 year old and my car has already been opened to rob twice, just at dawn today they broke the glass of my brother's truck and stole belongings, I think they could make this place a little safer if they at least put cameras in each building, or find a better plan.

Cortland is a wonderful community to live in! Well to begin with I must say that our experience here at Cortland Onion Creek has been a pleasure. We have ALWAYS felt at home here. The committee is more than we ever imagined. The staff is friendly, courteous, competent and polite. They also have a lot of respect for their residents. Mike is amazing. He is always making things happen here. He goes above and beyond to constantly make upgrades for us. The new gym is great. All new high tech equipment with a new stair master, rower recumbent bike just to get started. It’s unbelievable. Very impressive. The yards are very well maintained. The amenities are numerous. Equipped with a lap style swimming pool with sparking clear water. The theater room is so comfortable to come into to watch your favorite movies. It has a large screen for your viewing pleasure. It also has a beverage cooler, a popcorn machine and a shuffle board to enjoy as well. The clubhouse is decked out with a beautiful kitchen area. Facilities well maintained. Service and office staff very professional and are quick to respond to any issues that may arise. When there is a problem or a concern it is taken care of in a timely manner and handled in a professional manner. Gated community and if there is any problem with the gate system that is taken care of immediately. Service team handles service requests in a very timely manner and if anything is needed and is not in stock it is ordered and a response comes quickly. Complex is close to I-35 and close to a good deal of shopping and food. Since Mike Bishop came on board the service to tenants has only gotten better.

I say pack up your belongings and head on over to Cortland Onion creek where the fun begins. They have everything from movies, trivia, waffle Friday’s , painting and so much more. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They treat your home as if it were their own. Maintenance has lots of knowledge and are quick to respond to work orders. We have been here for 4 years and feel like we made the best choice by moving here. All the residents are friendly and the landscape and clubhouse are spotless. I love living at Cortland Onion Creek!! It is so close to everything, affordable, and low traffic area!! But also so close to grocery, bars, restaurants. Best of everything!! Inside of the apartment is gorgeous with nice appliances and very spacious. Whenever there is an issue or maintenance order they complete it quickly. Timberlyn and Anaiza were super helpful when I was moving in, and even helped me with an early move in to avoid a gap from my old place. The events are very fun compared to other communities I have lived at. Always good and drinks for the residents, free breakfast sometimes, trivia and games with prizes! When asking for help they never make you feel like a nuisance, and know most residents by name. I worked in the apartment industry for 7 years, and I’m not ashamed to say I have very high standards, so you can trust that I would not recommend this community in vain. Your home is your haven and they do it right here!

I can not recommend Cortland Onion Creek enough!!! It is a fantastic apartment complex located in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas. The community offers a wide range of luxurious amenities, including a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, and dog park. My spacious one bedroom floor plans feature modern finishes, stainless steel appliances, and large windows that provide plenty of natural light. This place is pretty amazing as far as apartments go. The management here is incredible- very prompt and friendly and they work hard to build a community amongst the residents. Not to mention during the ice storm when we lost power they kept us updated, and even sent us to a sister property for warm meals when we were still without power on the second day. Also they keep an eye on the community and are quick to get rid of anyone that shouldn’t be here- it feels SAFE, and that’s something I value greatly when I think of the place I call home. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with a gorgeous pool , grills located there as well as elsewhere on the property. It’s the kind of place you’d say “good morning :)” as you pass your neighbor on the stairs or sidewalk

The apartment complex is really nice. The view from my apartment window is amazing! I moved here a couple months ago and it’s been really great living here. Anaiz and the other staff here were really helpful in the move-in process, and they’re super friendly to talk to! They’re also very fast in fixing whatever service repairs are put in.

I love this community and the maintenance crew lead by Alfonso is top of the line. Excellent customer service and prompt repairs. The management staff is outstanding and friendly and genuinely concerned about each issue as they come up. The community is well kept and has a positive atmosphere.

Ok this one is going to be a review with a caveat. I have lived at this property for a little over a month (close to two) so take this with a grain of salt. Having said that so far so good. I am new to the area and cannot compare prices as much but I can tell you it’s not too bad for the price. Could it be better? Absolutely. The location I feel is unmatched. It is decently safe, fingers crossed it continues. The apartment itself aesthetically is great but the quality leaves you wanting more. The kitchen cabinets and some parts of the bathroom feel cheap but look decent. Now coming to the management and maintenance requests, I cannot complain. I had a plumbing issue that got resolved in 48 hrs of me raising the compliant. The leasing office staff were awesome in accommodating my requests when I was in the process of moving in. Timberlyn Weir specifically has been great to work with, she was a delight to talk to and close on the deal. Her and Anaiz Galdean made sure I could move in on a Friday at odd hours aft

I’ve lived here for 5 years and I love it here. The vibes are peaceful and quiet. I’ve transferred 3x and each time the process has been super smooth and easy. Timberlyn has helped me with a variety of things, and is always very welcoming and sweet! The units are more spacious than other apartments and also really pretty! Nice amenities as well. The floors could be alittle prettier but I can’t complain. Overall a great place to call home. :)

I have been living here since 2019 and plan to be here much longer! The facilities are immaculate and the staff are supportive, kind, and understanding. I have never had a maintenance request go more than a day with out a response or solution. Anaiz helped us transfer into a larger unit when we were ready and made sure the whole process was as stress-free as possible!

I recently did a self tour and I absolutely LOVE everything about this place. Timberlyn was soooo sweet and helpful from the very moment I set foot in the leasing office, up until it was time for me to leave. She even emailed me quotes and sent 2 follow up emails. I’m hoping and praying that I’ll be able to move in here soon. I haven’t found one other leasing office or any staff elsewhere that were as welcoming and friendly as Timberlyn. I can’t wait to live here! I’ll definitely provide an update after I get settled. :)

I have lived here for only one year and I am really hoping to resign. Unfortunately with rent going up so much I may have to move somewhere else and I am SO bummed. This has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. No loud neighbors, maintenance has always come quick, and all staff has been very helpful! I really really recommend living here!

I lived here for 1.5 years and I really loved it. The office is responsive, polite, and I've never had a maintenance request ignored. They actually schedule when maintenance can come rather than just winging it and showing up out of the blue, which I really appreciated since I worked nights. The grounds are well cared for and the landscaping is beautiful! I loooove that the dog park is real grass and not turf or mulch. The dog wash stations are an amazing plus too. I ended up moving further north but this is the best complex I've ever lived at. Even if the office doesn't answer the phone right away, they always responded to my emails 100% of the time. They always worked with me if unforeseen situations would arise, and they did it with professionalism and courtesy.

I came and toured with both Megan and Anaiz and they were both incredible, they showed me the model and two vacant units to make sure my furniture would fit! Unfortunately my couch is too large for their 2 bedrooms but they were so informative and kind. Answered all my questions and responded to all my emails in a timely manner. I highly suggest checking this place out if you’re looking to live on the south side of town!

If you’re look for large spacious floor plans this is the place. I have lived here for over four years and I absolutely love my spacious three bedroom floor plan and my own private yard. I have lived here through a few management companies and the staff here is wonderful. Kat, Megan, and Anaiz are amazing and always helpful. Of course maintenance is important to me and that’s why I still live here. Maintenance is the absolute bomb here!!! Our head maintenance guy Alfonso is superb. Come see for yourself!!!!

If you are looking for a quiet, friendly, and pet friendly place to live then Cortland onion creek is the place to look. My dog and I love it here and everyone is so friendly. The pool is the main hotspot here and the staff is exceptional. They are always there to answer your questions. You won’t regret it! The tour itself will sell you.

I currently live at Cortland Onion Creek, and so far (as of July of this year) I have loved it! Its cute and quiet and friendly. My last apartment experience was at a college student living apartment. It was awful and I was scared all apartments were like the one I lived at previously. This one exceeds my expectations by far! Not to mention the storage in my apartment is crazy - there is so much of it I do not even have enough stuff to put in all of it.

Of all the amazing qualities Cortland Onion Creek has for making home truly luxury living, it’s their maintenance team and staff that win the award! In my time of need recently, I was very graciously helped out by their best, Alfonso. He went above and beyond responding to my dilemma outside normal office hours and I couldn’t be more grateful. I know I can count on him to help with any service requests promptly. He’s always been super professional, friendly and all around a great guy. Cheers to the team. I love my apartment, it's beautiful and quiet. The grounds and amenities are always very well kept. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help, as is the maintenance team. Definitely hoping to renew my lease when my current one comes to an end! *adding to my review a year later as I move out due to relocating to a different area for work: Cortland Onion Creek has been my favorite apt complex I’ve ever lived at! Through the pandemic, winter storm and everything else, the staff has always been responsive and helpful, maintenance takes care of issues quickly (and are always super nice!) and the grounds always look well kept and beautiful. If I didn’t get a new job in a different area, I would renew my lease again. Thanks for an awesome two years!! :)

Hands down one of the great apartments for their price. I had one nice young lady help me Anaiz. Although I never did end up choosing this apartment complex she was thorough and friendly. She walked me through options and was very patient and understanding that I chose elsewhere. If you are in the market for apartments speak with Anaiz she will get you right!

I’ve lived here for over four years now. We have gone through quite a few managers and we just got new owners before the pandemic. They are doing a great job! The assistant manager Megan truly cares for the residents. They have remodeled most of the amenities. Still a little bit more to work on… but they are starting to really fix up the property very nice!

Megan is a star! We've never toured or lived in an apartment that has 100% satisfied us. Cortland has come the closest to that so far. During the 2021 winter storm, we expected to have more information from the City of Austin, Austin Water, or City of Austin Utilities, but when they weren't updating us, Cortland was. They had drinking water available to the residents that needed it. The team here at Cortland is always gracious, courteous, and helpful. If they can't solve your problem immediately, they will solve it and get back to you. The pictures online are how the property looks. The amenities are great, although I wish some were open longer. The property is clean and quiet. Cortland Onion Creek is a place to call home. Visit the property and meet the team. Also, Megan is the greatest!

I've been living in the complex for over four years now & I don't think I'll be leaving anytime soon. The place, the amenities, the apartment & the customer care team are all just amazing. I started a second lease on a different apartment for my LLC & the process has been nothing but smooth & swift. This is my first apartment and I couldn’t have chosen a better place! From the amenities to the people, this is where it’s at. The property staff are so kind and helpful. They are quick to respond when answering questions and service requests. As someone that loves to bring their friends over, I’m proud to show off the complex. There’s plenty of free parking which is a huge plus in Austin. For the dog owners, there’s an adorable mini park for them to play in. I could go on and on about Cortland Onion Creek, but you will just have to see it for yourself :)

Going on my second year at this lovely, well manicured community. It is a safe, gated environment. All amenities are chic and top of the line. Maintenance and staff are supportive and always ready to handle any upkeep for my unit. The gym was remodeled very stylish! And throughout COVID and the snow storm, mgmt was understanding and thoughtful. I felt supported.

I recently visited this property as I will be moving to Austin in approximately 7 months and I fell in love with it !!!!! I drove around and looked first , and by the way I had been driving around for hours looking at other apartments around Austin , and drove up to the front as a young lady was coming back from taking another couple to look around , and she greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help me , I told her I could see she was busy and I could come back but she was not having that , she told me she would be right back and she was !!! Abby was fantastic, she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me ...... Needless to say I think I know where I will be in 7 months !! My new Austin home !!!

Been living here for 3 months and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Love the amenities, place is kept up to date all the time. Office staff is easy to work with specially Megan , she always answers my questions very quickly. From all the places I have looked at in Austin this one is far way better and beats expectation. I would definitely recommend this place , if anyone is looking to move in an apartment.
